Abstract

Savings and Loans Cooperatives and Sharia Financing (KSPPS) NURI East Java Sokobanah 1 Sampang Branch has several products, both financing and savings. One of the KSPPS savings products is mudharabah savings. Members save their funds in microfinance and fully entrust the savings funds to be managed by microfinance in the hope of obtaining profit sharing. The income obtained by microfinance in throwing mudharabah savings funds will be divided according to the ratio agreement between the members and microfinance, 30% for customers and 70% for cooperatives. This study aims to determine the profit-sharing system in savings (mudharabah savings) carried out by the Microfinance East Java Sokobanah 1 Sampang. This research is qualitative research which is described by words or sentences that are separated according to categories to get a conclusion. Data collection used interviews with the manager of the Microfinance East Java Sokobanah 1 Sampang. The method of observation is to observe directly the financing activities in the field. The results of the study show that the increase in customer interest in mudharabah contract transactions does depend on the amount of profit sharing, namely on the highest ratio exceeding interest rates. The implication is that mudharabah contracts have the potential to be developed even though the risks are also great.

Abstract

Indonesia’s efforts to contribute as a member of the G20 are to maximize domestic economic development. One of the important problems faced in economic development is between meeting development needs and efforts to maintain aspects of environmental sustainability. Environmental problems are a contemporary issue that does not only occur at the macro level. However, at a micro level, the world is trying to get to know the issues of environmentally friendly products or what is known as Green Business or Green Industry. The impact of the existence of the green industry is that the global market trend is increasingly moving towards environmentally friendly products (eco-products). This condition is an obstacle and opportunity that needs to be immediately anticipated and utilized. For this reason, the government created a policy to help MSMEs through the Center for the Study of Green Industry and the Environment of the Ministry of Industry (2011), namely by developing environmentally friendly industries or green industries that can produce green products. MSMEs from the tourism sector in Tulungagung, East Java are Cowindo. Cowindo is one of the educational tours in Sendang District, Tulungagung Regency, East Java. Starting from local wisdom, it became known as a quality milk-producing area, then educational tourism was opened in 2018 and a sustainable production process was officially developed in 2020. In supporting sustainability at the domestic level, biogas is one of the strategies to make it happen. Apart from that, there are several implementations carried out by Cowindo as a form of green business, namely Bio-Slurry, the use of banana leaves as an alternative to reducing the use of soap and water, as well as processing lemongrass distillate for cows to drink as additional nutrition for the cows.

Abstract

Is there a correlation between reciprocal workers and higher returns to employer-sponsored training? The study employed a field experiment that utilized random assignment to training, along with the collection of survey data on workers' reciprocal tendencies. The findings of the study indicate that workers who exhibit reciprocal behavior are more likely to reciprocate their employers’ expenditures in training by demonstrating higher levels of performance after completing the training program. The findings of this study remain consistent even after accounting for observed personality traits and worker-fixed effects. These results indicate that individuals respond to the firm's investment in human capital by exerting greater effort, aligning with theoretical models that propose a reciprocal relationship between gift exchange in the workplace. This discovery offers an alternate justification for corporate training investments, notwithstanding the potential danger of employee poaching.

Abstract

Islamic Allocation Efficiency means that no individual can increase his utility without reducing other uses. Islamic allocation efficiency does not allow increasing personal welfare which can cause the welfare of others to decrease. Income Distribution in Islam refers to the distribution of existing assets, both private and public, to the people who are entitled to receive them. One of the goals to be achieved by distributing Islam is a social goal, meeting the needs of groups in need and enlivening the principle of solidarity in Islamic society so that society can live in prosperity. This research uses descriptive qualitative research. Data collection was obtained from interviews and field observations as well as various reading materials, both journals and books. This research resulted in the MSMEs business actors of Pentol Bakar (Grilled Pentol) Pacet being able to be said to be efficient because the allocation of income received from both employees and bosses without the bosses and employees being harmed was not wronged by the MSMEs business actors of Pentol Bakar Pacet in accordance with the theory of income distribution in Islam because there was no efforts to improve the welfare of others over the suffering of others because the income received by employees is greater than what the staff earns. There is also an aspect of justice because in this case no one is harmed by this system, it’s just that employees must continue to optimize their work in order to earn more income. MSMEs actors of Pentol Bakar Pacet are in accordance with Islamic allocation efficiency.
