<![CDATA[The work culture in a business entity that is currently happening is certainly inseparable from the existece of a work agreement. Where the work agreement will bind both parties to carry out their respective obligations. One of which is related to the existence of Outsourced Workers Rights in a company that operates in the field of Security Service, to uphold the rights of every worker, this paper aims to find out the Implementation of the rights of outsources worker, as well as what the efforts are made by workers to fight for their rights. This studyuses an empirical juridical method that examines normative application with in action on every legal phenomenon that occurs in the society, so this study shows that the implementation of the welfare of outsources workers which includes wages, guarantees, working time, ets. Can not be carried out optimally, this because of some social security of workers in some compaines are not fully provided.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to apply the TNI Commander Regulation No. 49 of 2015 concerning the Utilization of State Property in the form of Land and/or Buildings within the TNI at the Home of the Military Command V Brawijaya Waru. The research method used is Socio Legal using a juridical approach and a sociological approach. The results of the study were seen from the practice at the Kodam V Brawijaya Waru official house, which is one of the buildings under the auspices of the competent agency within the TNI. Building a building is one of the activities to construct, update and expand houses or buildings converted into a place that allows it to be used for everything. From this research, it can be concluded that changing the function of this official house building must be adjusted to the permit of the TNI Commander Regulation No. 49 of 2015 and its law enforcement based on the competent authority in warning letters and fines that will be carried out, the existence of this TNI Commander Regulation is very important because it uses the Lex Specialis Derogate Generalis Principle.]]>

<![CDATA[This research raises the issue of the cooperation agreement between PT. Kreen Entertainment Indonesia with CV. Generation of Superior AR. The agreement only consists of 5 articles. The purpose of this study was to analyze the cooperation agreement between PT Kreen Entertainment Indonesia and CV. Generation of Superior AR. So, this research needs to be analyzed with the elements of the agreement between PT. Kreen Entertainment with CV. Generation of Superior AR. The research method used is the normative legal method. The results of this study indicate that the placement of the MoU in the title is not appropriate. This is because the MoU is a preliminary agreement. While this agreement consists of several articles, one of which regulates the rights and obligations of the parties. However, judging from the elements of the agreement, the accidental element has not been seen in the agreement. <![CDATA[Lately, immoral acts involving children often occur, One of them is the number of case reports regarding rape, harassment, and so on. The immoral act of rape is one of the forms of violence against children. The purpose of this study was to determine the analysis of decisions on immoral crimes against children in Sidoarjo Regency. The research method used is normative juridical with a statutory approach. The results of this study show that there is a disparity between the decisions of one another in the 2019-2021 timeframe, both from the judge's considerations, decisions and other things. The benefit of this research is that the author hopes that this writing can be useful by providing knowledge and information to the public as a reference to find out how to analyze the decision on immoral actions against children in Sidoarjo Regency (Case Study at the Sidoarjo District Court). The analysis of the legal material used is deductive reasoning, what is meant by deductive reasoning analysis here is reasoning based on a mindset that has a general nature to draw conclusions on a specific nature.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine whether the court’s decision number 251/Pid.Sus/2015/PN.Sda is a traffic accident that occurs due to negligence of the vehicle driver. Factors that cause traffic accidents come from drivers who are sleepy and less careful. Driver negligence which results in the death of people in traffic accidents is regulated in article 359 of the criminal code and can also be given sanctions or fines as regulated in Article 310 of Law No 22 of 2009. Therefore, the author uses the method Normative juridical as a from of implementation. The formulation of the promblem studied is to analyze the juridical court decision Number 251/Pid.Sus/2015/PN.Sda regarding negligence which resulted in the death of a person, finally legally resulted in the defendant being sentenced to 1 year in prison.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to examine the relationship between peer attachment and psychological well-being in students at MTS NU Candi after the Covid-19 pandemic. This study used class VII & VIII students as research respondents. The variables in this study are peer attachment and psychological well-being. Data analysis uses product moment correlation assisted by SPSS 26. The results of data analysis describe an R Square of 0.125, so it can be concluded that there is an influence between peer attachment to psychological well-being of 12.5%. From the results of the hypothesis testing it was found that the correlation coefficient showed the result rxy = 0.354 with peer attachment having a Sig value. 0.000, while the psychological well-being value is Sig. 0.000. This shows that there is a positive relationship between peer attachment and psychological well-being. This positive relationship can be eliminated if peer attachment is high, psychological well-being is also high, and vice versa if the lower the level of peer attachment, the lower the level of psychological well-being in students.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between employee anxiety facing the possibility of termination of employment with employee job satisfaction. This research was conducted using a quantitative approach. This study used total sampling technique, 86 employees. The data collection technique was carried out by using a questionnaire. The measurement tools used are anxiety and job satisfaction scales with reliability values of 0,939 and 0,898. Data were analyzed using Spearman's Rho correlation analysis. The results show that the direction of the relationship between the two variables is inversely proportional or not unidirectional as the r value of -0,652. The effective contribution of employee anxiety about the possibility of layoffs to job satisfaction is 65.2%. Increased employee anxiety in facing layoffs will have an impact on decreasing job satisfaction, as well as a decrease in employee anxiety in facing layoffs will result in an increase in job satisfaction. Employee anxiety about the possibility of layoffs for freelancers at PT X Sidoarjo tends to be moderate, as well as job satisfaction for freelancers at PT X Sidoarjo is also moderate..]]>

<![CDATA[This research is motivated by the phenomenon of academic procrastination experienced by students of SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Sidoarjo. This study aims to determine the relationship between self-monitoring and academic procrastination in students of SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Sidoarjo. This research belongs to the type of quantitative research with a correlational approach. The population in this study amounted to 1257 students, so from the calculation using the krejcie Morgan formula the sample used was 297 students who were taken using stratified random sampling technique. Data collection in this study used two psychological scales, namely the self-monitoring scale from the self-monitoring aspect and the academic procrastination scale from the academic procrastination aspect. Data analysis in this study used Spearman's Correlations and the analysis process used the help of the JASP program version 0.13.1.0 for windows. The results showed that the value of r = -0.163 and the value of p = 0.005 where 0.005 <0.05, which means that there is a negative relationship between self-monitoring variables and academic procrastination in students of SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Sidoarjo.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the relationship between self-efficacy and career decision making 12th grade students at Vocational high school YPM 8 Sidoarjo. This type of research use quantitative with a correlational approach. The variables in this study is self-efficacy as the independent variable and career decision making as the dependent variable. The research was conducted at Vocational high school YPM 8 Sidoarjo with a total population of 382 students. The sample in this study were 242 students using the convenience sampling technique. The data collection technique uses a psychological scale, namely the self-efficacy scale and the career decision-making scale, both of which are in the form of a Likert scale. The hypothesis in this study is that there is a positive relationship between self-efficacy and career decision making 12th grade students at Vocational high school YPM 8 Sidoarjo. Data analysis was carried out using the Product Moment correlation technique using the SPSS 25 for windows program. The results of data analysis show a correlation coefficient of 0.300 with a significance of 0.000 <0.05. This indicates that the hypothesis is accepted, which means that there is a relationship between self-efficacy and career decision making. The magnitude of the effect on this variable is 0.300 which is classified as moderate. The limitations of the problems studied in this study are limited to the problem of making career decisions in 12th grade students at Vocational high school YPM 8 Sidoarjo with self-efficacy as a factor to dig deeper information about career decision making.]]>

<![CDATA[Changes in social culture among student are the cause of consumtive behavior in the university environment. This study ais to determine the relationship between self control and consumtive behavior in psychology program student, university of muhammdiyah sidoarjo. The variables contained in this study are self control as the independent variable and consumtive behavior as the dependent variable. This reliability of the self control scale is 0.891 and the consumtive behavior scale is 0.916. data analysis was performed using person correlation coefficient of -0.451 with a significance of 0.000 <0.05. it can be concluded that there is a negative relationship between self control and consumtive behavior. This mean that the heigher the self control, the lower the consumtive behavior experienced by psychology student at the university of muhammadiyah sidoarjo, on the other hand, if the self control is lower, the consumtive behavior experienced will be higher.]]>
