Abstract

Ancient mushas were devoid of special symbols. The reason is that the righteous predecessors did not feel the need for such signs in order to read the Holy Qur'an. Later, the scribes were allowed to use such symbols to facilitate the students. And this practice was carried out step by step (gradually). We will describe this history in this article

Abstract

This article highlights the relationship between Moturidi and Samarkandi, with a focus on the work “Kitab as-savod al-azam” and its significant theological elements. The study explores the connection between the two scholars, investigating whether Hakim Samarkandi was a disciple of Moturidi or merely a contemporary. The article also examines the impact of “Kitab as-savod al-azam” on Moturidi theology and its relevance to traditional Hanafi doctrine. The research delves into the theological discourse between the two scholars, addressing conflicting views on various theological issues.

Abstract

Sebelum menerapkan metode Ummi, proses pembelajaran Tahfidz Qur'an di SDIT Al-Hanif tidak begitu efektif. Hal ini karena perbedaan metode dalam mengajarkan Qur'an, yang mengakibatkan guru hanya focus pada hafalan tanpa memperhatikan Tajwid. Berdasarkan latar belakang ini, peneliti merumuskan permasalahan sebagai berikut: "Bagaimana pelaksanaan metode Ummi di SDIT Al-Hanif Cilegon? Bagaimana pembelajaran Tahfidz Qur'an dengan menggunakan metode Ummi di SDIT Al-Hanif Cilegon? Bagaimana Pengaruh metode Ummi terhadap kualitas pembelajaran Tahfidz Al-Qur'an di SDIT Al-Hanif Cilegon?". Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menilai pengaruh metode Ummi terhadap kualitas pembelajaran Tahfidz Al-Qur'an bagi siswa kelas IV di SDIT Al-Hanif Cilegon. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dan memanfaatkan teknik pengambilan sampel secara acak, yang dihitung menggunakan rumus Slovin, menghasilkan ukuran sampel sebanyak 52. Berdasarkan hasil perbandingan t hitung ≥ t tabel, dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa penerapan metode Ummi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap siswa kelas IV di SDIT Al-Hanif Cilegon, seperti yang ditunjukkan oleh t hitung (6,318) ≥ t tabel (1,675), dengan nilai signifikansi (Sig) (0,000) < probabilitas 0,05. Hal Ini menunjukkan bahwa kontribusi metode Ummi terhadap peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran Tahfidz Qur'an adalah sebesar 44,4%, sementara sisa 66,6% dipengaruhi oleh metode lain yang tidak dicakup dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas tentang konsep talfiq an madzhab. Di artikel ini akan dikupas tuntas mengenai dinamika tarfiq dalam konteks ushul fiqih. Sebagai pengantar, pengertian tarfiq Secara harfiah, tarfiq berarti “menyeimbangkan atau mempertemukan dua ujung yang berbeda dari suatu hal,” dan sesuai dengan istilah fiqh, tarfiq “menentukan hukum-hukum peristiwa dengan mengadopsinya dari berbagai aliran pemikiran.” Artikel ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan mengandalkan beberapa sumber literatur kajian Pustaka dan sumber sumber dari jurnal sebelumnya. Dalam artikel ini akan dibahas mengenai ruang lingkup talfiq, dan pandangan para ulama terkait talfiq dan madzhab. Serta berbagai argument dari para ulama mengenai ushul fiqih yang akan dikupas tuntas pada artikel ini. Kesimpulan dari artikel ini adalah mereka yang mengamalkan tarfiq pada umumnya diperbolehkan untuk mengambil manfaat dari talfiq, namun tidak untuk kemudahan. Pada dasarnya talfiq bergantung pada niat orang yang melaksanakannya. Sebab dari niatnya jelas seseorang mengarahkan sikapnya terhadap pilihan aliran pemikiran ke arah tujuan kepraktisan atau sekedar mencari sesuatu yang sederhana.

Abstract

This article discusses the principles aimed at preserving peace in the works of Muhammad Shaybani, a prominent figure in the Hanafi school of thought. The works of Muhammad Shaybani are recognized as authoritative sources of the Hanafi school by its scholars. Notably, the scholar's work “As-Siyar Al-Kabir” stands out as it is directed towards regulating international relations arising between representatives of different religions in times of war and peace. It is known that Islam, by its very nature, is a religion of peace. It urges people to strive for peace and stability, to eliminate various discord and animosity. Indeed, peace constitutes the foundation of the Islamic religion. However, today, representatives of extremist sects misinterpret the principles of war and peace mentioned in the Qur'an and Hadiths, attempting to portray Islam as a religion of war. The article presents the views of prominent scholars of the Hanafi school on the preservation of peace in Islam. Additionally, it elucidates the essence of the rules concerning war and peace presented in the Qur'an and Hadiths. Especially, the views of Islamic scholars on the concept of “jihad,” which is currently being distorted and misinterpreted by radical individuals, are included.
