The study involved 120 respondents to evaluate the impact of Symbolic Value, Hedonic Value, Islamic Value, and Functional Value on Muslim consumers' satisfaction at Restoeran Gacoan. The findings reveal that Symbolic Value, Hedonic Value, and Islamic Value significantly influence Muslim consumers' satisfaction at Restoeran Gacoan. However, Functional Value does not have a significant impact on their satisfaction. Additionally, the research also indicates that Muslim consumers' satisfaction has a positive effect on their willingness to pay more. This study provides valuable insights for restaurant managers, particularly at Restoeran Gacoan, to comprehend the factors influencing Muslim consumers' satisfaction and their willingness to pay more. This understanding can aid restaurants in designing more effective and responsive marketing strategies that cater to the needs and preferences of Muslim consumers.

This study aims to formulate a Maqashid Syariah-based mosque empowerment index formula as a measuring tool for the level of mosque empowerment. The data analysis technique uses the Analytical Network Process (ANP) with Super Decision 2.10 software to construct the index model structure. The results of this study produce an index of mosque empowerment which is composed of 6 criteria, namely elements of Maqashid Syariah; protecting religion, soul, intellect, lineage, wealth and environment. The results of the weighting of the criteria indicate that maintaining religion is the main criterion with a weighted value of 0.209. Each of these criteria consists of 5 indicators. Of all indicators, environmental safety is the top priority with a weighted value of 0.056. The results of the calculation of the formula in the three model mosques showed different results. The Andalusia Mosque occupies the top position with a value of 0.96 which is categorized as a very empowered mosque. Then the Ar-Rahman mosque with a value of 0.69 which is categorized as an empowered mosque. Finally, the Al-Muhaajirin mosque with a value of 0.57 so that is included in the category of the mosque that is quite empowered and can be prioritized for assistance.

The sharia financial industry is currently a very attractive option with its growth reaching 15% to 20% per year. This fact makes performance evaluation a must for banks. Unfortunately, there are not many indices developed specifically to determine company performance. That is why this paper was prepared with the aim of knowing the performance of the 5 best bank categories from global finance, namely ADIB, BIMB, BMI, IIAB and ABG. The method used in the research is qualitative with descriptive statistics because it involves 2 different indexes namely Islamicity Disclosure Index and Islamicity Performance Index which involves quantitative data. The data used in the study is a data set taken from the financial statements and annual reports of related banks for the period January 1-December 31, 2020. The results of the analysis show that ADIB is the bank that meets the most Islamic reporting indicators followed by BIMB, BMI, ABG and IIAB successively. Meanwhile, the performance index focuses more on distributing benefits not only to shareholders and creditors as in the conventional index but also provides benefits to all parties involved with the bank either directly or indirectly. The results show that these banks still do not meet the criteria for reporting and calculating Islamic performance as a whole.

This paper discusses the concept of Pondok Pesantren in terms of its etymology and history, describes its role in Islamic education, and explores the concept of Maqashid al-Syariah as the main objective of sharia law. This concept is applied in the context of Islamic boarding schools with a focus on environmental protection as the main variable. This study uses Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method to assess the achievement of Maqashid al-Syariah in two Islamic boarding schools, namely Pesantren Miftahul Huda Bogor and Pesantren Hidayatullah Balikpapan. The results of the analysis show that both pesantren have good achievements in protecting religion, soul, mind, offspring, and property, but there are differences in environmental indicators. Pesantren Hidayatullah Balikpapan shows better performance in the environmental aspect, making it close to the full achievement of Maqashid Syariah, while Pesantren Miftahul Huda Bogor has some shortcomings in the health and environmental aspects. This study provides a comprehensive picture of the implementation of Maqashid Syariah in pesantren and provides insights into the role of pesantren in Islamic education and the environment.
