In the Hanafi Madzhab, the view is that referral is valid if the wife is in the iddah period, whether the referral is by saying sorih (clearly) without intention or in the form of kinayah (innuendo) must be with intention and it is also valid to refer to the wife with actions such as intercourse with intention or not, The Hambali Madzhab is of the view that reconciliation is valid if the wife is still in the iddah period, whether or not he reconciles her with words of sorih (clear) without or with words of kinayah (innuendo) because reconciliation is the cause of making intercourse permissible.

Abstract

Sufism is a pure teaching originating from the Islamic religion, with roots in the Al-Qur'an and the hadith of the Prophet Muhammad SAW. This teaching emphasizes spiritual experience, the search for love, and the pleasure of Allah. Scholars agree that Sufism is an additional dimension in Islam that strengthens the personal relationship with Allah. The first scholar to be named "Shufi" was Imam Abu Hasyim from Kufa, followed by Imam Dzu An-Nun Al-Mishri and Imam Al-Junaid Al-Bahgdadi as the developer and expounder of the views of tasawwuf. Figures like Sayyidina Hudzaifah Ibn Al-Yaman and Sayyidina Salman Al-Farisi are examples of people who have the knowledge of tasawwuf. The science of tasawwuf is considered a faith, morality, sincerity, and da'wah based on the Islamic religion, faith, and doing good with muraqabah and musyahadah. Self-introspection and cleaning the heart from immorality are also emphasized in the teachings of tasawwuf. The main goal of tasawwuf is to win the pleasure of Allah SWT. and live life with asceticism, feel the need for Allah, and avoid worldliness and immorality. Faqr or poverty teaches the awareness that everything one has is meaningless before Allah, so that the heart can be purified from anything that keeps it away from Him. All of this forms a strong foundation for the practice of tasawwuf which continues to be an integral part of the Islamic religious tradition.

Abstract

Trance is a condition in which a person is mentally disturbed and loses control over themselves, resulting in them not understanding what they are saying, losing their memory, and feeling confused. This research is included in the type of library research or library research, where researchers read, study, and analyze relevant literature, such as the Qur'an, hadith, books, and the results of previous research. The literature approach allows researchers to gain an in-depth understanding of the topic under study through careful review and study of the various available text sources. The phenomenon of trance has occurred since the time of the Prophet Muhammad SAW, as in the hadith about a woman who came to complain to the Prophet about her possession, namely a disorder that causes tension in the body and can even cause fainting, similar to epilepsy. This type of possession can be caused by disturbances from jinns, both due to the actions of sorcerers and other disturbances. Jin has the potential to affect the human body and feelings. In Islam, to protect oneself from the influence of negative jinn, it is important to practice the actions taught in the religion, such as memorizing and reciting the Ayat Kursi, adhering to the dhikr and prayers of the Prophet Muhammad, and avoiding daydreaming and over-eating.

Abstract

The use of gold and silver in cutlery and containers has become a symbol of social status and wealth in various societies, including in Roman times, Europe, America and the Archipelago. This research is a type of library research, which involves reading, studying and analyzing various relevant literature. keeping containers of gold and silver is haram, and can be understood as a step taken to avoid the potential for excessive use, waste of property, or even the impression of arrogance that can arise from the use of these luxury items. However, al Imrani argued that there was no prohibition against keeping containers or cutlery made of gold. According to him, keeping valuable cutlery, such as those made of gold and silver, is permitted because it has economic value which can assist in the development of one's wealth. In the Ushul Fiqh Science Discipline, the prohibition of the use of storing containers made of gold and silver is carried out using the sadd al-żari'ah approach, namely deciding the path of damage. Imam Ibn al-Qasim outlines his views on the use of vessels involving gold or silver coating. According to him, if a vessel contains a layer of gold or silver and if the vessel is placed at a high temperature so that the gold or silver coating melts or disappears, then the use of such a vessel is considered haram.

Abstract

The Prophetic Hadith is the second source of Islamic law after the Quran. The Quran mentions many legal issues on a global scale, while the Prophet's hadith details these issues so that they can be understood by Muslims. In addition to serving as an explanation for the Quran, the Prophet's hadith is also a source of Islamic law to complement the Quran. Therefore, the accuracy of the Prophetic traditions is of great concern to Muslims. One of the roles of scholars is to solve the problem of conflicting traditions (mukhtalif traditions). There are contradictions in the prophetic traditions, there are mukhtalif traditions and mushkil traditions are terms used to describe conflicting traditions. The factors that lead to contradictions in traditions include differences in the time, place and situation when the traditions were spoken. Scholars have endeavored to clarify the Prophet's traditions and explain any contradictions so that the authenticity of the traditions is preserved and not exploited by irresponsible parties to the detriment of Islam. This study uses the descriptive-analytical method to analyze the significance of the issue of hadith contradictions. Therefore, this study provides a critical perspective on the understanding of hadith related to ikhtilaf al-hadis especially on the hadith about testimony with the al-jam'u method.
