Abstract

Development and improvement efforts made by the pharmaceutical industry in the production sector, namely efforts to reduce down time and reduce defects and a machine is always high with down time and always produces product defects, of course, has decreased productivity, which ultimately disadvantages the company because of the ineffectiveness of the machine.To calculate and increase the level of effectiveness of a machine, an approach is needed, one approach that can be used is the method of calculating Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) as a product of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).The implementation of TPM and the formation of the Kaizen Team to increase the value of OEE has been very successful. Avaibility rate which previously averaged from January to April was 72.5% in May to 76.4%, and also the increase in the OEE value which was previously 69.9% in May increased to 73.0%. Previously, in January to April, an average of 6823 pcs in May decreased to 2722 pcs so that the rate quality increased, previously in January to April 2018 it was 99.4% in May 2018, it increased to 99.7%. Keyword : TPM, OEE, Kaizen

Abstract

In rocket manufacturing, it is very important to pay attention to the quality of the materials used. To test the material, it is carried out by means of a radiographic test, which is a test that is carried out without damaging the material, either physically or by chemical reactions of the material. For now, the radiographic test is still manual so it is dangerous.In some cases, there is a lack of safety in the radiography process. Such as the high level of radiation exposure, which is received by the operator (human), is due to manual testing. This is very dangerous, because the impact cannot be felt directly, but will have a long impact. Therefore an automatic gamma camera crank control system was made in the radiography process based on Arduino Uno which can be done using a remote control, so as to minimize the radiation exposure received by the operator.From the experimental results of the tool made, it shows that the remote control can work properly using radio frequencies up to a distance of 25 m.Keyword : radiografi test, radiasi sinar gamma, arduino uno, radio frekuensi

Abstract

A litterbox is an indoor litter and urine collection box for cats or rabbits, ferrets, small dogs and other pets that use such a repository. The existing Litterbox has a weakness in keeping the Litterbox in a clean condition and its maintenance is complicated. So we need a tool to facilitate human activities or to support the busyness of various activities, especially cat caretakers.For that purpose, an "Automatic Cat Litter Box" is created which works like a "closet urinal sensor" which can remove cat litter from the litter box after the cat repositories in the box and throws it into a container that has been coated with plastic and a lid so that the smell of litter does not smell. This Automatic Cat Litter Box uses HC-sr04 Ultrasonic Sensor to detect the presence of a cat that works based on changes in the distance read by the sensor.The HC-sr04 Ultrasonic Sensor can detect objects or objects in the sandy area of the Litterbox by determining the 37cm - 40cm distance range as the "initial_ distance" or the distance where the sensor does not detect an object and if the distance that is read is outside the "initial_ distance" range then it can otherwise the sensor has detected an object. Having three criteria in its working system, the first is when an object detected in the sandy area of the Litterbox is more than 30 seconds with a delay of 10 seconds that has been fulfilled, it is certain that the Automatic Cat Litter Box system will work automatically. Second, if the object is detected for less than 30 seconds, then the Automatic Cat Litter Box system will not work. And thirdly, if the object is detected for more than 30 seconds but with a delay time of less than 10 seconds, the Automatic Cat Litter Box system cannot work or returns to the detection process.Keyword : Litterbox, Automatic Cat Litter Box, Sensor Ultrasonik HC-sr04.

Abstract

The basic need that humans need is a place to live. A place to live with a good environment and good security is a dream place for everyone. The security system is made using the Arduino Uno microcontroller as a controller of the system, an infrared sensor as a detector and a GSM module that will notify the home owner. When the infrared sensor detects an obstacle, the LED and Buzzer at the security post will sound and will not stop until the security guard knows and turns off the LED and Buzzer. Abstract

Helicopters are heavier-than-air aircraft, with swivel wings with propellers, getting their spin from the transmission rotated by the engine. Helicopters are classified as rotary wing aircraft to distinguish them from aircraft with fixed wings. The fuel quantity in the instrument panel shows the amount of fuel as measured by the sensing unit in the tank. Most helicopter fuel measurements show in gallons (ponds), and will be accurate only when empty. So that the calibration is carried out when the fuel is fully filled and when the fuel is empty in the tank.In order to more easily understand the analysis of helicopter fuel using this capacitance method, a schematic diagram was designed. The measuring instrument was tested when submerged in water at a height of 5 cm, 10 cm, 15 cm, and 20 cm.Keyword : Helicopter, Capasitor, Ardunio, Sketch.

Abstract

Quadcopter is one of the Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV) or the so-called unmanned aerial vehicle which is a flying vehicle that has the ability to operate without a pilot on board. A Quadcopter must consist of the following important components: - The quadcopter consists of 4 motor brushles and each motor has 1 propeller. - The quadcopter can perform several basic functions including pitch, roll and yaw - The system built into the Quadcopter is automatic.In designing this tool is to make a block diagram as a reference for each block, each of which is related to one another, thus forming a control system with a microcontroller controlled via RC (Remote Control) media.To make a quadcopter so that it can fly, a force of F is needed, for this position the force F required must be less than 6,37 kg m/.Keyword : Quadcopter, UAV, multicopter

Abstract

Armed with previous tools regarding pre-existing automatic clothespins. Where the shortcomings of this tool are the absence of assistance to dry clothes when the clothesline is entered (not in the position of not drying), so that the activity of drying the tools is not optimal.The components are selected in order to match the characteristics and specifications of the selected components with the needs of the tool so that the tools that are made can work properly, light sensors and raindrop sensors in this simulator for reasons of convenience and safety.The speed of light is 299,752,458 meters per second so that the checking conditions for the value of light intensity can vary (uncertain).
