<![CDATA[This study aimed to determine the relationship between academic stress and academic procrastination among students at Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo University. The type of research uses quantitative correlational. The total population of 10802 students with a sample of 336 students taken by simple random sampling technique. Data collection techniques using a Likert scale. The validity of academic stress uses 14 valid items. The validity of academic procrastination uses 20 valid items. Academic stress reliability results of 0.780 from 14 items. The results of academic procrastination reliability were 0.853 out of 20 items. The data analysis technique uses Spearman's product moment assisted by SPSS 25.0. The results of data analysis obtained rxy = 0.365 with sig 0.000 <0.05. Then the hypothesis is accepted which means there is a positive relationship between academic stress and academic procrastination.]]>

<![CDATA[The research was conducted because of the phenomenon of the readiness of children to enter elementary school carried out by grade 1 elementary school students in the Jabon sub-district. The purpose of the study was to find out how the description of children's readiness to enter elementary school carried out by grade 1 elementary school students. The sample in this study amounted to 102 students from a total population of 110 students. This type of research is descriptive quantitative research. The variable in this study is the readiness of children to enter elementary school. The population in this study was 110 students. The sample in this study amounted to 102 students from a total population of 110. Sampling was carried out using a non-probability technique in the form of accidental sampling. Data analysis used descriptive analysis to find a picture of children's school readiness based on the value of the mode, mean, median, standard deviation, range of variance, and so on and then the data obtained was processed using the SPSS 17.0 for Windows program. Based on the results of the study, if the description of the readiness of children to enter elementary school in grade 1 students at SD Jabon Sidoarjo District, 85.3% (87 students) had high readiness to enter elementary school, 8.8% (9 students) had sufficient readiness to enter elementary school. 5.9% (6 students) are less ready to enter primary school.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to describe the self-esteem of adolescent victims of dating violence, as well as the factors that influence the victim's self-esteem. This study uses a qualitative approach to the type of phenomenological research. The subjects of this study were 3 (three) adolescent victims of dating violence, namely AD, DR, and PT. The data collection method in this study used semi-structured interviews. Testing the validity of the data was carried out using the time triangulation method, which is a way to check the credibility of the data through semi-structured interview techniques with several research informants carried out under different conditions or times. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, data display, and then the data is verified as a research result. The results showed that there were similarities in the self-esteem of the three research subjects in terms of self-significance and benevolence, apart from that there were differences in the details of the forms of other aspects such as individual strengths and abilities as well as the factors that influenced them.]]>

<![CDATA[This research is motivated by the phenomenon of low academic flow where these students experience boredom in learning so that there are still students who do not do assignments and submit assignments. The purpose of this research is to see whether there is a relationship between self-regulated learning and the academic flow of SMPN 1 Balongbendo students. The variables are self-regulated learning as the independent variable and academic flow as the dependent variable. The population is all students of SMPN 1 Balongbendo with a total of 1,027 students. The sampling technique used was proportionate stratified random sampling. The data collection technique uses a self-regulated learning scale and a flow academic scale. The research hypothesis is that there is a positive relationship between self-regulated learning and the academic flow of SMPN 1 Balongbendo students. In analyzing the data using product moment correlation statistical techniques from Pearson using SPSS version 21 for windows. The results of this study's data analysis showed a correlation coefficient of 0.789 with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05, meaning that the hypothesis was accepted. So, it shows that there is a positive relationship between self-regulated learning and the academic flow of SMPN 1 Balongbendo students.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to describe the characteristics and resilience factors of parent with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) children in SLB Aisyiyah reinforcing sidoarjo. The emerging characteristics and factors that help parents of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) children find strength when facing that their child has Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). This research method is qualitative. By using the subject of three pairs of parents of Autism Spectrum Disorder children aged 28-35 years who have problem and have achieved resilience. The date collection method used is the interview method which is equipped with general and field notes. The results of this study indicate that each parent of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) children has the characteristics of insight, independence, relationships, initiative, creativity, humor, morality and has resilience factor I have, I am, I can so that I can rise from adversity. In each subject is also influenced by factors, where the subject has faith and submission to the destiny of Allah SWT. But of the three subject parents of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) children there is a time difference in the resilience process. This is influenced by the support of the closest people, because of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) children need to rise from the problem they are experiencing.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine whether there are elements of fraud in the case contained in Decision Number 115/Pid.B/2021/PN.SDA. This research is based on the reality related to business in the housing industry which is currently growing rapidly but so many default cases are carried out by the developers themselves. As in the case that I am currently investigating, namely Decision Number 115/Pid.B/2021/PN.SDA. The method used in this study is a normative legal research method using a statutory approach by using primary legal materials consisting of statutory regulations and secondary legal materials obtained from several books, journals, and articles. The results of the study conclude that, there is a decision by the Panel of Judges in deciding the case on Decision Number 115/Pid.B/2021/PN.SDA because the elements that cannot be submitted to. Based on the comparison between the actions taken with the elements of error in the default, it was stated that as the director of PT. A has committed an act of default for not carrying out the performance according to what has been agreed with the Buyer as a victim in the sale and purchase of a residential house.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to find out how the procedures for managing ambulance cars are in accordance with the law, however the law governing the management of individual ambulance car ownership is regulated in DKI Jakarta Governor Regulation number 126 of 2016 ambulance services and corpse cars then in other areas do not have clear rules. The research method used is normative, so it uses systematic and grammatical authentic legal interpretation, then collects facts and then connects them with existing literacy to get general conclusions. The procedure for obtaining an ambulance car ownership permit individually has occurred in an area that wants to apply for an ambulance car ownership permit through the licensing office, which is submitted for follow-up in Surabaya and then continued in DKI Jakarta. legal permission.]]>

<![CDATA[That this study focused on find out of what kind of access to funeral facilities that provided by the Indonesian’s Government to the pople who are in minority religious groups in general and to examine wether the granting of that access is appropriate and meets the standart aspects of justice and national constitutional rights or not. This research was conducted using a socio-legal method and using a statue approach. As the result of this study, indicates that the granting of access to funeral facilities by the Government for religious minority group still does not fully fulfill the standart aspects of justice and also the national constitutional rights in a minor part, but already fulfill the major aspects.]]>

<![CDATA[Victims of domestic violence are mostly experienced by women and must get protection from society and the state in order to avoid and be free from violence and torture that has degraded the degree and dignity of human beings. Domestic violence, especially the atrocities committed by partners against their partners, leads not only to real torture but also to mental misery. Therefore, victims of domestic violence must receive maximum protection. The purpose of this study is to find out the analysis of the judge's decision No.180/Pid.Sus/2020/PN Sda. This type of research is a normative juridical research using a case approach problem approach. Sources of legal materials obtained in this study are primary and secondary sources of law. While the analysis of legal materials used in this study is deductive analysis because deductive analysis is a technique of analyzing legal materials by collecting facts that are packaged into theories. The results of the analysis of the judge's decision No.180/Pid.Sus/2020 PN. SDA against victims of criminal acts of domestic violence shows that the judge in imposing criminal sanctions on the defendant has been in accordance with the applicable law, namely Article 44 paragraph 1 of the Law on the Elimination of Domestic Violence. However, there was injustice. The judge tried the decision no. 180/Pid.Sus/2020 PN. Sda because what was handed down to the defendant was 3 years in prison. In the judge's decision there is injustice because in Article 44 paragraph (1) of the Law. RI. Number 23 of 2004 concerning the Elimination of Domestic Violence has regulated that criminal acts of domestic violence must be sentenced to a maximum of 5 (five) years in prison and a fine of Rp. 15,000,000.]]>

<![CDATA[In today's society, mortgage rights are said to be rights to grant land rights with collateral for loans made to banks. Mortgage rights as an agreement on the main collateral, namely the agreement on accounts payable. In order to get a certificate of legal certainty, the mortgage must be converted into a deed of granting the mortgage and registered at the land agency office and also paid off after the debt ends. Roya which is the removal of collateral for mortgage rights which are used as the principal mortgage rights, which have expired or been canceled due to the expiration of the loan by land registration at the request of the party concerned. The purpose of this study is to find out the Juridical Analysis of the Implementation of the Abolition of Mortgage Rights and the Roya Consent Deed using normative juridical research methods. The results and discussion obtained are to remove/delete the mortgage right, the land office signs the roya consent deed and the introductory document. The Roya consent deed must contain an encumbrance right in order to cross out the mortgage right for a requirement or document has been lost.]]>
