Islamic religious education subjects do not only lead students to master various Islamic teachings. But the most important thing is how students can practice these teachings in everyday life. Learning Islamic religious education based on multiculturalism is one of the learning models of Islamic religious education which is linked to the diversity that exists, whether it's the diversity of religions, ethnicities, languages and so on. This is done because there are many schools with various students who are very diverse, there are different religions, ethnicities, languages, tribes, and so on. Abstract

Al-qur'an and al-Sunnah are the principles of Islamic education. Thus, it can be understood that the purpose of Islamic education is to unite oneself to Allah. That is, uniting oneself to Allah is the main priority in Islamic education apart from scientific objectives (science and technology, expertise, skills and professionalism), forming human beings to become caliphs, forming noble morals, forming Islamic human beings for oneself and for society, and preparing human beings. for life in this world and the hereafter. When Islamic studies in the West were growing, the study of classical Muslim figures was emphasized. In addition to comparing the theories and thoughts of classical figures and also re-exploring their thoughts which made a very large contribution to education today. Ibn Sina has the view that education must be directed at all the potential that a person has towards perfect development, namely physical, intellectual and moral development. Whereas Ibnu Miskawaih's thoughts in terms of education cannot be separated from his concept of humans and morals.

Abstract

Hadith qudsi is one type of revelation conveyed by Allah and includes the type of khafi/dharuri revelation. In its transmission, the hadith qudsi was verbalized by the Prophet Muhammad, in contrast to the Qur'an, which must be conveyed according to what was received. Hadith qudsi is different from hadith in general because the hadith qudsi is based on Allah. This is because the messages contained in the hadith qudsi contain Allah's sciences which were previously unknown to humans, then conveyed to the Prophet as an explanation of the Qur'an as well as dharuriyat sciences. As Nabiyyi> al-ummiyyi (the deaf illiterate Prophet), the question will arise about the process of transmission from Gabriel to the Prophet Muhammad. Therefore an analysis was carried out using the Library Research method, to answer this problem. With this method, three ways can be found that the Prophet used in narrating hadith qudsi, namely through the intermediary of Jibril by memorizing all the messages conveyed by Gabriel, then understanding with all his intelligence (fatanah). In addition, Jibril also breathed knowledge into the heart of the Prophet, so in this case the Prophet narrated knowledge according to his own meaning which had been guaranteed by Allah to be true.

Abstract

The development of interpretations needs to be observed as a scientific treasure, including the development of the interpretations of the Companions period which became the embryos of the development of the interpretations of the Koran after the time of the Prophet. Therefore, it is important to know how the development of interpretation at the time of the Companions. This paper uses a descriptive analysis method with a qualitative approach and applies library research types. The result is that the exegesis of the Companions period does not yet have special works like those of the later era, so the exegesis is still scattered randomly like hadith. Interpretations of friends also experience differences, but tend to be more diverse. There are three sources used by friends: the Koran, Hadith, and Ijtihad. The ijtihad techniques of the companions varied according to their scientific capacity. In addition, the interpretation of the Companions is considered to be the authoritative interpretation after the Qur'an and Hadith, because the Companions really understand the history of the revelation of the verses. The quality of the history of the interpretation of the Companions also needs to be analyzed for its status, but there are also many credible paths of transmission.

Abstract

This article discusses the importance of human resources in managing the resources available on earth. Humans were created by Allah to manage the earth and its resources for their own well-being, other creatures, and the entire universe. Therefore, these resources should be managed properly, as they are entrusted to humans and they will be held accountable for them in the hereafter. The management of human resources is crucial in organizations, corporations, and institutions, including universities. Human resource management is the lifeblood of institutions because the managed human factor determines the movement or stagnation of the institution's activities. The article presents various approaches, including political, economic, legal, socio-cultural, administrative, and technological, to demonstrate the strategic position of human resource management in university institutions. In conclusion, it emphasizes that a large capital or advanced technology is insufficient to build a successful institution, and it is the right management of human resources that matters most.

Abstract

In every era, there are phenomenal events that impress people, full of astonishment and awe. In this context, admiration can be for objects, animals, or people so that it is referred to as "the center of attention/figure". What meant by a character by the author here is a person who has received general and broad recognition because of the depth of knowledge, piety, and noble character from the surrounding community or commonly called Ulama. In addition, there is still a lack of research participation by Indonesian Islamic education scholars on local Islamic education thinkers. Also, the possibility of conducting historical studies on local themes outside of economic and political aspects that have relevance to the life of the Indonesian nation, such as the thought of Islamic education, is expanding.
