Abstract

The cleanliness of the feminine area (personal hygiene), especially during menstruation, is often ignored by teenagers. If you don't maintain proper genital hygiene, then in damp conditions, fungi and bacteria in the feminine area will thrive. Using underwear that uses thin material and does not absorb sweat can also make the feminine area damp and smelly, making it easier for fungi and bacteria to nest and using sanitary napkins for more than 2-3 hours can make it easier for fungi and bacteria to nest in the feminine area. Aims to analyze the relationship between personal hygiene during menstruation and the incidence of vaginal discharge in class X teenage girls at SMA Negeri 3 Ambon. This study used quantitative research using a cross-sectional design. The sample in the study was 150 people. Data analysis using the Chi-Squere test research shows that the use of underwear has a p value = (0.720), the length of use of sanitary napkins has a p value of sanitary napkins = (0.000) and how to clean female organs has a p value = (0.523). there is only a significant relationship between the length of use of sanitary napkins and how to clean the female organs and the incidence of vaginal discharge in class X teenage girls at SMA Negeri 3 Ambon. Meanwhile, what is not significant is the use of underwear and how to clean the female organs with the incidence of vaginal discharge in class X teenage girls at SMA Negeri 3 Ambon.

Abstract

Nurses are health workers who play an important role in health services. Nurses are required to be committed to carrying out their duties according to competence, but this is not balanced by what they get from the hospital, in this case in the form of incentives.Incentives are a means of motivation that encourages employees to work with optimal abilities, resulting in good performance. Apart from that, interpersonal relationships can also influence performance. Interpersonal relationships have an impact on workload due to less harmonious and emotional interactions between individuals in the environment which can have negative effects that trigger conflict at work. The aim of this research was to determine the relationship between receiving financial incentives and interpersonal between nurses and the performance of nurses at RSU Al-Fatah Ambon.Quantitative research using designCross Sectional. The total sample was 48 nurses in the inpatient room with the sampling technique, namely total sampling with the chi square statistical test. Value statistical test resultsFisher's Exact Testshows receipt of incentives p.value 0.024 <0.05 and interpersonal relationships p.value 0.002 <0.05. This shows that Ha is accepted, where there is a relationship between receiving incentives and nurse performance, and there is an interpersonal relationship with nurse performance at RSU Al-Fatah Ambon.

Abstract

Red hibiscus leaves (Hibiscus rosa sinensis L.) are used as medicinal plants because they contain alkaloids, glycosides, flavonoids, phenols and saponins. Previous studies have formulated liquid detergent and creambath preparations from hibiscus leaf extract. This study was experimental using the maceration method with 96% ethanol solvent for 5 days and was shaken every 1x24 hours. Red hibiscus leaf extract was extracted using 96% ethanol solvent and then formulated into lotions with various different concentrations: F0 did not contain extract, F1 contained 2.5% extract, F2 contained 5% extract, and F3 contained 7.5% extract. Evaluation of the preparations was carried out through organoleptic tests, homogeneity, pH, spreadability, and skin irritation. The results of the physical evaluation showed that the lotion with red hibiscus leaf extract had a green to dark green color, a semi-solid or cream texture, pH 6, and the spreadability obtained ranged from 6.2 cm to 7 cm. Irritation tests conducted by several panelists showed that the lotion preparation was safe to use. From the research that has been conducted, it can be concluded that red hibiscus leaf extract (Hibiscus rosa sinensis L.) can be formulated into a lotion preparation.

Abstract

Patient satisfaction with pharmaceutical services is determined by the quality of prescription services. Waiting time is one of the indicators of prescription service quality, as patients tend to feel satisfied when the waiting time for prescription services is not excessively long and meets the established standards. This study is descriptive observational in nature, focusing on a specific sample of outpatient prescriptions at Hospital X Tanjungpinang during the period of April 2023. Data were collected through observations during both peak and non-peak hours and analyzed using statistical analysis methods. The results indicate that the average waiting time for non-compounded prescription services during peak and non-peak hours is 8 minutes and 10 seconds. This suggests that Hospital X Tanjungpinang meets the waiting time standards for prescription services as outlined in Minister of Health Regulation No. 34 of 2016.
