<![CDATA[Economic empowerment is one of the strategies to improve the economy and equalize the economy in all regions of Indonesia. This empowerment concept aims to support Indonesian people to be productive and valid for the long term and sustainably. Economic empowerment through waqf investment is a concept that can have a positive impact on development. society, especially in the social and economic fields of economic empowerment in Indonesia, Waqf itself is a donation or property given by individuals or groups for the public interest. Waqf investment has great potential to empower the economy through various projects that support holistic community development. It is important to involve various parties, including the government, financial institutions, and the community, in the planning and implementation of waqf investment projects. This research took data samples from one of the waqf management institutions, namely Dompet Dhuafa and managed using qualitative methods. This research aims to educate and provide in-depth literacy regarding Indonesian economic empowerment through waqf investments managed by Dompet Dhuafa. <![CDATA[Pengelolaan zakat adalah perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan pengorganisasian kegiatan pengumpulan, pendistribusian dan pendayagunaan zakat. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui sistem pengelolaan zakat di lembaga zakat Lazismu dalam mensejahterakan masyarakat di Sepanjang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif penelitian lapangan yang dilakukan di Lazismu Sepanjang. Dengan menggunakan teknik studi literatur dan wawancara mendalam, penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh dalam hal ini dapat mencakup partisipasi dalam program kesejahteraan sosial, pengentasan kemiskinan, pendidikan, atau program-program lain yang sesuai dengan tujuan zakat. Pengelolaan Zakat Lazismu dapat berkoordinasi dengan pemerintah dan lembaga kemanusiaan untuk memberikan bantuan cepat kepada mereka yang terdampak. Pendekatan ini memungkinkan lembaga zakat untuk memahami kebutuhan dan prioritas masyarakat, serta membangun solusi yang lebih sesuai dengan konteks lokal. Meningkatkan transparansi dalam pengelolaan zakat dengan memberikan laporan yang jelas dan terbuka mengenai penerimaan dan pengeluaran dana zakat, sehingga masyarakatsangat terbantu dengan adanya penyaluran zakat.]]>

<![CDATA[This article aims to analyze the implementation of the wakalah bil ujrah contract at BSI Subang Otista 2. Wakalah contract is a contract found in the world of Islamic banking. Wakalah bil ujrah is to represent or refer another person to represent him accompanied by a reward that has been mentioned at the beginning. This writing uses qualitative research methods, data sources are taken from primary data sources which conduct interviews supported by literature, the type of data is qualitative data, data collection techniques are carried out by semi-structured interviews which in their implementation are more open as well as in finding more open problems supported by tracking literature related to wakalah bil ujrah, data analysis techniques in the form of descriptive analysis techniques. Based on the research conducted, the implementation of the application of the wakalah bil ujrah contract at BSI Subang Otista 2 such as for the purchase of goods such as houses, building materials, vehicle purchases, all the goods are clear and usually there is a wakalah contract first and then murobahahah with the bank. Wakalah bil ujrah is used in Islamic banking because sometimes the goods that customers want are certain goods. The determination of ujrah or reward is determined at the beginning of the contract.]]>

<![CDATA[The topic of teaching foreign languages and translation is one of the important topics for human existence as a whole. Language education and translation will be discussed from an economic point of view, as language is a tool for trading intangible assets and a tool of linguistic policy, while cash represents a tool for trading material assets and a tool of monetary policy. We find translation in exchange for currency conversion and foreign language in exchange for foreign exchange, where translating content from one language to another is similar to exchanging goods using money. I will discuss the relationship of language and translation to economics. Since languages are put into use by their communities, as important tools and means of communication, there are mutual relationships between language and the community. During this research, I will search for theoretical answers to important questions such as: 1- What is the relationship of language and translation to economics? 2- Can language be considered as a stock of money? 3- What is the importance of learning languages in developing creative thinking? 4- Is learning foreign languages an urgent economic need in the modern era? 5- Does translation affect the economy? Through these questions and their answers, comparisons will be made between the linguistic system and the economic system, and knowledge of the dynamics of expanding markets and language ranges, the emergence of unified and common European languages coinciding with the emergence of unified standard currencies and common markets and their impact on national markets, and how language itself became a commodity, directed to linguistic markets, with a regional and global dimension. <![CDATA[The development of advanced technology and information will help the growth of the digital economy and accelerate the financial inclusion of a country. One form of implementation between information technology and digital economic growth includes non-cash transaction payments. So that people switch from conventional payments to digital payment models with the assumption that this digital payment model provides convenience and benefits. The purpose of this study is to determine what factors influence the ineffectiveness of the use of Non-Cash Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) payments by traders in Polewali Square, Polewali District, Polewali Mandar Regency. This type of research is qualitative research that builds meaning based on field data. This qualitative research procedure produces descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from people and observable behavior. The results of the study indicate that the factors that influence the ineffective use of non-cash payments Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) by traders in the Polewali town square area, Polewali District, Polewali Mandar Regency are the lack of interest of traders and consumers to use the Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) as a means of payment in the town square area, the lack of socialization regarding QRIS, minimal knowledge about technological developments and the use of cash which is still the main means of payment among the community]]>

<![CDATA[Halal certification has great urgency in ensuring the availability of products that conform to the principles of the Islamic religion and the needs of Muslim consumers, as well as facilitating access to the rapidly growing global market. Halal certification can be an important tool in empowering women, by providing access to them in industry, expanding skills and knowledge, and improving health and food safety for families and communities moreover it is very helpful in improving family welfare. With the assistance of halal certification carried out by the government for free, this affects the number of halal products that exist. This research aims to understand in depth how the urgency of halal certification in empowering women. The method used is qualitative research. The results showed that the urgency of halal certification in empowering women can reduce the obstacles faced by women entrepreneurs with several appropriate strategies to overcome these obstacles, halal certification not only provides commercial benefits for women entrepreneurs, but also has the potential to empower them economically and improve the welfare of society as a whole.]]>

<![CDATA[Buying and selling with digital techniques has now grown rapidly in the business world. The many online features that are disguised as investments by promising profits in a short time have made business people interested in these online features. The online feature that is currently popular is the trend in the Binomo Application which implements the Binary Option system. This article aims to analyze the contracts used in Binomo Trading whether they are in accordance with the principles of Islamic economics or in their transaction practices including platforms that contain speculation. The method in this research uses qualitative methods. This qualitative research is used to understand and explain social phenomena in depth, emphasizing meaning and context. The data sources obtained in this study come from literature that has to do with Binomo. The type of data taken uses qualitative data in the form of publication sources or written narratives. Data collection techniques use literature studies sourced from articles and journals related to Binomo. Data analysis techniques use descriptive analysis to describe the results of the research that has been studied. Based on the results of the discussion of this study, it shows that in the Binomo application in terms of its transaction practices contain elements of uncertainty, thus it has been confirmed regarding this practice according to contemporary fiqh that binary optionx trading, namely binaryx option transactions, has elements that contain speculation which is prohibited in Islam]]>

<![CDATA[Electronic money has become an easy way in the transaction process, for example Top Up e-toll, and transactions at agents who currently use the electronic money transaction system, besides that it also provides easy and fast services in carrying out transactions. The purpose of writing this article is to analyze the contracts contained in electronic money. Electronic money is a fairly new non-cash transaction device/instrument. Electronic money has several advantages compared to other electronic payment methods, namely prioritizing speed, comfort and skill in making payments. The method in this research uses qualitative methods. This qualitative research is used to understand and explain social phenomena in depth, emphasizing meaning and context. The data source obtained in this research comes from literature related to Electronic Money. The type of data taken uses qualitative data in the form of published sources or written narratives. The data analysis technique uses descriptive analysis to describe the research results that have been studied. Data collection techniques use literature studies sourced from articles and journals related to Electronic Money. Based on the results of the discussion from this research, it shows that in Electronic Money there are several contracts that are analyzed, including the Qordh, Wadi'ah, Ijarah, Wakalah Bilujroh, and Ju'alah contracts.
