Abstract

This study, uses two variables, namely the celebrity endorser as the independent variable (X) and the purchase decision as to the dependent variable (Y). This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of celebrity endorsers on purchasing decisions at the Pekanbaru branch of Geprek Bensu. The data used in this study are primary data collected through a questionnaire. The hypothesis of this study is that there is an influence of celebrity endorsers on purchasing decisions at the Geprek Bensu Pekanbaru branch. To determine the effect of these variables, indicators of the celebrity endorser variable are used, namely attractiveness, trust, and expertise, as well as indicators of purchase decisions, namely problem recognition, information search, alternative evaluation, purchase decisions, and post-purchase behavior. Then the data processing technique used simple linear regression, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing (T-test) using SPSS 25. Based on the analysis using the simple linear regression statistical method Y = 21.902 + 0.546X which shows the effect of celebrity endorser (X) the purchase decision (Y) is positive. Furthermore, the results of the correlation coefficient test show the correlation value of the two variables, namely celebrity endorser and purchasing decisions of 0.865 with a positive direction and the level of the relationship is very strong and significant. Furthermore, the results of hypothesis testing, the T-test is 16.717 with sig 0,000 Obtained t table is 1.9855 in other words T count is greater than the T table (16.717> 1.9855). So it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, or it can be interpreted that celebrity endorsers have an effect on purchasing decisions or there is a positive and significant influence between celebrity endorsers on purchasing decisions at the Geprek Bensu Pekanbaru branch. The amount of the coefficient of determination is 0.748 (74.8%), which means that celebrity endorsers have an influence of 74.8% on purchasing decisions and 25.2% are influenced by other factors.

Abstract

Since its development, the gravity model of international trade has received some critics. However, there have been continuously studies using the model. This paper is a literature review by evaluating some scholarly works that analyse China's trajectory in doing its international trades. China is taken as a case study for the empirical course since the country has been maintaining its international trade with many countries. By doing so, this paper maintains that the gravity model still meets its relevance to understanding international trade patterns. It should also be noted that most studies use an augmented gravity model instead of the traditional one.

Abstract

This research wants to see the influence’s of education degree and parent’s income to the student’s achievement in studying of seventh degree in SMP Negeri 7 Dumai in pandemic covid-19 era, This research uses the quantitative of reseach type which the theory of multiple linear regression which the purpose for to know how big is, the influence of education degree and parents’s income to studying achievement of 72 students in seventh degree in SMP Negeri 7 Duma in pandemic of Covid 19 era. Technique in taking the sample was done in proportionate stratified Random Sampling, used the slovin formula from 260 students. There are variabels in this research; the degree of parents education, the degree of parents income and the students studying achicvement. The collecting of data’s are by questioners and documentation, Instrument test was done with validity reliability test. The data analysis used percentage descriptive analysis and regresy analysis and multiple linear regression, the resulted there are lufluencing of education degree and parent’s income degree to the student’s achievement in studying. The result of this research suggested to the students always have the motivation in their education process to reach the maximal achievement in studying and students parents can give supporting and student’s need in education though in condition of education degree and low of income especially in pandemic Covid 19 era.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low learning outcomes of students in several subjects. One of them is economics. One of the efforts that can be done to overcome these problems is the use of Problem Based Learning learning strategies in learning. The purpose of this research is to reveal the effect of problem based learning learning model and motivation on students' economic learning outcomes. The type of research used is Quasi Experiment using a 2x2 factorial design. The population in this study were students of class XI IIS-1 MAN 1 West Lombok, NTB for the 2021/2022 school year. The sample of this study was selected by simple random sampling technique with the results of students in class XI IIS-1 MAN 1 West Lombok as samples. The research data were obtained from the results of the economics study test and a learning motivation questionnaire. Data analysis was performed using the t-test and Two-Way ANOVA. The results showed that the economic learning outcomes of students who were taught using the problem based learning model were better than those of students who were taught using conventional learning. This also applies to students who have high and low motivation. Economic Learning Outcomes (cognitive, affective, and psychomotor) students who have high motivation who are taught by PBL learning model are better than students who have high motivation who are taught by conventional learning. The same thing is also shown in students who have low motivation and are taught with the PBL learning model looks better than students with low motivation who are taught by conventional learning.

Abstract

Abstract This research was conducted with the aim of analyzing and explaining the implementation of the Halal Tourism Development Strategy at the Pekanbaru City Culture and Tourism Office. This research was carried out using the first indicator of Making a Decree for the Acceleration of Halal Tourism Development, the second was the Socialization of Halal Tourism, and the third was Self Claim and Halal Certificate. This type of research uses descriptive quantitative methods. The results of the research for the first indicator, namely Making a Decree for the Acceleration of Halal Tourism Development, have been quite implemented, this is because some of them have the performance of the members of the Halal Tourism Development Acceleration Team, and feel that the second indicator is the Socialization of Halal Tourism. considering not a few of the community / business actors themselves who still do not understand the concept of halal tourism. Furthermore, in the third indicator, Selcf Claim and Halal Certificate, the results of the research show that it has not been implemented properly. this is because there are still many of them who have not yet been given the halal certificate themselves while they have made a self-claim for halal tourism, besides that there are also not a few of the community/business actors who have not enjoyed being registered and are included in the halal category. The implementation of the Halal Tourism Development Strategy at the Pekanbaru City Culture and Tourism Office is due to the lack of budget availability owned by the Pekanbaru City Culture and Tourism Office in carrying out halal tourism development activities so that the results are not maximized. Keywords: Analysis of Implementation of Halal Tourism Development Strategy Abstrak Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis dan menjelaskan Pelaksanaan Strategi Pengembangan Wisata Halal Pada Dinas Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata Kota Pekanbaru. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan indikator pertama membuat Sk percepatan pengembangan wisata halal, kedua sosialisasi wisata halal, dan yang ketiga self claim dan sertifikat halal. Tipe penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif dengan metode kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian dalam Indikator pertama yaitu membuat SK percepatan pengembangan wisata halal sudah cukup terlaksana, hal ini dikarenakan sebagian dari mereka sudah merasakan kinerja dari anggota tim percepatan pengembangan wisata halal, dan untuk indikator kedua yaitu sosialisasi wisata halal, hasil penelitian mengatakan kurang terlaksana, hal ini karena megingat tidak sedikit dari masyarakat/pelaku usaha itu sendiri yang masih belum paham terkait konsep wisata halal. selanjutnya dalam indikator ketiga self claim dan sertifikat halal hasil penelitian menjunjukkan bahwa masih belum terlaksana dengan baik. hal ini dikarenakan masih banyak dari mereka yang saat ini belum diberikan sertifikat halal itu sendiri sementara mereka sudah melakukan self claim wisata halal, selain itu juga tidak sedikit dari masyrakat/pelaku usaha yang belum merasakan usahanya terdata dan masuk dalam kategori halal. Kurang terlaksananya Pelaksanaan Strategi Pengembangan Wisata Halal Pada Dinas Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata Kota Pekanbaru disebabkan karna terbatasnya ketersediaan anggaran yang dimiliki Dinas Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata Kota Pekanbaru dalam melaksanakan kegiatan pengembangan wisata halal sehingga hasil belum maksimal. Abstract

Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan dua variabel yaitu In Store Display dan Price Discount sebagai variabel bebas (X1, X2) dan Impulse Buying sebagai variabel terikat (Y).  Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh In Store Display dan Price Discount terhadap Impulse Buying (studi kasus konsumen Guardian Living World Pekanbaru). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen/pengunjung yang pernah berbelanja di Guardian Living World Pekanbaru. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik penelitian accidental sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 orang responden. Data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah data primer yang dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan wawancara. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan alat bantu berupa aplikasi SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel In Store Display, Price Discount berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Impulse Buying pada Guardian Living World Pekanbaru.
