Abstract

Jampang Village is one of the villages assisted by the Lembaga Amil Zakat Al Azhar  Peduli Umat (LAZ APU) in the form of Kelompok Swadaya Masyarakat (KSM). The people in Jampang village have various jobs, including fish farmers, broiler breeders, doorman craftsmen, plant seed sellers and others. The Foundation provides funding or capital assistance to the community through a sharia microfinance institution that collects and distributes public funds in accordance with Islamic law. Koperasi Syariah Desa Jampang is currently still operating manually. Registration process, member information, amount of funds and reports are still done manually and stored in a notebook. This causes the operational process not to run properly, because the data is not organized and stored neatly. Based on the above conditions, a financial information system is designed that is a web-based Islamic cooperative, so that the operational processes and reports to members and administrators can run better and faster. Information systems are designed using SDLC through the stages of user requirements and analysis. With this method, it is expected that information systems are designed according to user needs.

Abstract

State Islamic University Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta as rapidly growing university toward world-class research university placed in the edge of Jakarta has academic information centre running by Pustipanda (The Center of Information Technology and Database). The acadmic information system (AIS) has been used for recording an academic activity in university for almost a decade, this information system has a functionality for detecting the lecturer attandancity, but the attendance system needs to be input by admin. In this research, the system to detect attendancity from lecturer is build and synchronize to universisty academic information system.  Internet of Things, based on ITU-T 2015, some objects are able to transmit data among object by using Internet connection. It means by this technology the Internet used has been widely changed, from human to machine communication now also become machine-to-machine communications. By using this technology a small object or device is able to implement into electrical system to detect an activity occured in the room. Things implemented in the room are able to monitor which electronic device is active and motion of moving objects, also the position of objects. The communication connection between smart phones and acces point in the class room is also monitored in order to identify the lecturer identity.

Abstract

Diabetes melitus (DM) merupakan salah satu penyakit kronis (menahun) yang disebabkan berkurangnya produksi insulin dari pankreas maupun insulin yang dihasilkan tidak efektif dalam mengurangi kadar gula darah. Keadaan ini akan meningkatkan kadar gula darah sehingga merusak sistem kekebalan tubuh.  Penanganan awal pada penderita DM adalah dengan mengubah gaya hidup yaitu mengkonsumsi makanan dengan kandungan nutrisi yang diperlukan oleh tubuh dan memperbanyak aktivitas fisik. Untuk mengatur pola makan  pada penderita DM maka diperlukan diet dengan mengatur komposisi pola makanan dan mengendalikan kadar gula darah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat suatu model penyusunan menu makanan sehat berdasarkan  jumlah kebutuhan kalori per hari, sehingga memenuhi kriteria gizi seimbang dan memenuhi variasi makanan berupa makanan pokok, lauk pauk, sayuran dan buah. Pada penelitian ini metode Adaptive Neuro Fuzzy Inference System (ANFIS) dan Algoritma Genetika (GA) digunakan untuk memberikan saran penyajian  makanan yang memenuhi jenis menu dan jumlah porsi yang ideal bagi penderita DM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode yang diusulkan memperoleh nilai untuk accuracy training sebesar 89.1% dengan menggunakan metode ANFIS dan untuk pemenuhan nutrisi yang dicapai sebesar 98.9% dengan menggunakan GA yang artinya bahwa metode ANFIS dan GA dapat memberikan hasil akhir yang sangat baik yaitu dengan menghasilkan menu sehat yang memenuhi gizi yang optimal dan tercapainya keanekaragaman makanan sesuai dengan 4 pilar gizi seimbang.Kata kunci :Diabetes Melitus, ANFIS, Algoritma Genetika, menu sehat. Diabetes mellitus (DM) is one chronic disease caused by reduced production of insulin from the pancreas and insulin produced is not effective in reducing blood sugar levels. This situation will increase blood sugar levels, thus damaging the immune system. Initial treatment in diabetics is to change the lifestyle of eating foods with nutritional content needed by the body and increase physical activity. To regulate the diet in people with diabetes melitus, it takes the diet by adjusting the composition of diet patterns and control blood sugar levels. This study aims to create a healthy food menu based on the number of caloric needs per day, so that it meets the criteria of balanced nutrition and meets the variety of foods in the form of main dishes, side dishes, vegetables and fruits. In this research, Adaptive Neuro Fuzzy Inference System (ANFIS) and Genetic Algorithm (GA) method are used to provide suggestions for serving foods that meet the menu type and ideal portion for DM patients. The results showed that the proposed method scored 89.1% accuracy training by using ANFIS method and for fulfillment of nutrition reached 98.9% by using GA which means that ANFIS and GA method can give excellent result that is by producing Healthy food menu that meets optimal nutrition and achievement of food diversity in accordance with 4 pillars of balanced nutrition. Keyword :Diabetes Melitus, ANFIS, Genetic Alghorithm, healthy menu.

Abstract

ABSTRAKKumpulan data yang besar atau dikenal dengan istilah big data dapat dianalisis dengan berbagai macam teknik. Salah satu teknik untuk mengolah big data adalah Unsupervised Technique. Ada berbagai macam algoritma yang menerapkan teknik ini. Setiap algoritma memiliki cara dan karakteristik masing-masing. Penelitian ini berfokus pada pengembagan algoritma yang menerapkan unsupervised learning technique salah satunya algoritma K-Means dengan mengambil sample data pada masyarakat yang melakukan usaha kreatif dan mandiri. Masyarakat dalam yang memanfaatkan usaha online dan offline dalam pemasarannya. Peneliti melakukan uji eksperimen dan simulasi terhadap algoritma tersebut dengan menghasilkan output berupa aplikasi software serta tabel dan grafik yang mampu menggabungkan data yang didapat dari media social dan kuesioner secara ofline. Hasil analisa pengolahan Data tersebut dapat di gunakan sebagao DSS (Decicion Support System) oleh masyarakat dalam mengambil keputusan pengembangan pemasaran produksinya selanjutnya.  ABSTRACTLarge data collection or known as big data can be analyzed with various techniques. One technique for processing big data is Unsupervised Technique. There are various kinds of algorithms that apply this technique. Each algorithm has its own ways and characteristics. This study focuses on developing an algorithm that implements an unsupervised learning technique, one of which is the K-Means algorithm by taking data samples to people who are doing creative and independent efforts. The Society utilized online and offline business in marketing. The researcher conducted an experimental test and simulation of the algorithm by producing output in the form of software applications as well as tables and graphs that were able to combine data obtained from social media and questionnaires fromline. The results of the analysis of data processing can be used as a DSS (Decion Support System) by the community in making their next production marketing development decisions.

Abstract

Shopee merupakan platform perdagangan elektronik yang didirikan pada tahun 2009 sebagai pasar mobile-sentris sosial yang pertama dimana pengguna aplikasi shopee ini dapat melakukan belanja, menjual, dan menjelajahi kapan saja melalui ponsel pintar dengan aman dan praktis. Aplikasi Shopee dipengaruhi dari beberapa faktor untuk menghasilkan sistem belanja yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan  penggunanya, tidak menutup kemungkinan bahwa masih ada pengguna yang merasa dikecewakan dengan pelayanan Shopee, hal inilah yang membuat para pengguna aplikasi merasa dikecewakan.Untuk meningkatkan kemudahan dan kenyamanan pengguna sistem maka perlu adanya pengukuran yang mendalam mengenai faktor mana yang mempengaruhi sikap penerimaan pengguna aplikasi Shopee di kalangan Mahasiswa. Metode penelitian menggunakan eksploratory dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 100 orang mahasiswa. Teknik analisis data menggunakan technology acceptance model (TAM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor Perceived usefulness, Perceived ease of use, Attitude, dan Intention to use semua berpengaruh signifikan pada penerimaan penggunaan aplikasi shopee dikalangan Mahasiswa. Hasil pengujian secara keseluruhan yang dihasilkan R squares adjusted sebesar 0.550 atau 55% dengan nilai T value pada Perceived ease of use terhadap Attitude memiliki nilai sebesar 7.861, Perceived ease of useterhadap Perceived ease of use memiliki nilai sebesar 9.777, Attitude terhadap Intention to use memiliki nilai sebesar 8.476 sehingga hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa nilai T value lebih besar dari taraf signifikansi 5% dan dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa faktor Perceived usefulness, Perceived ease of use, Attitude,  dan Intention to use saling berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pengguna aplikasi Shopee di kalangan Mahasiswa.

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to analyze the technical features of the Ganesha Digital Library (GDL) application with DSpace and Eprints, so that it will be proved technically whether the GDL application can meet the standards and criteria as the application software repository institution ?. Using experimental approach research methods by installing GDL, DSpace and Eprints application to further analyze and compare the technical features of the three applications. The results show that GDL application meet standards and criteria as institutional repository application, since they have most of the technical features of institutional repositories including the features of the OAI-PMH (Open Archives Initiative Protocol for Metadata Harvesting); has a dublincore metadata standard; and has been licensed to open source (General Public License) GPL that is needed for the utilization, use and development of institutional repository applications according to the needs of a college institution.

Abstract

ABSTRAK PT. Argo Pantes Tbk merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang textile yang berada di Jl. MH. Thamrin KM 4, Cikokol Tangerang. Sistem yang berjalan pada PT. Argo Pantes Tbk masih kurang maksimal dalam perhitungan pemakaian listrik. Pencarian data pemakaian listrik harus mencari satu persatu agar dapat mengetahui data pemakaian listrik yang benar. Maka untuk mengatasi hal tersebut diperlukan sistem pemakaian listrik yang lebih baik dari sistem sebelumnya agar dapat menyajikan informasi pemakaian listrik yang lengkap dan mempermudah dalam mengetahui jumlah pemakaian listrik harian dan bulanan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode waterfall dan rancangan sistem diimplementasikan dengan Unified Modelling Language (UML). Hasil akhir yang diharapkan adalah agar sistem informasi berbasis java desktop ini dapat mengatasi permasalahan sistem yang berjalan diantaranya lebih maksimal dalam proses perhitungan pemakaian listrik, pembuatan laporan pemakaian listrik dan pencarian data pemakaian listrik lebih mudah. Dengan adanya penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu PT. Argo Pantes Tbk khususnya unit listrik utility untuk melakukan pengembangan sistem informasi pemakaian listrik.   ABSTRACT PT. Argo Pantes Tbk is a company engaged in the textile located on Jl. MH. Thamrin KM 4, Cikokol Tangerang. System running on PT. Argo Pantes Tbk is still less than the maximum in the calculation of electricity consumption. The search for electricity usage data should look for one by one in order to know the correct data of electricity usage. So to overcome it required a system of electricity usage is better than the previous system in order to present information on the use of electricity is complete and simplify in knowing the amount of daily and monthly electricity consumption. This research uses waterfall method and system design is implemented with Unified Modeling Language (UML). The expected end result is that this desktop java based information system can overcome the problems of running systems such as the maximum in the process of calculating electricity consumption, making reports of electricity consumption and data search electricity usage easier. With this research is expected to help PT. Argo Pantes Tbk especially utility power unit to develop information system of electricity usage.

Abstract

If a university or course of study to apply for accreditation, graduation rate is one of the influential factors. Educational period targeted in 4 years or 8 semesters of study period. But in reality there are still many students who pass beyond the study period. In this case the university or course of study can utilize students' self data to predict the student's graduation rate. One of them by using the concept of data mining. In this research the authors used an a priori algorithm to find the relationship between departments taken at high school level with the level of graduation students. The student's graduation rate is measured by length of study and GPA. The calculation is  using 2 ways that is by manual calculation and by using Tanagra software. Based on the results of the analysis from regular class A students of 2012/2013 which amounted to 23 data it can be found rule, if the majors taken at high school level is SMK, then the possibility of the student will graduate on time with a period of 4 years or less. Abstract

Perencanaan dan laporan pelaksanaan kegiatan pada pemerintah daerah menggunakan aplikasi sistem informasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kualitas informasi pada Sistem Informasi Manajemen Daerah (SIMDA) Keuangan berbasis akrual pada Dinas Pertanian dan Pangan Kota Magelang. Metode penelitian adalah survey dengan responden mengisi kuisioner penelitian. Responden adalah aparatur yang terlibat dalam penggunaan aplikasi SIMDA Keuangan dengan total responden adalah 8 orang. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode pre dan post test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi SIMDA Keuangan berbasis akrual meningkatan kualitas informasi dibandingkan dengan aplikasi sebelumnya.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Research on cell classification of single pap smear images is an interesting thing to discuss, where the value of consent is very important to determine whether the cells are normal or not. An example of this study is to determine whether using the bootstraping sample method can improve the performance of the Bayes naive algorithm to classify single pap smear images that are on the herlev dataset. Approval values will be given for two classes and seven classes. The method used consists of several stages, namely preprocessing, knowledge rules, evaluation, and performance reports. The results of this study prove that the bootstrap sample method can increase the accuracy of seven classes to 85.24% and 93.24% for accuracy values with two classes.Keywords: Sample Bootstrapping; Naive Bayes; Pap Smear. ABSTRAK  Penelitian mengenai klasifikasi sel citra tunggal pap smear menjadi hal yang menarik untuk dibahas, dimana nilai akurasi tersebut sangat penting untuk menetukan apakah sel-sel tersebut normal atau tidak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan apakah penggunaan metode sample bootstrapping dapat meningkatkan kinerja algoritma naive bayes untuk mengklasifikasikan citra tunggal pap smear yang ada pada dataset herlev. Nilai akurasi akan diperiksa untuk dua kelas dan tujuh kelas. Metode yang digunakan terdiri dari beberapa tahapan yaitu preprocessing, knowledge rule, evaluation, dan performance report. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa metode sample bootstrapping dapat meningkatkan nilai akurasi tujuh kelas menjadi 85,24% dan 93,24% untuk nilai akurasi dengan dua kelas.
