Abstract

Green tourism has become the main focus in developing the tourism sector sustainably in this modern era. Green tourism is a tourism concept that aims to minimize negative impacts on the natural and cultural environment, as well as providing balanced economic and social benefits to local communities. In an effort to overcome environmental challenges and promote environmentally friendly development, technological innovation plays an important role in facilitating the development of sustainable green tourism. This research discusses several technological innovations that can be applied in the green tourism industry to support ecological and social sustainability.

Abstract

Kabupaten Halmahera Barat merupakan salah satu Kabupaten di Maluku Utara yang terus mengembangkan potensi pariwisata yang dimilikinya. Kabupaten Halmahera barat memiliki potensi pariwisata antara lain adalah wisata alam, wisata bahari dan wisata budaya. Dari ke 3 (tiga) destinasi wisata, Wisata bahari merupakan tujuan wisata yang banyak dikunjungi oleh masyarakat jailolo Kabupaten Halmahera Barat. Kabupaten Halmahera Barat mempunyai beberapa objek wisata Pantai yaitu Pantai Disa, Tuada, Rapa Pelangi dan Marimbati. Setiap Pantai memiliki daya tarik serta karakteristik sendiri-sendiri. Salah satu Pantai yang menarik dan berpotensi adalah Pantai Tuada. Objek wisata Pantai Tuada terletak di Desa Tuada, Pantai ini sudah mulai dikenal kalangan wisatawan. Pantai Tuada yang menghadap langsung ke pelabuhan kota Jailolo menyajikan sejumlah panorama alam yang indah dan mangrove di sekitaran Pantai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui potensi objek dan daya tarik wisata Pantai Tuada. Penelitian ini menggunakan tehnik analisis deskrptif kualitatif, karena data-data yang didapat dalam penelitian ini merupakan data yang bersifat deskriptif yaitu data yang menggambarkan atau melukiskan keadaan obyek penelitian. Hasil penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah potensi objek wisata Pantai yang memiliki daya tarik wisata antara lain Keindahan Panorama Pantai seperti pasir putih Pantai, panorama gunung Jailolo, Sunrise, dan sunset, mangrove, air terjun Tuada, tambak ikan air tawar, dan upacara adat salai jin sebagai objek pendukung.

Abstract

Gunungrowo Reservoir in Sitiluhur Village, Gembong District, Pati Regency is one of the tourism destinations that is able to attract visitors with its tourist attractions. The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze the tourist attraction of Gunungrowo Reservoir both from the criteria and in terms of its relation to tourist activities. The theory used is the theory of tourist attraction. This research is a descriptive-qualitative. Primary data collection was done by observation and casual interview. Primary data collection was stopped when it reached the level of "redundancy" or obtained saturated data. Primary data that has been obtained is then analyzed and enriched with secondary data obtained from the search for documents relevant to the research topic. Based on the results of data analysis, it is concluded that the main attraction of Gunungrowo Reservoir is the beauty of the panorama that combines the beauty of the reservoir water with the background of the mountains and the sky when it is sunny. The beauty of Gunungrowo Reservoir is vulnerable because when the weather is not favorable, this beauty cannot be enjoyed. The beauty component of Gunungrowo Reservoir will also not be enjoyed when there is a long dry season that makes the reservoir water recede. Because the main attraction is vulnerable, Gunungrowo Reservoir is only suitable as a seasonal tourist destination, especially when the reservoir water conditions are abundant.

Abstract

The price of this hotel varies based on the type and facilities provided. The more luxurious the facilities provided, the more expensive the price given by the hotel. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of promo prices given on the interest in buying rooms at five-star hotels in Palembang City. The sampling technique in this study uses the saturation technique, which is the determination of samples from the entire population that is too small, so that the sample in this study is 35 people. The technique used in this study is quantitative descriptive analysis using the help of SPPS 22.0 for Windows. The result of this study is that the promo price given by five-star hotels in the city of Palembang has a significant effect on the interest in buying rooms

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh keluhan tamu terhadap fasilitas dan pelayanan di Hotel X yang ada pada media pemesanan online seperti traveloka, ticket.com, agoda dan trip. com. Ulasan tamu berisi keluhan diuraikan menjadi beberapa masalah yaitu masih banyak keluhan tamu tentang fasilitas hotel, masih banyak keluhan tamu tentang pelayanan hotel, belum ada tindakan yang dilakukan langsung oleh staf untuk mengatasi masukan dari keluhan tamu dan hotel memerlukan SDM yang memiliki kemampuan HEAT. Tujuan khusus dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis strategi Hotel X dalam menangani keluhan tamu terhadap fasilitas dan pelayanan menggunakan metode HEAT (hear them out, emphatize, apologize, taking action and follow up). Penelitian ini menerapkan metode penelitian studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Informan kunci dalam penelitian yaitu informan dari staf Hotel X dan Informan dari tamu Hotel X. Informan ditentukan secara purposive sampling untuk informan hotel melibatkan perwakilan 1 orang dari 3 departemen hotel yaitu departemen Front Office, departemen Housekeeping dan departemen Engineering. Informan tamu hotel yaitu melibatkan 2 orang tamu yang pernah menginap di Hotel X. Teknik analisis data dengan reduksi data, penyajian data dan pengambilan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan analisis strategi Hotel X dalam menangani keluhan fasilitas dan keluhan pelayanan yaitu dengan hotel membuat website resmi, hotel membutuhkan departemen khusus SDM hotel, hotel memerlukan SOP terkait penanganan keluhan tamu dan hotel perlu program pelatihan staf (employee training) secara berkala untuk penanganan keluhan tamu.

Abstract

Patra Jaya Stadium Palembang City. The stadium that was established in the 90s and was popular in its day today has become an abandoned stadium without maintenance. The stadium located in the Plaju area, Palembang City has the potential to be very worthy of development. This is because there is a lot of history carved about football in the city of Palembang. The purpose of this study is to determine the potential of Patra Jaya Plaju Stadium as a sustainable tourism destination for the people of Palembang. The method in this study is by qualitative descriptive method. From the research above, it can be concluded that Patra Jaya Stadium has the potential to be developed as an environmentally friendly sustainable tourism location, while jointly developing Patra Jaya Stadium, Plaju Palembang which at this time still cannot be called a tourist attraction destination.
