Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empiris : 1.Seberapa besar tingkat efektivitas dan efisiensi dari Bea Perolehan Hak Atas Tanah (BPHTB) pada pemerintah kota Metro Provinsi Lampung tahun 2014-2018. 2.Seberapa besar tingkat efektivitas dan efisiensi dari PBB PP pada pemerintah kota Metro Provinsi Lampung tahun 2014-2018. 3. Seberapa besar kontribusi Bea Perolehan Hak Atas Tanah (BPHTB) terhadap Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) kota Metro Provinsi Lampung.4.Seberapa besar kontribusi PBB PP terhadap Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) kota Metro Provinsi Lampung. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif.Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yaitu BPHTB,PBB-PP, dan PAD selama th 2013-2018.Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan Observasi ,Wawancara (interview), dan Dokumentasi. Sedangkan Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan rumus efektifitas, efisiensi dan kontribusi. Hasil Penelitian menunjukan bahwa Efektifitas penerimaan BPHTB kota Metro masuk dalam kriteria sangat efektif dengan presentase 117,7% sampai 164,7%, hanya pada tahun 2016 yang masuk kriteria cukup efektif yaitu sebesar 85.8%.Efektivitas penerimaan Pajak Bumi Dan Bangunan Sektor Perdesaan Dan Perkotaan (PBB-P2) kota Metro pada tahun 2013 masuk kriteria efektif, sedangkan tahun 2014 sampai 2018, masuk kriteria cukup efektif.Efisiensi BPHTB kota Metro, pada periode 2013-2018, mengalami perubahan yang fluktuati, dan menunjukan kriteria sangat efisien.Efisiensi Pajak Bumi Dan Bangunan Sektor Perdesaan Dan Perkotaan (PBB-PP) selama tahun 2013-2018 masuk pada kriteria sangat efisien dengan nilai efisiensi 5%-6%.Rata-rata kontribusi BPHTB terhadap pendapatan asli daerah selama kurun waktu 6 tahun (2013-2018) kurang dari 5%. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahawa BPHTB sangat kurang berkontribusi terhadap Pendapatan Asli Daerah.PBB-PP sangat kurang berkontribusi terhadap pendapatan asli daerah selama kurun waktu 6 tahun (2013-2018) kurang dari 5%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahasan tentang manajemen pemasaran mengenai keputusan pembelian pada pengguna e-commerce. Metode perolehan data menggunakan kuesioner yang disebar kepada 94 konsumen dan di analisis menggunakan SEM dengan didukung program PLS. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa informasi electronic word of mouth yang tersedia begitu banyak sedangkan konsumen memiliki keterbatasan dalam mengevaluasi ataupun mengolah informasi tersebut sesuai kebutuhanya. Kepercayaan konsumen tidak ditentukan oleh review tetapi ada factor lain yang lebih berpengaruh. Konsumen yang memiliki pengetahuan yang baik akan memiliki kepercayaan terhadap produk dan perusahaan.konsumen yang memiliki pengetahuan akan suatu produk baik atribut, manfaat, ataupun kepuasan dari suatu produk belum tentu atau bahkan tidak membuat konsumen memutuskan untuk membelinya. Konsumen yang memiliki pengetahuan produk yang lebih tinggi hanya meningkatkan efisiensi proses pembuatan keputusan dengan mengurangi jumlah siklus, durasi dan membantu konsumen focus pada alternative yang relevan.

Abstract

Tesis ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis, menguji dan mengukur kinerja RSUD Jend. A. Yani pada tahun 2017 – 2019, dengan menggunakan metode balanced scorecard di 3 (tiga) perspektif, yaitu perspektif pelanggan, perspektif proses bisnis internal dan perspektif pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Jenis dan sumber data yang digunakan berupa data sekunder dan data primer. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kinerja RSUD Jend. A. Yani tahun 2017 – 2019 : 1) perspektif pelanggan berada di kategori cukup baik, yaitu ; retensi pelanggan 113 %, akuisi pelanggan 21,47 %, kepuasan pelanggan 3,8 2) perspektif proses bisnis internal kurang baik dimana nilai BTO, GDR dan NDR belum memenuhi standar Permenkes Nomor 1171 tahun 2011, 3) perspektif pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan berada dikategori cukup baik, yaitu : retensi pegawai 1,03 %, pegawai yang mendapat pelatihan 53,76 %, kepuasan pegawai 3,81. Untuk itu, perlu dilakukan peningkatan kinerja di masing masing indikator perspektif yang kurang, guna meningkatkan kinerja rumah sakit.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui sejauh mana akuntabilitas pengelolaan dana desa di Desa Taman Asri Kecamatan Purbolinggo Kabupaten Lampung Timur, dengan menganalisis pengelolaannya dari tahun 2016 sampai dengan tahun 2018.Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Desa Taman Asri Kecamatan Purbolinggo Kabupaten Lampung Timur. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah pengelolaan dana desa di desa tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan, pelaksanaan, penatausahaan, pelaporan dan pertanggungjawaban anggaran dana desa di desa Taman Asri Kecamatan Purbolinggo Kabupaten Lampung Timur belum dapat dikatakan akuntabel, karena masih terdapat indikator akuntabilitas yang tidak terpenuhi selama pengelolaan dari tahun 2016 hingga tahun 2018. Hal tersebut terkendala oleh kurangnnya sarana prasarana dan sumber daya manusia yang belum memadai

Abstract

This study aims to determine empirically the Effect of Service Quality and Employee Work Discipline on Community Satisfaction in the Land Office of East Lampung Regency. The method used is quantitative, data collection using interviews, documentation and questionnaires. The data analysis technique is using multiple linear regression formula. The results showed that: Hypothesis 1, supported / accepted, which means that there is an influence of service quality on community satisfaction at the East Lampung District Land Office. Hypothesis 2, supported / accepted, which means that there is an effect of employee work discipline on community satisfaction at the East Lampung District Land Office. Hypothesis 3, supported / accepted, which means there is an Influence of Service Quality and Employee Work Discipline on Community Satisfaction in the Land Office of East Lampung Regency. The magnitude of the effect of the Influence of Service Quality and Employee Work Discipline on Community Satisfaction in the Land Office of East Lampung Regency is 32%.

The population in this study were employees who worked at BPKAD of North Lampung Regency and were taken by purposive sampling using Slovin formula to 86 respondents. The population in this study were employees who worked at Staffing and Regional Planning and Development Agencyin Central Lampung Regency and were sampled by purposive sampling using the Slovin formula to 39 respondents. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 21. Findings signify that: (1) Is work environment significant to employee performance? Abstract

This study aims to determine what criteria can be used to determine high-performing employees and also find out methods that can be used to determine high-achieving employees. The problem is whether Employee Work Targets (targets and achievements) and Work Behavior (service orientation, integrity, commitment, discipline, cooperation and leadership) can be used as criteria in determining employee performance and whether the Weighted Product (WP) method can be used as a method of analysis in determining employee achievement. This study is a study that seeks to determine employee achievement using the Weighted Product (WP) method by using SKP (Employee Work Goals) and Work Behavior as assessed criteria. The population in this study are employees of the Metro City Regional Secretariat office with random sampling. To determine the number of samples a cluster or group system is used proportionally where a large number of population groups are also sampled and vice versa. Based on the analysis using the method of Weighted Product (WP) shows that the employee with the highest vector V value is considered the best / highest performing employee. By using this method the determination of outstanding employees can be done in an objective, measurable, accountable and transparent.
