Abstract

The purpose of this research was to know the difference of financial performance on participant firms of Indonesia Sustainability Report Award (ISRA) 2009-2011. Market measurements used in this research were Price Earning Ratio and Market to Book Ratio. Firm performance data based on firm’s annual report from 2009-2011 and participating firm data from the Report of the Judges ISRA. The test used in research were independent t test, One Way ANOVA, and MANOVA test by using SPSS 19. The research sample were 30 companies participating in Indonesia Sustainability Report Award on 2009-2011 listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The result of the research showed that only Market to Book Ratio of participant of Indonesia Sustainability Reporting Award showed difference between manufacturing and service sectors. Meanwhile, there was no difference of PER and MBR of participating and size variable. This indicated that investors didn’t know about ISRA so they didn’t use the information available in this award.

Abstract

This research is an early step to determine the location of rain gauge station for artificial neural network modeling. The implementation of this model is very useful for water quality monitoring. The objectives of this study are: 1) to study the distribution of watershed parameter, that are average annual precipitation, land use and land-surface slope, 2) to conduct vulnerability analysis of watershed contamination, 3) to determine the location of rain gauge station. The study was performed by weighing and rating method of watershed parameters. The vulnerability degree of watershedtocontaminationispresentedasvulnerabilityindex.Thisindexisdeterminedbyoverallsumofallmultiplication between score and weigh number of each parameter. All data manipulation and data analysis were performed by using Geographic Information System (ArcView version by 3.2). The vulnerability of watershed contamination map had been generated using overlay operation of parameters. The results show that vulnerability index are varies between 10 up to 40 intervals. Hence, the indexes were categorized into three levels of watershed vulnerability, namely low (10 – 20), moderate (20 – 30) and high (30 – 40). It is found that the study area covered more by high vulnerability of watershed to contamination. The zoning of watershed vulnerability meant to determine the rain gauge location. There are three rain gauge stations on the area that they are in a high vulnerability level, whereas the other vulnerability level area has one rain gauge station. Each level of vulnerability area is able to represent the source of contaminant that it maybe influence the water quality of Gajahwong river.

Abstract

Concept which exsist in natural science learning will easier understood by students if the concept followed by experiments to proved about the concept. Emphasize the Science Process Skill, for maximizing students petential mixed up with discovery learning process. Learning models which support Science Process Skill was discovery model learning. This research method applying was pre-experimental method with one group pretest-posttes design. The purpose of this research to checked the improved Science process Skill with applying discovery model learning toward students skill at advanced group, middle-group, and menial group. Population was fifth grade students about Cimalaka Subdistriction Sumedang Regency. Sample is Margamukti Elementaru School. Instruments were KAIPA test, Science Process Skill test, teacher and students activity observation, questionnaire, and interview. Result found that applying discovery model improved students Science Process Skill at advance group, middle-group, and menial group. Had different improved Science Process Skill between advance group, middle group, and medial group.

Abstract

This study aims to get the value of goods made by the company in determining the cost of the order tea brand Tong Tji at PT. Sedap Harum with a method LIFO, FIFO, and AVERAGE. Data analysis method used is by way of comparative descriptive describe and compare the results of calculations performed between LIFO, FIFO and AVERAGE. The results showed the results of the analysis of the calculation of the order cost brand Tong Tji using LIFO, FIFO, and AVERAGE shows there is a difference. The value of the results of calculation of the cost per kg of products is based on the LIFO method amounted to 23 237, 22 977 and the FIFO method of AVERAGE method amounted to 23 023. The calculation results indicate that the LIFO method produces estimates of high production costs so that the gross profit of the company that received low. While the value of the FIFO method and AVERAGE generate estimated production costs low with high gross profit.Keywords: Stock Price, Frequency and Bid-ask spreads

Abstract

Gejala sindrom purna kuasa yang dialami oleh individu yang sudah tidak bekerja atau sudah memasuki masa persiapan pensiun sering dialami oleh Pegawai yang akan berakhir maupun telah berakhir masa kerjanya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan optimisme masa persiapan pensiun dan sindrom purna kuasa. Metode Penelitian adalah kuantitaif-asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) Guru yang ada di kota Makassar dan pengambilan sampel sebanyak 29 orang menggunakan teknik accidental sampling, mengingat penelitian ini bersifat non parametrik dimana sampel boleh berjumlah kurang dari 30 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan negatif antara optimisme masa persiapan pensiun dan sindrom purna kuasa, r = - 0,822 (p = 0,000 ). Artinya, semakin tinggi optimisme masa persiapan pensiun maka semakin rendah sindrom purna kuasa pada Tenaga Pengajar (Guru) yang berstatus PNS. Hal tersebut menunjukkan ada pengaruh negatif yang siginifikan antara optimisme masa persiapan pensiun dan sindrom purna kuasa. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah sebagai informasi untuk menanamkan sikap optimisme dalam diri untuk menghadapi masa persiapan pensiun agar terhindar dari sindrom purna kuasa.Kata kunci: Pensiun, Masa Persiapan Pensiun, Sindrom Purna Kuasa, Pegawai Negeri Sipil, dan Guru. The symptoms of post power syndrome are often experienced by individuals who are retired or has entered a period prior to retirement. This study aims to determine the relationship between optimism retirement preparation and post power syndrome. This study aims to determine the relationship of optimism during the preparation of retirement and post power syndrome. Research method is quantitative-associative. The population in this research is Civil Servant (PNS) of teachers in Makassar city and sampling of 29 people using accidental sampling technique, considering this research is non parametric where the sample may amount to less than 30 people. The result showed there is a negative relationship between optimism retirement preparation and post-power syndrome, r = - 0.822 (p = 0.000). That is, the higher the optimism of retirement preparation period, the lower the syndrome of powers on the teachers as civil servants. This suggests that there is a significant negative influence between optimism of retirement preparation period and post-power syndrome. This study implicates that it is necessary to instill an optimism attitude in order to face future retirement period as an attempt to avoid the post-power syndrome.Keywords: Retirement, Retirement Preparation, Post-Power Syndrome, Civil Servant, and Teacher.

Abstract

This paper is the result of research that maps of domestic violence in divorce cases in Batang Religious Court by 2015. This literature research used a qualitative approach. Secondary data sources such as the archives of the Religious Court divorce case Batang 2015 and; other data that support the research. Data collection techniques using documentation and interviews. Analysis techniques using interactive analysis model. The results showed that, the map of domestic violence in divorce cases in Batang Religious Court in 2015, among others: physical violence, which in divorce case referred to, physical cruelty and mental cruelty, as many as 32 cases; psychological violence, as many as 628 cases; sexual violence, no and; economic violence (penelantara households), as many as 1036 cases.Paper ini merupakan hasil penelitian yang memetakan KDRT dalam perkara perceraian di Pengadilan Agama Batang pada tahun 2015. Penelitian kepustakaan (Library Research) ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Sumber data sekunder berupa arsip perkara perceraian dari Pengadilan Agama Batang tahun 2015 dan; data lain yang mendukung penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan dokumentasi dan wawancara. Teknik analisis menggunakan model analisa interaktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa, peta Kekerasan dalam Rumah Tangga pada perkara perceraian di Pengadilan Agama Batang tahun 2015, meliputi: kekerasan fisik, yang dalam perkara perceraian disebut dengan, kekejaman jasmani dan kekejaman mental, sebanyak 32 perkara; kekerasan psikis, sebanyak 628 perkara; kekerasan seksual, tidak ada dan; kekerasan ekonomi (penelantara rumah tangga), sebanyak 1036 perkara.

Abstract

Pelaku bisnis online pada umumnya memanfaatkan media sosial untuk memasarkan produknya. Seringkali dijumpai produsen atau pelaku bisnis yang memajang produk maupun harga di laman berbagai macam media sosial. Adanya penipuan yang seringkali terjadi menyebabkan sebagian konsumen tidak percaya melakukan pembelian secara online. Mereka cenderung melakukan pembelian secara offline dengan datang langsung ke toko tempat menjual produk yang mereka inginkan. Hal tersebut mendorong pelaku usaha online yang memasarkan produknya melalui media sosial untuk membuat website. Website yang dibuat menyediakan fasilitas peta lokasi sehingga dapat meningkatkan kepercayaan konsumen. Adanya website maka diharapkan akan menunjang kelancaran usaha pelaku bisnis online. Melalui website, pelaku bisnis online dapat melakukan promosi maupun meningkatkan pangsa pasar dan penjualannya. Adapun luaran kegiatan PKM ini adalah berupa media belanja menggunakan teknologi informasi secara on line yaitu website. Dengan adanya website ini diharapkan pelaku usaha dapat menjangkau pangsa pasar yang lebih luas dan dapat meningkatkan penjualan. Hasil kegiatan PKM ini menunjukkan bahwa dengan aktivitas pelatihan ini motivasi para pelaku usaha online untuk meningkatkan kegiatan usahanya melalui website sangatlah tinggi ditunjukkan dengan adanya beberapa website yang telah dihasilkan oleh para pelaku usaha yang menjadi responden kegiatan PKM ini.   Kata kunci: bisnis online, website, pangsa pasar

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of a brief mindfulness based intervention to promote posttraumatic growth in cancer patients. The research design used was untreated control group design with pretest and posttest samples. Subjects in this study were 21 cancer patients that were divided into an experimental group (n = 10) and a control group (n = 11). Data were analyzed using Anova Mixed Design. The analysis showed significant changes of posttraumatic growth in the experimental group (MD=-14,400; p=0,000, p<0,05) and in the control group changes of posttraumatic growth were not significant (MD=-0,273, p=0,914, p>0,05). The results show that a brief mindfulness based intervention, which in this case is mindfulness training and yield significant results towards increased scores of posttraumatic growth in cancer patients. Hence, mindfulness based intervention can be used as one of psychotherapy to help individual psychologically growth.
