Abstract

Mr.Boba is a company that sells various variants of drinks such as durian juice, boba and so on. The sales process is still done manually or handwritten and payment transactions can also only be done in cash. One of the obstacles that employees have faced is that customers want to pay non-cash but do not provide qris and the like. When employees process reports every time the store closes, it takes quite a long time. With this web-based point of sales system, it really helps employees to be faster and more efficient in their work. This system was built with the RAD method which is structured from requirement planning, workshop design and implementation and the framework used is the Laravel framework. Testing on this system shows good results with the blackbox testing method. The results of this study aim to facilitate employees to record both cash and non-cash transactions and computerized reports to umkm owners. Abstract

Consumer satisfaction is a major factor in the service and goods business sector. Efforts to determine consumer satisfaction at the level of performance in terms of service quality contained in PT. BEST is currently conducted through a consumer satisfaction survey. The survey was conducted manually and the form of the interview was not based on the criteria as a standard required for the uniformity of survey material, so it was difficult to carry out further analysis. Therefore, it is necessary to have a system to measure the level of customer satisfaction by applying an analytical method that considers the level of performance between the level of interest or expectations of the respondents. The purpose of this study is to apply the IPA method which is used to find out the attributes that need to be improved or reduced based on the location of the quadrant mapping. The result of this research is a system that is able to determine the level of customer satisfaction based on the level of performance and the level of importance as well as which attributes should be improved or reduced.

Abstract

In the current digital era, changes in the book industry are very noticeable. Consumers are now more likely to look for references and buy books online. Easy access to the internet and the existence of e-commerce platforms have changed the way people search for and buy books. Apart from that, social media has also become an important channel for sharing book reviews and recommending reading to others. One of the shops affected by this digital era is the Gramedia bookstore, as one of the leading bookstores in Indonesia, experiencing several problems that need to be overcome in carrying out its operations. One of the main problems is competition with e-commerce platforms and online bookstores that offer books at lower prices, big discounts and fast delivery. This makes Gramedia have to look for strategies to remain competitive and attract customers to prefer shopping at physical stores or Gramedia online stores. Apart from that, Gramedia is also faced with changes in consumer patterns. More and more consumers are turning to reading books in digital or e-book form, which has an impact on physical book sales. Gramedia stores need to adapt their offerings to increasingly changing consumer preferences, as well as find ways to promote the benefits of reading and maintain interest in reading books amidst the abundance of digital entertainment and other activities. The VIKOR method is a useful tool in making complex decisions, such as determining books based on consumer reference trends in Gramedia Stores.

Abstract

The formal clothing rental industry such as suits and blazers has had significant growth potential in recent years. The demand for formal wear for various occasions such as weddings, parties and business events is increasing. Suit and blazer rental service providers still manage their business conventionally, using manual records in managing clothing inventory, orders and payments. This method is less effective, the development of a web-based information system for jacket and blazer rental services is very important. This information system will provide an effective solution for managing clothing inventory, placing orders online, facilitating the payment process, and providing accurate and up-to-date information to service providers and customers.

Abstract

One of the most common services provided for internet users is a hotspot network. This hotspot functions as a public area equipped with wireless network access. Numerous hotspot locations are available, with some even offering free access, allowing everyone to enjoy this service without any charges. However, security concerns are a significant focus in utilizing hotspot facilities in public zones due to the open nature of these places. Additionally, the use of hotspot networks also has a drawback - the existence of security vulnerabilities due to a lack of administrative attention. Based on findings from existing literature, an effective approach to enhancing wireless security involves user authentication through CAPTCHA and IP-binding methods for user filtration. It is anticipated that this user authentication method can optimize hotspot network security, ensuring that only authorized and registered individuals can access the service.

Abstract

The world of martial arts is very well known in various national and international regions. There are several that show martial arts, one of which is Karate. Karate is a martial art that is applied in a national level sports branch in Indonesia. Karate has 3 training branches, namely Shoto-Kai, Inkanas and Lemkari. A martial art will always select the schedule for each event held by the committee, one of which is Shoto-Kai karate. The aim of this research is to build a selection system for various categories using the Welch Powell method which previously was still done manually, therefore the selection can be automatically inputted by participant data into an application. This application uses Microsoft Visual Basic, making it easier for the committee to determine participants in selecting the karate competition schedule. Based on the test results, the application obtained can run successfully so that it can use a laptop/computer. This research can be a medium of information regarding karate selection and can provide smoothness to achieve success.

Abstract

The creation of many businesses in the field of online-based sales or known as e-commerce is proof that internet technology is currently developing so rapidly in various industries, including business. Online shop is a business activity that uses E-Commerce in its marketing or trading operations. Knowing how interested consumers are in buying a product can be done by counting the number of sales transactions made, which is one of the information that can be collected. So that the increasing number of transaction activities by consumers there is very large and out of data. The results of this study indicate that the mostoptimal number of clusters is two clusters. From 45 frozen food product data, 3 frozen food products were found in cluster 1 and 42 frozen food products entered cluster 2. This study aims to apply the k- means clustering method in grouping frozen food sales to find out the grouping of consumer interest in a product. Frozen food. It is hoped that this research can be useful for the company and as a reference for further research.

Abstract

Scheduling is a classic and commonly encountered issue. Various institutions are currently facing scheduling problems concerning their employees or staff, one of which involves the scheduling of activities at the Electoral Commission (KPU). However, KPU presently relies on a manual system without a structured database system, leading to delays in completing tasks that should ideally be finished on time and making the process vulnerable to errors. To address this, the waterfall method is being utilized for system development, encompassing stages such as system requirement analysis, system design, system development, system testing, and system implementation. The subsequent application is being developed using PHP and MYSQL. The implementation of this scheduling information system aims to facilitate KPU employees in efficiently carrying out their daily tasks and activities, thereby streamlining the scheduling process. By presenting the results of this research, it is expected that the design of the web-based activity scheduling information system for the Election Commission (KPU) can positively contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of KPU's tasks related to general elections.

Abstract

Information systems are an important part of an agency because they can provide convenience in many ways, such as making data processing more effective, efficient in decision making, and can save time and costs. Guestbooks which are still done manually can cause confusion in recapitulating the desired guest data and can take quite a long time. Currently at the Sei Kera Hulu Subdistrict Office, processing of guest data is still done manually using stationery. With this, the researcher developed Android-based media which aims to record guest data and facilitate access to guest needs and improve the guest experience in order to improve operational efficiency, data accuracy and the overall guest service experience. The research process carried out starts from problem formulation, determining objectives, literature study, data collection, analysis of current and required systems, system interface design, implementation and testing. The system development method used in this research is the waterfall method which consists of five stages. The results of this research are that the system can run well, making it easier to access guest needs, increasing operational efficiency, data accuracy and the overall guest service experience.

Abstract

Image as a multimedia component plays a very important role as a form of visual information. Images have characteristics that text does not have, namely images that are rich in information. Even though an image is rich in information, the image we have often experiences image degradation, namely a decrease in image quality, for example because it contains defects or noise. The Adaptive Median Filter (AMF) method is a method designed to eliminate problems that arise. faced with a standard median filter. Adaptive median filter has a dual purpose, namely removing impulse noise in the image and reducing distortion in the image. This filter also smooths out noise. Therefore, the author is interested in "Implementing Noise Removal and Image Enhancement in Digital Images Using the Adaptive Median Filter Method". This is done in order to find out the results of improving the quality of the noised image. The output that will be produced in this final project is that the author discusses how an image that initially has good quality is then given noise, then a filtering process is applied using the adaptive median filter method and the image quality is improved using image enhancement.
