Abstract

Complete learning assumes that under the right conditions all students will be able to learn well and obtain maximum learning results on all the material studied. This research aims to determine the effect of the Thorough learning model on the learning outcomes of Aqidah Morals material on Living a Noble Life by Respecting Parents and Teachers. The method used in this research is a quantitative research method. The results of the calculation of the average pre-test and post-test scores can be stated that the results of learning Aqidah Akhlak in the Noble Living material by Respecting Parents and Teachers in the experimental class after the treatment was applied were from 57.00 to 82.50. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence on the use of the Complete Learning model on the learning outcomes of Aqidah Morals material on Living a Noble Life by Respecting Parents and Teachers at MA An-Nidomiyah Cilegon.

Abstract

This article explains aspects of student development from an Islamic education perspective. The aim of this research is to determine aspects of student development, human development from an Islamic perspective, as well as factors that influence student development. This research method uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data collection procedures use content analysis and library research based on the Al-Qur'an and Hadith. The results of this research explain that there are seven aspects of student development, namely: 1) physical motor development, 2) cognitive and intellectual development, 3) social development, 4) language development, 5) emotional development, 6) personality and artistic development, and 7) moral development and appreciation of religion. There are five human developments in the perspective of the Qur'an, namely: 1) Human growth and development is a gradual and gradual process, 2) human growth and development has a certain pattern, 3) Human development is a cumulative and simultaneous process, 4 ) Human growth and development exceeds the existence of world phenomena, 5) Human growth and development goes through certain critical and sensitive periods. that influence student development. Factors that influence student development include genetic/heredity factors and environmental factors, and congenital factors

Abstract

Permasalahan peserta didik dalam membaca dan menulis Al-Qur'an di SDN Simpang Tiga, terkait kurangnya motivasi dan penguasaan tajwid. Fakta menynjukkan beberapa siswa sudah bisa membaca Al-Qur'an, namun kemampuannya bervariasi. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif deskriptif, menggunakan data primer dan sekunder melalui tes dan angket. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan penerapan metode Talaqqi untuk membaca dan metode imla untuk menulis Al-Qur'an berada pada kategori sedang. 1) Metode Talaqqi mencatat nilai minimum 29, maksimum 45, dengan mean 36,06 dan deviasi standar 3,491. 2) Kemampuan baca dan tulis Al-Qur'an peserta didik juga bervariasi, dengan skor minimum kemampuan membaca (variabel Y1) 11, maksimal 20, dan mean 38,19 dengan deviasi 7,539, menunjukkan kategori sedang. 3) Analisis koefisien determinasi (R²) menunjukkan bahwa metode Talaqqi berpengaruh signifikan, dengan nilai R² sebesar 71,6% untuk kemampuan baca dan 38,1% untuk kemampuan tulis. Temuan ini menekankan perlunya peningkatan motivasi dan dukungan dari lingkungan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan membaca dan menulis Al-Qur'an di kalangan peserta didik.

Abstract

Sebelum menerapkan metode Ummi, proses pembelajaran Tahfidz Qur'an di SDIT Al-Hanif tidak begitu efektif. Hal ini karena perbedaan metode dalam mengajarkan Qur'an, yang mengakibatkan guru hanya focus pada hafalan tanpa memperhatikan Tajwid. Berdasarkan latar belakang ini, peneliti merumuskan permasalahan sebagai berikut: "Bagaimana pelaksanaan metode Ummi di SDIT Al-Hanif Cilegon? Bagaimana pembelajaran Tahfidz Qur'an dengan menggunakan metode Ummi di SDIT Al-Hanif Cilegon? Bagaimana Pengaruh metode Ummi terhadap kualitas pembelajaran Tahfidz Al-Qur'an di SDIT Al-Hanif Cilegon?". Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menilai pengaruh metode Ummi terhadap kualitas pembelajaran Tahfidz Al-Qur'an bagi siswa kelas IV di SDIT Al-Hanif Cilegon. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dan memanfaatkan teknik pengambilan sampel secara acak, yang dihitung menggunakan rumus Slovin, menghasilkan ukuran sampel sebanyak 52. Berdasarkan hasil perbandingan t hitung ≥ t tabel, dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa penerapan metode Ummi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap siswa kelas IV di SDIT Al-Hanif Cilegon, seperti yang ditunjukkan oleh t hitung (6,318) ≥ t tabel (1,675), dengan nilai signifikansi (Sig) (0,000) < probabilitas 0,05. Hal Ini menunjukkan bahwa kontribusi metode Ummi terhadap peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran Tahfidz Qur'an adalah sebesar 44,4%, sementara sisa 66,6% dipengaruhi oleh metode lain yang tidak dicakup dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat kepercayaan diri anak broken home dan faktor yang mempengaruhinya di MTs Al-Khairiyah Rawa Arum kemudian menggali strategi yang dimainkan guru PAI dalam meningkatkan kepercayaan diri anak broken home selanjutnya menjelaskan hubungan antara peran guru PAI dengan peningkatan rasa percaya diri anak broken home. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dan studi kasus sebagai pendekatannya, kemudian data diperoleh dari informan dengan menggunakan tekhnik snowball sampling dan tekhnik pengumpulan datanya menggunakan model Miles and Hubberman dengan menggunakan tekhnik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi adapun tekhnik pengolahan data menggunakan skala likert. Berdasarkan, isu broken home yang cukup signifikan di MTs Al-Khairiyah Rawaarum, dari penelitian ini diperoleh hasil perubahan positif pada Tingkat rasa percaya diri daengan di tandai berkurangnya prilaku agresif siswa, meningkatnya keaktifan berinteraksi, motivasi belajar, kedisiplinan dan rasa percaya diri mereka sehingga mereka mampu menghadapi tantangan akademik dan dinamika interaksi sosial dikelas. Faktor yang mempengaruhi perubahan tersebut mereka merasakan sekolah sebagai rumah ke dua dan merupakan pondasi yang baik untuk mereka berkembang, mereka merasa diterima, didukung, dihargai, didengar dan merasa diyakini akan diri sendiri hingga tumbuh percaya diri serta motivasi belajar lebih baik lagi.Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa dukungan guru bukan hanya sekadar bantuan akademis, tetapi juga merupakan sumber kekuatan emosional dan psikologis bagi para siswa dalam meraih potensi terbaik mereka.

Abstract

This writing explains about the principles of learning Islamic Religious Education sourced from the Qur'an and Hadith. Learning in Islam always pays attention to individual differences (alfarq al-fardiyyah). For educators, the learning process is an obligation that is worth worship, which will be accounted for before Allah SWT in the hereafter, so that in its implementation it must be serious in educating children. So that it makes a pious and pious child. The type of research used in this paper is library research, which is a type of research that limits its activities to library collection materials without the need to conduct field research. This study uses a descriptive analysis approach. The results of this study explain that the learning principles of Islamic Religious Education include: 1) Student centered learning, 2) Learning by doing, 3) Lifelong learning (long life education), 4) Learning through imitation (learning by impersonation), 5) Learning through habituation (learning by habituation). The specific approaches in learning Islamic Religious Education, namely: 1) Education by example, 2) Education by customs, 3) Education by advice, 4) Education by paying attention, 5) Education by giving punishment.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the Phonetic Drills technique in improving English pronunciation skills. Based on an in-depth literature review, Phonetic Drills is recognized as an effective method for training English pronunciation, especially for non-native speakers. This technique focuses on repetitive practice to enhance the accuracy of pronouncing difficult phonemes in English, such as the differences in vowel and consonant sounds that do not exist in the speaker's native language. This study identifies various types of Phonetic Drills, such as Minimal Pairs Drill, Repetition Drill, Chaining Drill, Tongue Twister Drill, Word Stress and Sentence Stress Drill, and Shadowing Drill, as well as explores the teaching theories of pronunciation underlying their use. Through the literature review, this study analyzes several previous studies on the use of Phonetic Drills in English language learning. The findings indicate that this technique is effective in improving pronunciation, particularly in terms of intonation, stress, and clarity of speech. However, there are challenges in its implementation, such as student boredom due to repetitive exercises and the difficulty in adjusting the technique to students' varying levels of ability. Students' perceptions of this technique show positive responses, although some experience difficulties in the initial stages of implementation. This study concludes that the Phonetic Drills technique can significantly improve English pronunciation, but it should be integrated with other methods to address its limitations. Regular and creative use of this technique is highly recommended to accelerate students' pronunciation development. Suggestions for further research include conducting studies with a larger sample and a longer duration to explore the effectiveness of this technique in various learning contexts.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of human resource planning (HRP) in enhancing organizational effectiveness in educational institutions through a qualitative library research approach. Human resource planning is understood as a strategic process that ensures the availability of competent teaching and non-teaching personnel who meet organizational needs and align with institutional goals. The data were obtained from scholarly books, accredited journal articles, and policy documents related to human resource management in the educational context. The findings indicate that HRP includes several stages, such as workforce needs analysis, labor forecasting, competency mapping, and continuous professional development. Supporting factors include visionary leadership, a conducive organizational culture, and accurate data systems; while inhibiting factors involve budget limitations, competency gaps, and regulatory dynamics. The literature also shows that effective HRP directly contributes to organizational effectiveness by improving performance, enhancing the quality of educational services, and increasing resource management efficiency. This study emphasizes that HRP is a fundamental pillar in strengthening governance within educational institutions.
