Background: Nutritional status is one of the important factors in achieving optimal health status. Under the Red Line Nutritional Status in Kalipucang District 109 children under five are vulnerable aged 12-59 months (Data from Kalipucang Health Center, 2022). Efforts to overcome this problem include providing information at the posyandu. Posyandu cadres are the main driver of all activities carried out at posyandu. Increased knowledge can be done with health education through health promotion media. One of the media that is often used in health education is a booklet. Objective: To determine the effect of education through booklet media on the knowledge of posyandu nutrition cadres regarding balanced nutrition for toddlers with the use of local food. Methods: This study used a quasi-experimental design with a one group pretest-posttest without control design. The sample of this study was 33. In this study, the instrument used to measure the respondent's knowledge variable was a questionnaire designed as a closed question in the form of True and False answer choices. Data analysis used the Wilcoxon signed test to prove the research hypothesis. Results: The average score of respondents' knowledge before being given a media booklet was 56.82. The average score of respondents' knowledge after being given a media booklet was 83.03. The percentage increase in knowledge was 26.21, the p value on the knowledge of respondents before and after being given a media booklet was (p = 0.001). Conclusion: There was a significant increase in knowledge after being given education through booklet media on the knowledge of posyandu nutrition cadres about balanced nutrition for toddlers with the use of local food. Recommendation: This research can be developed by further researchers regarding the effectiveness of booklet media in increasing knowledge compared to other types of media through appropriate administration to increase knowledge of optimal posyandu cadres. Background: Adolescent girls are more susceptible to anemia due to monthly menstrual cycles, lack of the knowledge, and lack of effective media to increase knowledge about anemia prevention. Therefore, it is necessary to provide anemia prevention education to young women by using the right animated video media according to the characteristics of the target. Objective: To determine the effect of anemia prevention education on knowledge of adolescent girls using animated video media at SMPN 1 Ciparay. Methods: This study used a pre-experimental design with one group pretest-posttest without control design, with a total of 74 students from a total population of 281 students. Data analysis used the Wilcoxon test to prove the research hypothesis. Results: The average score of students' knowledge before being given education using animated video media was 66.52. The average score of student knowledge after being given education using animated video media is 91.16. The percentage increase in knowledge is 24.64%. Wilcoxon test analysis, the results obtained p = <0.001 which means there is a significant change. Conclusion: There is an effect of anemia prevention education on the knowledge of adolescent girls using animated video media at SMPN 1 Ciparay.

Background: Anemia is a health problem that is often experienced by young women because adolescents are in a period of growth that requires higher nutrients, including iron. anemia in adolescent girls, namely stunted growth, decreased endurance, decreased body fitness, and decreased activity and learning achievement due to lack of concentration. The development of diary media as health information is needed to provide health information to young women. Purpose: promotion of health promotion media diary book about anemia prevention in adolescent girls at SMAN 1 Ciparay. Methods: This study uses the PPE development model according to Richey and Klein, namely Planning (planning), Production (production), and Evaluation (evaluation). The number of samples was 38 students using proportional stratified random sampling technique. Results: Based on the results of the exploration of the need for health promotion media diaries, diaries on anemia prevention became an attractive medium for young women by paying attention to media design starting from media content, color themes and pictures/illustrations. Making a prototype of the diary media which was formed based on the 3 stages of the PPE development model (Planning, Production and Evaluation). The results of the media according to the material in accordance with 80%, the media according to 90.8% and the media according to the users 95.9% so that it can be considered very feasible. Recommendation: This research should be able to conduct further tests to determine the effectiveness or effect of using a diary on the prevention of anemia in adolescent girls.

Background: results of research in Indonesia Riskesdas results report in 2018 nationally known there are 33.5% of the population of Indonesia aged more than 10 years less physical activity. As a factor, the reason for a person's lack of physical activity is due to lack of knowledge. If a person does less physical activity can increase the risk of Non-Communicable Diseases. Therefore, it is necessary to increase knowledge with education through e-posters about physical activity. Objective: This study aims to determine the influence of education through e-poster media on adolescent knowledge about the importance of physical activity. Method: this study uses a type of quantitative research with an experimental quasi approach. This research design using one group pre test post test design without control. This study uses nonprobability sampling with a total sampling of 31 students. Univariate analysis with mean and bivariate with paired t test. Results: the average knowledge of adolescents before education was 65.05 and knowledge after education was 77.15 with a difference of 12.1 showed an increase in knowledge from before and after education through e-poster media. In addition, there is the influence of education through e-posters on the knowledge of adolescents about the importance of physical activity in bandung with a value of P= 0.005

Latar Belakang: Data World Health Organization (WHO) tahun 2015 menunjukkan sekitar 1,13 Miliar orang di dunia menyandang hipertensi. Tahun 2019 jumlah kasus hipetensi Kota Cimahi meningkat dibandingkan tahun sebelumnya yaitu 36,99%, sebanyak 12.875 orang diantaranya adalah masyarakat Cigugur Tengah. Oleh karena itu perlu adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dan sikap remaja dengan memberikan pendidikan kesehatan mengenai pencegahan hipertensi melalui media e-leaflet. Tujuan: Mengetahui pengaruh edukasi menggunakan media e-leaflet terhadap pengetahuan dan sikap pencegahan hipertensi pada remaja. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian pre-eksperimental dengan rancangan one group pretest-posttest kepada sampel sebanyak 79 siswa dari populasi 375 siswa. Analisis data menggunaan uji wilcoxon (data berdistribusi tidak normal) untuk membuktikan hipotesis penelitian. Hasil: Rata-rata skor pengetahuan responden sebelum diberikan media e-leaflet sebesar 57,22. Rata-rata sesudah diberikan media e-leaflet sebesar 90,00. Selisih peningkatan pengetahuan sebesar 32,78. Sedangkan persentase sikap responden sebelum diberikan media e-leaflet sebesar 43% dengan nilai positif. Persentase sesudah diberikan media e-leaflet sebesar 59,5% dengan nilai positif. Selisih persentase menunjukan peningkatan sikap positif sebesar 16,5%. Nilai p value pengetahuan dan sikap responden sebelum dan sesudah diberikan media e-leaflet sebesar (p=0,000). Kesimpulan: Terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan dan sikap yang signifikan sesudah diberikan media e-leaflet pencegahan hipertensi pada remaja.

Background: Ciparay District is one of the 8 priority district to handling stunting. Stunting can be prevented by first 1000 days of life which is a crucial period for toddlers. Young woman become important targets to prevent stunting by early providing health education about first 1000 days of life by using digital booklet. Purpose: Knowing the effect of digital booklet first 1000 days of life on young woman's knowledge. Methods: The research used quasi-experimental design with one group pretest-posttest without control to a sample of 83 students in population 497 which taken by stratified sampling. Result: The average score of young woman’s knowledge before given a digital booklet is 69,87. The average score of young woman’s knowledge after given a digital booklet is 90,43. The percentage of increased knowledge is 20,56%. The p value on both before and after young woman’s are given a gidital booklet by using the Wilcoxon test is (p=0,000). Conclusion: There was a significant increase in knowledge after been a given health education in digital booklet of 1000 first days of life to young woman in SMAN 1 Ciparay Bandung District.

Latar Belakang: Anak usia sekolah merupakan kelompok rentan gizi. Status gizi dengan indikator Massa Tubuh/Usia (IMT/U) anak usia 5 sampai 12 tahun di kabupaten Bandung dengan kategori sangat kurus sebesar 1,58%, kategori kurus sebesar 6,83%, kategori gemuk sebesar 15,89%, dan kategori obesitas sebesar 11,01%. Oleh karena itu perlu adanya pemberian edukasi gizi seimbang pada siswa sekolah dasar dengan memberikan pendidikan kesehatan mengenai konsumsi gizi seimbang melalui media flashcard. Tujuan: Mengetahui pengaruh media flashcard terhadap pengetahuan dan sikap konsumsi gizi seimbang pada siswa sekolah dasar. Metode: Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan pengisian kuesioner (pretest) selanjutnya pemberian edukasi menggunakan media flashcard sebanyak 3 kali intervensi. Selesai intervensi, diadakannya pengisian kuesioner kembali (posttest). Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan one group pretest – posttest without control kepada total sampel sebanyak 45 siswa. Analisis data menggunakan Paired T-test dan uji Wilcoxon untuk membuktikan hipotesis penelitian. Hasil: Persentase peningkatan pengetahuan sebesar 37,91%. Persentase peningkatan sikap sebesar 17,8%. Nilai p value pengetahuan dan sikap siswa sebelum dan sesudah diberikan media flashcard sebesar (p=0,000). Kesimpulan: Terdapat pengaruh media flashcard terhadap pengetahuan dan sikap konsumsi gizi seimbang pada siswa sekolah dasar.

Background: Developing countries in the health sector are undergoing epidemiological transitions including degenerative diseases. Degenerative diseases can occur, one of which is due to lifestyle changes such as reduced public interest in consuming fruits and vegetables. According to Riskesdas data in 2018 in Indonesia, the lack of fruit and vegetable consumption in the population aged ≥5 years is 95.5%, West Java is 98.8% and Cimahi City is included in the city that is still low in fruit and vegetable consumption. Purpose: Knowing the influence of the snakes and ladders educational media "SERU" on the knowledge of fruit and vegetable consumption in pre-school children at PAUD Cimahi City. Methods: This study used a quasy experiment design with a one-group pretest-posttest design with a sample (total sampling) of 32 students. Data analysis using Paired T-test. Results: The average knowledge score of respondents before being given the intervention was 50.65 and the average knowledge score of the respondents after being given the intervention was 71.78. There was an increase in knowledge by 21,13. The p value in this study was (p = 0.000), the influence of the snakes and ladders educational media "SERU" on knowledge of fruit and vegetable consumption, because the snakes and ladders media has the advantage of being fun so that children are interested in learning while playing, effective for knowledge review, very fond of being full of color, and can motivate them to continue learning. Conclusion: The influence of the snakes and ladders media "SERU" on the knowledge of fruit and vegetable consumption in pre-school children at PAUD Cimahi City.

Background: The importance of providing information about individual nutritional status can be fulfilled by using the online application system for recording and reporting on community-based nutrition (E-PPGBM). Posyandu cadres in the working area of the Katapang Health Center still have problems using the E-PPGBM application due to the lack of socialization about the application and the lack of skills of posyandu cadres. Therefore, it is necessary to increase the skills of posyandu cadres in the use of the E-PPGBM application through video education media. Purpose: Knowing the impact of video education media on the skills of posyandu cadres in the use of the E-PPGBM application in the working area of the Katapang Health Center. Methods: The research used a quasi-experimental design with one group pretest – posttest without control design. The population in this research were 51 posyandu cadres in the working area of the Katapang Health Center, and the research sample was 34 posyandu cadres. The sample selection in this research was using a simple random sampling technique by drawing lots. Data analysis used the Wilxocon test to prove the research hypothesis. Results: The average skill score of the respondents before being given video education media was 70.0. The average score of respondents' skills after being given video education media was 93.5. The percentage increase in skills is 33.5%. The p value of the respondents' skills before and after being given video education media was (p = 0.000). Conclusion: There was a significant increase in skills after being given video education media to posyandu cadres in the working area of the Katapang Health Center. Backgroud. According to the results of the 2017 SDKI, female adolescents (81%) and male adolescents (84%) have been in a relationship. In the same survey, 59% of women and 74% of men. Losses that can occur due to premarital sex are unwanted pregnancies and unsafe abortions (SDKI, 2017). West Java is ranked first for having an adverse event rate (22.8%) and an attempt to terminate a pregnancy (18.2%). In the city of Bandung, as many as 8.81%, or as many as 300 thousand teenagers, are married at the age of less than 16 years. Therefore, it is necessary to provide health education about the importance of preventing premarital sex in adolescents through android-based mobile application media. Objective: to determine the effect of an Android-based mobile application on students' knowledge of prevention of premarital sex at SMP Yaqin Bandung. Methods: quasy-experimental research design with one group pretest-posttest without control. The sample of this study used a total sampling of 72 respondents came from 8th grade students. Data collection using the questionnaire instrument via google form and measured by a knowledge scale.The media is developed using the 4D model, with result are worthy bith media and materials experts. Data analysis used the. Results: The average score of the respondent's knowledge before being given an Android-based mobile application media was 63.72. The average knowledge of respondents after being given an Android-based mobile application media was 82.55. The percentage increase in knowledge is 29%. The p value of respondents' knowledge before and after being given the media was (p = 0.000). Conclusion: the influence of android-based mobile application on knowledge of prevention of premarital sex in grade 8 student at SMP Yaqin Bandung.
