Abstract

Investment is one way to gain profits and increase wealth, research on understanding investment risks to individual investments is very important to understand. Research on Understanding Investment Risk in Individual Investments aims to determine the extent to which individuals understand investment risk, as well as how investment risk influences individual investment decisions. The results obtained show that understanding investment risks has a very positive influence on individual investment decisions in order to get the desired results.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the relationship between poverty and foreign investment (PMA) and its impact on the Human Development Index (HDI) in West Java Province during the 2010-2022 period. The research method uses a descriptive-analytical approach by collecting economic, social and investment data from official sources. The results of the analysis show that there is a correlation between the level of poverty and foreign investment in West Java. Economic growth achieved through FDI has had an impact on reducing poverty levels, but the pattern of distribution of wealth and economic benefits is still a challenge. Apart from that, this research also evaluates the positive and negative impacts of FDI on the Human Development Index in the region. The findings of this research can contribute to the understanding of the complexity of the relationship between poverty, foreign investment and human development at the regional level. Policy implications are suggested to improve the effectiveness of PM economic benefit distribution).

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the effect of fixed asset investment and solvency level on the profitability of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2017-2020 period. Through analysis of company financial data, this research obtained significant findings regarding the relationship between these variables. The research results show that fixed asset investment has a positive influence on the profitability of manufacturing companies. Companies that are able to make efficient investments in fixed assets tend to achieve increased profitability because they can increase production capacity and operational efficiency. Furthermore, the company's solvency level is also proven to influence profitability. Companies with a balanced level of solvency tend to have better financial stability, which supports profitability growth. In the context of economic and policy changes in the 2017-2020 period, this research highlights the importance of understanding external factors that can influence the relationship between fixed asset investment, solvency and profitability.

Abstract

This research explores the influence of liquidity, solvency and profitability on the financial performance of manufacturing companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI), especially in the consumer goods sector. Using multiple linear regression analysis, these variables are evaluated to understand their impact individually and simultaneously. The research results show that liquidity has a significant influence on financial performance, while solvency has no effect individually. Profitability, on the other hand, shows a positive and significant impact on a company's financial performance. These findings provide important insights for the management of consumer goods companies amidst market dynamics influenced by the pandemic and PPKM policies. Implementing a comprehensive financial strategy, optimizing liquidity, maintaining solvency and increasing profitability, is recognized as the key to a company's sustainability and competitiveness in a competitive business environment.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of e-filing e-SPT and education on individual taxpayer compliance registered in Bogor. This type of research uses a quantitative approach. Sampling using random sampling technique with a total sample of 85 respondents. The method of data collection is done by using a questionnaire method. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results showed that partially e-filing has an effect on individual taxpayer compliance. This is evidenced by the tcount value is greater than the ttable value (3.045> 1.989) with a significance level of 0.003.e - SPT has no effect on individual taxpayer compliance. This can be proven by obtaining t count less than t table (-1.230> 1.989) with a significance level of 0.222. Education affects individual taxpayer compliance. This is evidenced by obtaining tcount greater than ttable (3,824> 1,989) and a significance of 0,000. Meanwhile, simultaneously there is the effect of e-filing e-SPT and education on individual taxpayer compliance with the results of the calculations that have been done resulting in a value of Fcount> Ftable of (16.173> 2.71) with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

This research investigates the impact of factors such as tax education, digital services, tariffs and tax incentives on individual taxpayer compliance in Bogor Regency, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. In response to the economic challenges faced, the government provides tax incentives, as regulated in Minister of Finance Regulation Number 9/PMK.03/2021. The results of data analysis from 112 respondents show that tax education has a significant effect on taxpayer compliance, while digital services do not have a significant impact. On the other hand, tax rates and incentives play an important role in improving compliance. With an R2 value of 65.4%, this research provides in-depth insight into the factors that influence tax compliance in the region. It is hoped that these findings can become the basis for policies to increase taxpayer compliance and support economic recovery.

Abstract

Economic activities in each country are closely related to financial issues. In the pawn and credit sector, there is very tight competition at the moment, this is also realized by PT Pegadaian Lempuyangan Branch. Therefore, the company's focus must be increased in increasing customer loyalty and delivering value. The purpose of this writing is to determine the increase in non-pawn customer loyalty at PT Pegadaian Lempuyangan Branch resulting from the implementation of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) strategy. The qualitative method was chosen as the method used in this writing. The data collection techniques involved in this writing are in the form of observations and interviews with internal and external parties of the company. The data that has been collected will then be analyzed using content analysis techniques. As a result, Customer Relationship Management was found to have a significant and real impact on customer loyalty, especially in owning the products offered by the company. Customer Relationship Management is very important to maintain added value and ensure the company's survival. In implementing Customer Relationship Management to increase customer loyalty, companies need to consider customer needs when making product offers, especially non-pawn products. This can be done by increasing the use of social media platforms for offers and improving the service features available on the Pegadaian Digital application for transaction services.

Abstract

E-commerce is a commercial transaction utilizing digital technology, ecommerce that has sprung up results in competition in attracting consumer buying interest. This study aims to determine the effect of brand ambassadors, brand image, and motivation on consumer buying interest in Tokopedia. This research method is quantitative with explanatory research type. The sample in this study were 155 respondents in Central Java who were Tokopedia consumers, using the conveniance sampling technique. Data were obtained through an online questionnaire and data processing using SEM-PLS analysis with the help of the SmartPLS 4 program application. The results of this study show that brand ambassadors, brand image, and motivation have a positive and significant effect on buying interest and brand ambassadors have a positive and significant effect on brand image. Suggestions for further research conduct research using variables that can influence buying interest, namely promotion, price, and shopping experience and increase the number of samples.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the strategy of increasing investment portfolio for retired priority banking customers at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Yogyakarta Adisucipto Branch Office. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Yogyakarta Branch Office Adisucipto is a company under the auspices of the Head Office of Bank Rakyat Indonesia located in Yogyakarta. The research method used in this study is by using observation, interviews, and documentation. This research data is sourced from primary data obtained through data collection techniques based on the process of observation, documentation, and interviews conducted directly to companies and retired priority banking customers who meet the criteria, as well as secondary data obtained from quoting books, internet, and so on containing information about priority banking Bank BRI. Therefore, researchers are able to draw conclusions descriptively. The interview was conducted with 5 respondents who are employees and customers of retired priority banking Bank BRI Yogyakarta Branch Office Adisucipto. The results of this study show what investment products are suitable to be offered to retired priority banking customers and how the profitability of investment products owned by retired priority banking customers for BRI Prioritas. The author recommends increasing the offering of certain investment products and the Bank strengthening the implementation of ESG especially Environmental principles.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the strategy of improving customer financial literacy on the decision to use savings financial products of PT BPD Sumsel Babel Muaradua Branch Office. PT BPD Sumsel Babel is one of the leading financial institutions in Indonesia whose main objective is to support economic growth in South Sumatra and Bangka Belitung. This research is quantitative descriptive with the methods used are library research, direct observation in the field and documentation. Participant selection technique through purposive sampling model with target questionnaire that is customer. The number of respondents was 255 customers. The questionnaire in this study was processed through the Microsoft Excel application. The expected outcome of this research is the preparation of effective strategies in improving customer financial literacy and the implementation of literacy programs that can have a positive impact on customers. Policy recommendations for Bank Sumsel Babel Muaradua Branch Office involve providing ongoing financial literacy programs, improving educational communications, personal financial counseling services, developing financial literacy applications, and incentives for active customers. Enabling factors include management support, active customer participation, and availability of resources.
