The counselling program contributes to school achievement by promoting character development and teaching social behaviours. In Indonesia, particularly in vocational high schools, the provision of counselling services is still unsatisfactory and requires improvement, but studies on the implementation of such services are currently lacking. I collected data at a vocational high school in Indonesia by interviewing a school counsellor, a subject teacher and students about the implementation of counselling services and the personal support offered by these programs. The results showed that implementing counselling services in vocational high schools in Indonesia has a positive effect. The headteacher, form tutors, subject teachers, counsellors and parents of students suggested collaborating and communicating in counselling service programs. Therefore, this study strongly supports the sufficient application of counselling services in vocational high schools in Indonesia, requiring personal support from those involved in improving academic performance and behaviour of student.

The development of digital technology has forced a transformation in the education system, where institutions are challenged to utilize new media to eliminate the barriers of space and time. This phenomenon has driven the rapid evolution of e-learning, from its initial CD-ROM-based approach to integration with Learning Management Systems (LMS) in the early 2000s, as well as content enrichment through multimedia and gamification to increase student engagement. However, this implementation faces significant challenges related to infrastructure requirements and individual technological adaptation. This study aims to analyze and describe the development of e-learning, compare implementations at the school and higher education levels, and evaluate its operational strengths and weaknesses, including the contribution of strategic thinking to e-learning optimization. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive-analytical type and is based on literature review (document review) and conceptual analysis. Data are classified to analyze historical developments, compare implementations, and analyze benefits and challenges. Data analysis techniques include content and comparative analysis to draw relevant conclusions. The results of this study found that e-learning implementations have similarities in flexibility in access and use of technology, but differ in demands for independent learning and depth of material. Higher education emphasizes independence and more complex material, while schools are more structured. Furthermore, the quiz method has been proven to increase motivation and evaluation efficiency, but is hampered by internet access issues and a lack of direct interaction. E-learning is key to educational transformation that successfully increases accessibility and efficiency. Successfully optimizing e-learning requires a strategic approach, including developing effective platforms and enhancing lecturer capabilities, to overcome infrastructure limitations and challenges of direct interaction.

E-learning has undergone significant evolution, transforming from a CBT-based system to a Hybrid Learning model integrated with ICT technology, making it a primary solution to overcome the barriers of space and time. This study aims to analyze the historical development of e-learning, review comparative implementations, and identify its strategic roles, advantages, and challenges, in order to formulate optimization strategies in higher education. The method used is a qualitative, descriptive-analytical approach through literature review and content analysis. The analysis shows that e-learning is crucial in providing flexibility and expanding access to learning resources, while simultaneously encouraging learning autonomy. However, successful implementation depends heavily on efforts to address the Digital Divide, reduce digital fatigue, and foster social presence to combat isolation. In conclusion, to maximize the potential of e-learning, institutions must focus on developing bandwidth-efficient platforms, training faculty as Instructional Designers, and adopting a scalable Hybrid Learning model to ensure Digital Equity and improve student learning outcomes.

E-learning has become a vital component of the modern education system, driven by the rapid advancement of information and communication technology. The development of e-learning has transformed from a teacher-centered model in the 1990s to a student-centered model integrated with a Learning Management System (LMS) and advanced technologies such as Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR). This study aims to analyze the historical development of e-learning, compare its implementation at the Elementary School (SD) and Higher Education (PT) levels, and evaluate its strengths and weaknesses. The final objective is to formulate a strategy to optimize the role of e-learning in improving the quality of Distance Learning (PJJ) at Wiralodra University. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive analytical type. Data were obtained through literature studies and conceptual reviews of various related academic documents and references. Data analysis techniques include qualitative content analysis and comparative analysis to examine differences in learning characteristics at both levels of education and formulate strategic solutions. The implementation of e-learning in Higher Education requires independent learning and presents more complex material than in Elementary School. Although e-learning offers advantages such as easy access and the use of diverse media, several disadvantages have been identified, including excessive workloads, difficulty understanding the material, and a lack of social interaction among students. To optimize the role of e-learning at Wiralodra University, a comprehensive strategy is recommended. This strategy includes developing an integrated e-learning platform, digital literacy training for lecturers and students, building industry collaborations, providing adequate internet access, and managing a balanced workload to enhance learning effectiveness.

Preaching is a noble activity in which a da'i broadcasts the teachings of Islam to mad'u. Therefore, before preaching the da'i should know the strategies to support the success of his da'wah, such as the Science of Rhetoric. Rhetoric is the art or science of the style of language used in conveying a message when speaking in public such as da'wah, speech and others. Ustadzah Halimah Alaydrus is a preacher whose da'wah is currently being heard by Muslimah congregations both offline and online. Ustadzah Halimah when preaching on social media apart from never meeting the congregation directly, she also never showed her face to the congregation online. However, this does not stop the congregation from listening to the da'wah he conveys. This is what makes the writer interested in making it a subject in research. From the background above, the question arises, how is Ustadzah Halimah Alaydrus rhetoric applied? And in this research the author focuses on using the theory of five rhetorical methods written by Zainul Ma'arif in his book Retorika Metode Komunikasi Publik which consists of finding da'wah material (inventio), arranging da'wah texts (dispositio), style of language (elucitio), remembering da'wah material (memoria), and the delivery of da'wah (pronontio). In this research, the author uses a library research method or approach, and based on the results of the rhetorical analysis of Ustadzah Halimah Alaydrus da'wah, the author obtained five rhetorical methods that were applied by Ustadzah Halimah when preaching on youtube social media. The five rhetorical methods of da'wah that she conveys are quite complete, packaged in an attractive manner so that the da'wah material is conveyed correctly, although there are still many shortcomings and these will be described in this research.
