Abstract

The study aims to analyze the effect of employee engagement on innovative work behaviour with work life balance as an intervening variable. This research uses Incidental sampling technique with total of 65 respondents with the criteria of Gen Z employees aged 18-26 years who live and work in the Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. The test used in this study are descriptive analysis, instrument test (validity test and reliability test), classical assumption test, coefficient of determination, hypothesis test (t test), and path analysis using the sobel test. The independent variable in this study is employee engagement. The intervening variable in this study is work life balance. The dependent variable in this study is innovative work behavior. The results of this study indicate that, employee engagement has positive and significant effect on work life balance, work life balance has positive and significant effect on innovative work behavior, employee engagement has positive and significant effect on innovative work behavior, and work life balance partially mediates the relationship between employee engagement and innovative work behavior.

Abstract

The success of a company cannot be separated from the role of its human resources. In this era of digitalization and increasingly rapid technological developments, companies are required to always innovate. This research will examine the influence of agreeableness on innovative behavior with knowledge sharing as an intervening variable. Sampling in this study used purposive sampling technique with 60 respondents with the criteria of millennial generation employees aged 27-42 years who live and work in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. The tests carried out in this research were instrument testing (validity test and reliability test), classical assumption test, hypothesis test (t test), coefficient of determination and path analysis using the Sobel test. The results of this research show that agreeableness has a positive and significant effect on knowledge sharing, knowledge sharing has a positive and significant effect on innovative behavior, agreeableness has a positive and significant effect on innovative behavior and knowledge sharing partially mediates the influence of agreeableness on innovative behavior.

Abstract

Collectivism, Gender, Reward and Punishment on Financial Statement Fraud. Financial statement fraud is a deliberate omission in presenting data either in the form of disclosures or amounts in financial statements that are designed to cause losses to users of financial statements. This study aims to determine: The Effect of Collectivism on Financial Statement Fraud, The Effect of Gender on Financial Statement Fraud, The Effect of Reward on Financial Statement Fraud, The Effect of Punishment on Financial Statement Fraud. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science). The results showed that there was no effect of Collectivism on Financial Statement Fraud, there was no effect of Gender on Financial Statement Fraud, there was an effect of Reward on Financial Statement Fraud, there was an effect of Punishment on Financial Statement Fraud. These results are expected to provide recommendations for students in evaluating themselves regarding the importance of ethics and the character of accounting students in reducing the intention to commit fraudulent behavior.

Abstract

This paper aims to evaluate the role of the ADB in rural development and food security in Asia and the Pacific and analyze the impact of its programs. The research approach involves literature analysis, case studies of ADB policy implementation, and synthesizing findings from multiple sources to develop a holistic understanding. Key findings include the success of ADB programs in improving rural infrastructure and community empowerment, as well as challenges such as implementation delays and global market uncertainty. This paper provides an in-depth look at the impact of ADB programs, presents key findings, and provides recommendations for future policy improvements

Abstract

This study aims to determine the suitability of the financial statements presented by the Al Falah Mosque Foundation in Surabaya with the Interpretation of Financial Accounting Standards (ISAK) Number 35 concerning Presentation of Financial Statements of Non-Profit Oriented Entities. This research uses qualitative research with an interpretive approach. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. The results obtained from this research are that Based on the results and discussion of research conducted by researchers, it can be concluded that, the financial statements of the Al Falah Mosque Foundation Surabaya have been presented in accordance with ISAK 35, namely concerning the Presentation of Financial Statements of Non-Profit Oriented Entities and prepared in accordance with Financial Accounting Standards for Entities Without Public Accountability (SAK ETAP). This can be seen from the financial statements that have been presented by the AL Falah Surabaya Mosque Foundation have fulfilled the elements of ISAK 35, namely: (1) The statement of financial position has been classified into several sections, namely current assets and non-current assets, liabilities and net assets; (2) The comprehensive income report has been classified in accordance with its restrictions, namely unbound and temporarily bound, it's just that there is a difference in the mention of terms in the comprehensive income report into an activity report; (3) The report on changes in net assets is made into 1 (one) with activity reports; (4) The cash flow statement is prepared using the direct method; and (5) Notes to the financial statements of Masjid Al Falah Foundation do not record the receipt of endowments and grants that have been received. The financial statements of the Al Falah Mosque Foundation Surabaya are only intended for the internal foundation, namely to the Trustees, unless the foundation has a loan at the bank, the financial statements are also reported to the bank.

Abstract

Based on preliminary analysis on the object of empirical Sociological Research, an existing problem analysis program is developed. The scientific program is the first necessary document of any practical, theoretical sociological study. The program is aimed at checking the working hypothesis on the object of sociological research, and also consists of the statements of the scientific hypothesis on research, the main tasks to be performed and the methodological basis of sociological research. This paper scientifically investigated the process of statistical processing of empirical data.

Abstract

The study aims to analyze the comparison of the implementation of agricultural law in different countries. The discussion of land is important in the context of the development of a country because land is a valuable asset and a source of life for the people. Nonetheless, the implementation of agricultural law often faces challenges that are obstacles to achieving agricultural governance effectively and fairly. This study employs a comparative research method. We collect the data from a variety of relevant sources, including legislation, policies, and related literature. We carried out the analysis to compare the differences and similarities in the implementation of agricultural law on land in the countries involved in the case studies. We expect the results of this research to provide a deeper understanding of the implementation of agricultural law on land in various contexts and countries. This study will also discuss the importance of adapting agricultural laws to the needs and socio-economic realities of local communities. The research aims to guide policymakers in crafting and executing more equitable and effective agricultural policies for farm management.

Abstract

This article examines the effectiveness of land redistribution implementation in Indonesia's agrarian reform program. The land redistribution program is part of the government's efforts to achieve equitable land ownership and improve farmers' welfare. This study aims to evaluate the success of the land redistribution program, identify the challenges faced in its implementation, and provide strategic recommendations to enhance the program's effectiveness. The research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach in several regions that focus on land redistribution. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with farmers, government officials, and agrarian experts, as well as field observations and document studies. The findings indicate that while there are some successes in land redistribution, numerous obstacles hinder the program's effectiveness, including complex bureaucracy, agrarian conflicts, and lack of infrastructure support. This article also offers recommendations to overcome these challenges and improve the effectiveness of the land redistribution program in the future.

Abstract

The small business sector is an integral, objectively necessary element of any developed economic system, without which the economy and society as a whole cannot exist and develop normally. Although the indicator of any developed country consists of large corporations, the presence of strong economic power (large capital) largely determines the level of scientific, technical and production potential, the real basis of life in countries with a market economy system, small enterprises as the most common, dynamic and flexible form of business life. The main part of the national resources, which are the basis for medium and large businesses, are created and put into circulation in the small business sector. High flexibility and broad coverage of almost all sectors of the country's domestic market ensure the stability of economic development and contribute to the stability of the political climate.

Abstract

This study examines the effectiveness of a user-generated content (UGC) marketing strategy in increasing consumer engagement. The research findings indicate that UGC marketing strategies can significantly enhance consumer engagement and strengthen the trust relationship between consumers and the brand. Audiences tend to trust consumer-generated content more than traditional marketing content due to its authenticity and genuineness. Therefore, marketers are advised to leverage UGC as one of the most effective marketing strategies to increase consumer involvement and achieve marketing objectives. By integrating UGC into their marketing strategies, brands can create closer relationships with their consumers and strengthen their market position.
