Abstract

One of the efforts taken by the company to improve morale is to meet the promotion appropriately, because when promotions are met then the employee will contribute optimum morale. The purpose of this study is to investigate the implementation of a promotion, the condition of employee morale and job promotion role in improving employee morale at PT. Asuransi Jasa Indonesia (Persero) Branch Garut Retail.The analytical method used in this research is descriptive and verification method. Descriptive method used to determine the implementation of promotion and conditions of employee morale at PT. Asuransi Jasa Indonesia (Persero) branch of Garut Retail, the verification method used to determine the role of promotion in improving employee morale at the office of PT. Asuransi Jasa Indonesia (Persero) branch Retail Garut.The method used is survey explanation. The process of sampling carried out by random sampling technique. The sample size is 65 people. The data collection was conducted using questionnaires, interviews, and literature.These results indicate that the promotion included in the category of good, as well as morale is also high. It is seen that the coefficient of determination variable X amounted to 16.56%, and the remaining 83.44% is the influence of other factors. Spearman Rank Correlation promotion variables play a role in improving employee morale with a yield of 0,407 and have a relationship and the variables that are significant

Abstract

Pertumbuhan ekonomi dunia berkembang pesat dimana persaingan dihadapi oleh setiap perusahaan, Pengertian metode penelitian menurut Sugiono (2014:2) dalam Yumi et al. (2018:2842) Metode penelitian merupakan cara ilmiah untuk mendapatkan data dengan tujuan dan kegunaan tertentu. Desain penelitian yang digunakan oleh peneliti adalah dengan menggunakan analisis kuantitatif, yaitu untuk menguji hipotesis dan mengadakan intreprestasi yang lebih dalam, yang menggambarkan hubungan terstruktur variabel-variabel secara komprehensif, yaitu pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan (X1) dan Servicescape (X2) terhadap variabel terikat Minat Beli (Y) pada restoran Crisbar dengan demikian rupa agar hasil penelitian, serta untuk mengetahui variabel lain yang diteliti (epsilon). Isi simpulan dan saran menggunakan huruf dan gaya paragraf yang sama dengan bagian lainnya dan disarnakan ditulis dalam satu paragraf dan menghindari penggunaan bullet dan numbering.

This study aims to determine the role of the Wonderful Indonesia branding promotion at the Asean Tourism Forum (ATF) in improving tourism in Indonesia. The ASEAN Tourism Forum (ATF) is regional cooperation that seeks to promote the ASEAN region as an international tourist destination.The research method used is a qualitative method through literature reviews on official government documents, scientific articles, and news.The results show that the ASEAN Tourism Forum (ATF) is a means or media for Indonesia to attract foreign investors to invest or invest in cooperation in developing tourism in Indonesia, as well as the Wonderful Indonesia branding promotion media to attract foreign tourists to tourist destinations in Indonesia. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengeluaran infrastruktur pemerintah terhadap infrastruktur kapitalisasi pasar, industri utilitas dan transportasi perusahaan terbuka di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) selama 2005-2014. Analisis penelitian menggunakan deskriptif dan verifikasi. Data yang digunakan adalah data deret waktu sebagai realisasi pengeluaran langsung pemerintah di sektor infrastruktur yang terdiri dari transportasi dan komunikasi. Data kapitalisasi pasar adalah kapitalisasi perusahaan industri infrastruktur, utilitas dan transportasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) selama 2005-2014. Analisis data menggunakan deskriptif dan verifikasi. Analisis deskriptif digunakan untuk menggambarkan pengembangan variabel penelitian. Analisis verifikasi digunakan untuk menguji pengaruh antara variabel dengan meliputi uji pemilihan model, uji spesifikasi model, uji normalitas, uji regresi, uji koefisien determinasi, uji statistik t dan uji f.Hasil analisis menunjukkan variabel pengeluaran infrastruktur pemerintah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kapitalisasi pasar perusahaan industri infrastruktur, utilitas dan transportasi di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama 2005-2014, dengan tingkat determinasi 47,47% dan sisanya 53,52% adalah dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak dijelaskan atau dimasukkan dalam fungsi model penelitian seperti pendapatan Nasional, inflasi, nilai tukar dan lainnya. Oleh karena itu pemerintah pusat harus konsisten pada setiap target dan kegiatan pembangunan yang telah ditetapkan dalam pengeluaran infrastruktur setiap tahun. Hal ini penting untuk dilakukan, sehingga kesenjangan pembiayaan tidak mendorong inflasi yang menyebabkan biaya tinggi dalam proses produksi karena inflasi komoditas infrastruktur. Selain itu, upaya pengendalian yang efektif untuk proses pembangunan sedang dilakukan dan juga dilanjutkan dengan sinergi di antara para pemangku kepentingan bahwa proses pengembangan pelaksanaan dilakukan tepat waktu, serta upaya untuk menetapkan kebijakan strategis dan kepastian hukum bagi investor. Sehingga iklim investasi semakin kondusif untuk menarik minat investor swasta berinvestasi di sektor infrastruktur, utilitas dan transportasi di Bursa Efek Indonesia.

Abstract

The size agreed upon by the assistant is determined by the level of service recipient satisfaction. The satisfaction of beneficiaries received must be in accordance with what is needed and expected. And the government has also issued a Regulation of the Minister of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform No. 14 of 2017 concerning Guidelines for Surveying Public Satisfaction of Public Service Providers. The Elements That Are Focused In The Community Satisfaction Survey consist of 9 Elements. Of the 9 non-services in the work unit of the Regional Development Planning, Research and Development Agency in the City of Tasikmalaya in general, the Highest Average Value (NRR) The Highest Non-Service Cost Conformity (3.59), While No one has an Over Value (NRR) that almost the same but still in the GOOD category. The element with the lowest average value (NRR) is service time (average 3.07). This value reflects the highest level of satisfaction obtained from the Conformity of Service Costs. While at the time of service provides the lowest level of satisfaction. Everyone's Average Rating. Abstract

The transition toward Zero Emission Zones (ZEZ) in higher education institutions (HEIs) faces systemic challenges, particularly the underutilization of HRM as a strategic driver of sustainability. In many universities, HRM remains focused on administrative functions rather than catalyzing behavioral and institutional transformation aligned with climate goals. This study aims to develop a strategic Green HRM model to support policy development and operational change toward ZEZ implementation in HEIs.Using a Design Thinking approach comprising five stages—empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and test—the research explores current practices, identifies institutional barriers, and co-creates solutions across selected Indonesian universities. The findings reveal that integrating green job design, environmental training, eco-based performance indicators, and prophetic leadership significantly enhances staff engagement, reduces energy use, and promotes low-carbon innovation. Pilot testing demonstrates that digital platforms supporting HR-led emission monitoring and incentive structures can accelerate sustainability culture within academic settings.
