Abstract

Perumda Pasar Jaya again held an auction for the revitalization of the maintenance and management of the Kramat Jati main market toilet, which is in Jakarta, and currently the winner of the Auction from the Revitalization of Maintenance and Management is PT. Answara Sukses Perdana Indonesia, because in this case in order to create a clean and comfortable market toilet. So that market visitors are more comfortable to enter the traditional market. The management and maintenance of toilets on the market today is constantly improving every year. This is in accordance with the slogan of Pasar Jaya which wants to create a clean and healthy market scope. Market management wants toilet cleanliness to be one of the benchmarks in seeing market feasibility. "Because even though it's a traditional market, cleanliness can't be taken for granted, we want the impression of dirty and dirty market toilets to change in the community, considering that we continue to pursue repairs and maintenance of toilets to make them better," he said. improvement of market toilets to participate in these activities. It is hoped that in the future in a number of markets, the toilets can be even better. Previously, one of the standard toilet revitalization and maintenance programs using the Tapping Gate System could be seen at the Kramat Jati Main Market, East Jakarta, where improvements were made for the users of the public toilet services. The most prominent improvements made by the management are revitalization and maintenance and the implementation of a tapping gate system in market toilets whose standards are equivalent to toilets in five-star hotels. Because it is used as one of the standards in the future, every market belonging to PD Pasar Jaya which is revitalized in its model and shape and must use the Tapping Gate system and must refer to the toilets in the market. Because it is built to a standard, the maintenance is also not the same as the others/markets that have not been revitalized and have not used the Tapping gate system. Its management is also expected to be a reference for other markets. Management and maintenance of this market toilet, especially in terms of cleanliness, supporting facilities and size. That's why you need to be careful when doing it. So that it can provide convenience to traders and people who come to shop at traditional markets

Abstract

This research was aimed to find out and analyze the influence of product quality toward the purchase decision of Toyota Innova cars at PT. Agung Toyota (Automall) SM. Amin Pekanbaru. The sample in this research is Toyota innova cars buyer of 58 consumers at PT. Agung Toyota SM. Amin. The sampling tecnhnique taken was through Porposive sampling is a sampling tecnhnique with certain considerations. The type of research used was descriptive research with simple linear regression. Method data analysis used to calculate is using validity test, reliability test, normality test, hypothesis test and t- test. Based on the analysis and simple linear regression that product quality variables have a positive influence on purchasing decision.

Abstract

Di era perdagangan bebas (pasar global) pembangunan perekonomian di Indonesia khususnya di bidang perindustrian dan perdagangan telah membawa manfaat yang cukup besar bagi semua pihak baik kepada konsumen mapun kepada dunia usaha (pelaku bisnis), yaitu semakin banyaknya pilihan barang atau jasa yang ditawarkan, dengan berbagai jenis, tipe, harga dan kualitas., sehingga konsumen akan lebih mudah dalam memenuhi kebutuhan sehari-hari. Namun disisi lain konsumen juga dapat menjadi objek bagi para pelaku bisnis yang sengaja mencari keuntungan yang sebesar-besarnya, baik melalui promosi ataupun iklan penjualan yang seringkali merugikan para konsumen. Hal ini karena rendahnya pemahaman hukum baik dari sisi konsumennya maupun kesadaran hukum pelakau usaha. Disamping itu juga karena rendah etika dalam berbisnis. Untuk itu perlulah ada kesadaran terumata pelaku usaha yang tidak hanya mencari keuntungan semata tetapi lebih menjamin agar tercipta situasi saling menguntungkaan baik konsumen mapun pelaku usaha sehingaa tidak ada pihak yang dirugikan.

Abstract

Product quality is closely related to purchasing decisions, where product quality is one aspect of consumer considerations in making purchasing decisions, quality products will lead to consumer satisfaction which in turn will make these consumers loyal to the product. A company should be able to provide quality in accordance with the wishes and needs of consumers by paying attention to quality standards in the market. This is intended so that the quality provided by the company is not less competitive than the products of other competing companies.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) X Kecamatan Kelayang Kabupaten Indargiri Hulu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui BUMDes X apakah telah sesuai dengan prinsip akuntansi berterima umum. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif menelaah dan membandingkan antara data yang telah dikumpulkan dengan teori-teori yang berkaitan dan disajikan dalam bentuk penelitian tersebut. Berdasarkan penelitian dan pembahasan yang sudah dilakukan bahwa terdapat masalah-masalah didalamnya, dapat disimpulkan bahwa BUMDes X Kecamatan Kelayang Kabupate Indragiri Hulu belum sesuai dengan prinsip akutansi berterima umum.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tanggapan responden terhadap saluran distribusi pembelian Kartu Perdana Telkomsel, tanggapan responden terhadap keputusan pembelian Kartu Perdana Telkomsel, dan seberapa besar pengaruh saluran distribusi terhadap keputusan pembelian Kartu Perdana Telkomsel pada Mahasiswa Jurusan Administrasi Niaga Politeknik Negeri Bengkalis. Jenis penelitian ini adalah asosiatif dengan cara menyebar kuesioner kepada 100 responden menggunakan metode pemilihan sampel nonprobability sampling dengan purposive sampling. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa saluran distribusi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian artinya variable saluran distribusi merupakan salah satu variabel yang dapat digunakan untuk mengukur keputusan pembelian. Koefisien determinan (KD) adalah 33,6 atau sama dengan 33,6% yang berarti bahwa saluran distribusi mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian sebesar 33,6% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 66,4% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti pada penelitian ini.

Abstract

This research was conducted to analyze the effect Profitability, Leverage, Company Size, Company Age, and Liquidity On Timeliness of Financial Report Submission conducted in mining companies listed on May 2016-2018. The population in this study were 47 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2016-2018. Samples were selected using the purposive sampling method. Based on the purposive sampling method, the samples obtained were 33 companies for 3 years so that there were 99 companies. Data analyzed using multiple regression analysis using SPPS version 25. Based on the test results of this study, a logistics regression test (parcial test) showed that Age (Sig 0,077) and Liqiudity (Sig 0,731) had no effect on Timeliness of Financial Report Submission. This is indicated in the test results that the significance value of the variable is greater than (>) 0.05 and the Tcount value is smaller than the value of Ttable. While Profitability (Sig 0.013), Leverage (Sig 0.026) and Company Size (Sig 0.007) affect Timeliness of Financial Report Submission.This is indicated in the test results that the significance value of the variable is smaller than (<) 0.05 and the value of T is greater than the value of the table. Abstract

This research was aimed to find out and analyze the influence of marketing strategy of the wedding organizer service business to customer satisfaction at UD. Julia Pelaminan Pekanbaru. This research is a descriptive research with a quantitative approach. This study took place at UD. Julia Courtyard Pekanbaru. The population in this study were 42 consumers. The type of data used consists of primary data and secondary data. To obtain data by means of observation, interviews and questionnaires. In analyzing the data the author uses a simple regression formula. The results of the study concluded that the value of correlation and determination (R2) was 0.992 or 99.20% according to the standard of the Guilford category. The influence of service business marketing strategy on satisfaction is 0.984 or 98.40% while 1.60% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. Result of calculated F (2510,337) > F table (1,481) with Sig. (0.000) < 0.05. This means that the independent variables (service marketing strategy) together have a significant effect on the independent variable (consumer satisfaction).

Abstract

The study aims to see how entrepreneurial education can affect student entrepreneurship interests at the Islamic University of Riau. This type of study uses an associative survey. The study the associative survey is one that aims to establish links between two or more variables. Ultimately the result of this study explain causal connections between variables through hypothetical testing. Sampling taken from this study uses a non-sampling method with an incidental sampling technique. Data analysis on this study uses simple linear regression analysis. The study shows that variable X, which is entrepreneurial education with curriculum indicators, the quality of educators and teaching facilities, and the results of both category agreed-upon. As for the variable Y interest in self entrepreneurs, task and results oriented, taking risks, leadership, originality and forward oriented action, getting the results from those in the agreed category. The result of simple linear regression research suggests that entrepreneurial education has significant connections to student entrepreneurship interests.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and explain the provision of teacher compensation and its obstacles at the Pasir Putih Adventist College, Baru Village, Siak Hulu District, Kampar Regency. The type of research is a descriptive survey with a quantitative approach. The research data was obtained secondary and primary with the internal population from all middle school teachers right/index and the Principal of the Pasir Putih Adventist School, amounting to 9 people. The entire population was used as a research sample with a census sampling technique. Data analysis is the process of systematically searching and compiling data obtained from questionnaires, interviews, and observations. Based on the results of the previous data analysis, it can be concluded that the results of the study are as follows: Compensation for the teachers of the Pasir Putih Adventist Middle School is good or 77.8%. These results are in accordance with the responses submitted by each research indicator, namely the direct compensation indicator received by the Pasir Putih Adventist Middle School teacher which is in the good category. The teachers have received salaries, incentives, and allowances provided by the foundation every month. Then this indirect compensation indicator is in a good category. These results certainly have provided an illustration that the compensation applied by the foundation in the form of indirect compensation has been very good, so it is hoped that this incentive indicator can also have a good impact on teacher achievement. The obstacle in providing compensation is that there is no assessment in providing incentives and family gathering activities or entertaining teachers from the tiredness of teaching and learning activities by taking walks (picnics), so that teachers to get together have to pay for their own expenses.
