Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality on purchasing decisions for futsal sport shoes Specs in Bandar Lampung. This type of research is explanatory research. The number of samples used was 100 respondents. Sampling using probability sampling techniques with simple random sampling method. Data analysis techniques using the classical assumption test and multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 21. The results of this study partially have a significant effect between product quality (X2) on purchasing decisions (Y), the results of research simultaneously have a positive influence and significant between product quality (X2) on purchasing decisions (Y) with an R square value of 27.4%.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian menggambarkan penerapan model pentahelix dalam pengembangan pariwisata Talang Indah di Kabupaten Pringsewu. Teori ini menggunakan Model Pentahelix. Jenis penelitian deskriptif, pendekatan kualitatif. Informan ditentukan dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan sampel 10 informan yang terdiri dari akademi, bisnis, komunitas, pemerintah, dan media Talang Indah. Data sekunder bersumber dari data yang diperoleh dari Disporpa (Dinas Pemuda, Olahraga, dan Pariwisata Kabupaten Pringsewu) serta pihak atau pengurus Talang Indah Fajaresuk. Analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, tampilan data, dan penarikan kesimpulan / verifikasi, kemudian divalidasi dengan triangulasi sumber. Dari hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa akademi di Wisata Talang Indah belum berperan aktif dalam pengembangan pariwisata, pelaku usaha berperan dalam mengubah kehidupan masyarakat, masyarakat memiliki minat yang tinggi dan pengaruhnya terhadap pengembangan Wisata Talang Indah , pemerintah memainkan peran penting dalam pengembangan Wisata Talang Indah karena bertindak sebagai regulator dan juga berperan sebagai pengontrol, dan media memainkan peran aktif dalam pengembangan Pariwisata Talang Indah sebagai penyedia informasi, pendidikan, hiburan , dan sebagai pengendali sosial. Studi ini merekomendasikan agar masyarakat berpartisipasi dalam melestarikan dan melestarikan peninggalan sejarah dan budaya, pemerintah dapat membuat peraturan kebijakan hukum yang jelas dan menindaklanjuti perjanjian MOU dengan aula besar di lahan Wisata Talang Indah, bisnis dapat meningkatkan acara untuk mengembangkan kreativitas, dan media dapat menambahkan promosi melalui kekuatan komunitas yang dibangun di jejaring sosial yang dilakukan untuk menginformasikan tentang Wisata Talang Indah. Kata kunci: Pentahelix, Pengembangan, Pariwisata.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh inovasi produk, store atmosphere, dan lokasi terhadap motivasi konsumen serta dampaknya pada keputusan pembelian El’s Coffee Bandar Lampung. Jenis penelitian eksplanatori dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Dengan populasi adalah konsumen El’s Coffee Bandar Lampung. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan accidental sampling dengan sampel 100 responden. Data tersebut diperoleh dari kuesioner menggunakan skala likert. Analisis data menggunakan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa store atmosphere dan lokasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi konsumen serta store atmosphere, lokasi, dan motivasi konsumen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Implikasi dari kesimpulan diatas adalah El’s Coffee harus meningkatkan aspek motivasi konsumen. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh store atmosphere dan lokasi melalui motivasi konsumen dapat meningkatkan keputusan pembelian konsumen El’s Coffee Bandar Lampung

Abstract

Bandarlampung memiliki konsumen mode yang heterogen, jika dilihat dari berbagai faktor dan perspektif segmentasi, yang membangun alasan penulis untuk melakukan penelitian ini. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen dari Distro Toidi Holic Bandarlampung dengan sampel sebanyak 96 responden. Analisis data menggunakan analisis faktor, analisis klaster yaitu k-means, dan analisis crosstab. Penelitian ini menganalisis segmentasi konsumen Distro Toidi Holic berdasarkan variabel yang mendasari proses pemilihan konsumen dalam berbelanja, yaitu aktivitas, minat, dan pendapat. Analisis faktor dilakukan untuk mengurangi dan mengelompokkan variabel menjadi 17 faktor yang memiliki kesamaan, dan berdasarkan 17 faktor ini analisis klaster dilakukan untuk membagi responden. Analisis crosstab digunakan untuk menentukan perbedaan profil responden antar klaster. Dengan demikian, 3 klaster atau segmentasi dibuat. Klaster aktivitas terdapat 22 orang yang memiliki kecenderungan hobi, sosial dan belanja. Klaster minat memiliki 16 orang yang cenderung ke arah hiburan dan fashion. Klaster opini terdapat 58 orang memiliki kecenderungan terhadap produk dan diri Anda sendiri. Sementara itu, segmen pembeli tertinggi dengan karakteristik paling menarik dari konsumen didasarkan pada pendapat Klaster dengan 58 anggota yang secara demografis memiliki konsumen laki-laki berusia antara 15-20 tahun dan masih pelajar. Berdasarkan implikasi dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan, perusahaan dapat lebih mempertimbangkan segmen berdasarkan opini klaster untuk menerapkan kebijakan penargetan dalam strategi pemasaran mereka untuk lebih memajukan perusahaan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the method of pricing in business processes at the the fish auction place (TPI), Kotaagung district, Tanggamus regency. This type of research used in this study is a type of descriptive research with a qualitative approach. . Data analysis in this study uses the stages of data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions. Data collection techniques used were observations carried out at TPI Kotaagung, interviews with Kotaagung fishermen, TPI Kotaagung Officers, fish packing and documentation. The results showed the determination of the price for each type of fish is different, the price is determined by the auctioneer because in this auction process, the auctioneer has collected a certain minimum price. Determination of the price is adjusted to the requirements of fish / quality of fish and volume of fish, in an open bargaining process, the price of fish is above the highest price and is determined as the auction winner

Abstract

This research was aimed to find out the effect of religiousity value, and product knowledge towards boycott decision of KFC Product. This type of research applies the quantitative with explanatory approach. The population in this study were Moeslim customer Bandar Lampung. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling which amounted to 100 respondents. Research instrument in this study was a questionnaire who have met the validity anda realibility. Analysis of this research data used linear regression. Based on the results of the research and data analysis, religiosity value and product knowledge has significant effect on the variable of boycott decision. For the next researcher can use others variables that is not included in this research such as halal awareness, ingredient product and social media.

Abstract

With the covid-19 pandemic still ongoing in Indonesia, liquidity problems are a challenge for the banking industry today. This article aims to discuss how the strategies used by BRI in maintaining liquidity in the midst of the covid-19 pandemic. BRI's LCR itself is still at 230%, above the minimum rate set by the OJK. This is inseparable from the role of BI in maintaining the stability of bank liquidity which is realized by reducing the reserve requirement and increasing the PLM.

Abstract

Abstract Today the world is shocked by the spread of the corona outbreak virus that originated in China. As a result ofthis virus, many residents of China and many other countries have died. The Chinese economy has fallen fromcompanies that have to close. Given that China is the country with the largest economy in the world andIndonesia's main trading partner, the disruption of the Chinese economy will affect the world economyincluding Indonesia. This paper examines the impact of viruses on Indonesia's growth. The most dominantimpact occurs on trade. During January 2020, there was a drastic reduction in exports of imports from and toChina. Related to the efforts that can be made to overcome them, among other diversifications, export exportsto other countries; increase domestic production and consumption; and increasing domestic and foreigntourists.

Abstract

This journal aims to find out the strategies used to maintain sales stability in an effort to achieve optimal capital structure in the middle of pandemic Covid-19. There is a relationship between sales stability and capital structure, if sales are relatively stable, the company can safely use higher debt and dare to bear a higher burden than sales that are relatively unstable. Strategy in the middle of pandemic Covid-19 companies need to reorganize strategies to be able to increase competition and be able to maintain sales stability, in the form of changes in corporate culture and strategies in marketing aspects.

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to determine the effect of restructuring on Anchor Bank Liquidity During the Covid-19 Pandemic. The banking sector is one of the economic sectors most affected by Covid-19, due to the large number of customers withdrawing funds from banks, or business actors borrowing bank funds for their business operations. But this has made the Bank's non-performing loans (NPL) increase rapidly which could disrupt the Bank's Liquidity in its business operations, Covid-19 pandemic made the debtor's economic situation unable to pay its obligations. Because of this the, government made a Credit Restructuring policy towards banks, by appointing a Anchor Bank as a Participating Bank in assisting the Liquidity of small Banks as an Implementing Bank.The Government as Bank Indonesia directly provides Liquidity assistance to the Anchor Bank, and the Implementing Bank can directly follow the requirements and mechanism by making a request letter to request Liquidity assistance from the Anchor Bank and is approved directly by the Financial Services Authority (OJK). This of course also becomes the risk of the Anchor Bank in this Credit Restructuring, because in addition to the risk of bad debts of the Anchor Bank itself, the Anchor Bank must also bear the risk of bad credit from the Implementing Bank assisted by its Liquidity. With this liquidity assistance, it is expected that Participating Banks and Implementing Banks can continue to extend their credit to the public, so that the economic cycle in Indonesia can return stable.
