Abstract

Image is one of the important assets for an organization that should be continuously built and maintained. A good image is one of the important tools, not only to attract consumers in choosing products or services, but also to improve customer satisfaction attitudes towards the organization. Image also shows the existence of an organization in the public eye, namely showing the public's view of the organization that is formed over a long period of time. A well-formed image will also have a good impact on achieving the goals set by individuals or organizations.Based on preliminary research, it is known that the Image of PGRI Schools in Bogor Regency is relatively suboptimal. Therefore, research is needed to obtain information on variables related to improving Service Quality. The purpose of this study is to carry out strategies and ways to improve organizational image by conducting research on the influence between personality variables, servant leadership, organizational culture and service quality. This study uses the path analysis method to determine the influence between the variables studied and the SITOREM method for indicator analysis in order to obtain optimal solutions in efforts to improve organizational image.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the model of interreligious harmony in Nglinggi Village, Klaten, Central Java, which is rooted in local wisdom, and to examine its role as a means of preventing social conflict. Nglinggi Village, known for its religious diversity, has earned recognition as a Culturally Peaceful Village due to the community’s various efforts to foster harmony. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach using a case study method. Data were collected through participatory observation, in-depth interviews with religious and community leaders, and documentation studies of interreligious harmony activities. The findings indicate that local cultural traditions such as gotong royong (mutual cooperation), sadranan (ancestral commemoration), and sharing practices during religious holidays play a crucial role in sustaining long-term harmony. Local wisdom in Nglinggi Village serves as an effective model for preventing social conflict in plural societies. This study is expected to contribute to the development of culturally based peacebuilding efforts in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study examines the use of multimodal resources in Yeonjun’s No Labels Part 01 album promotion through a human billboard campaign disseminated via Instagram Reels. Employing a qualitative descriptive approach, this research applies Multimodal Discourse Analysis (MMDA) to analyze the interaction of linguistic, visual, auditory, and kinetic modes within two official promotional videos released by @txt_bighit. The findings reveal that the campaign constructs meaning through strong multimodal cohesion, where minimalist typography, symbolic color choices, controlled bodily movement, and ambient urban soundscapes work together to convey the ideology of “No Labels.” The absence of spoken language and background music emphasizes authenticity, artistic autonomy, and resistance to conventional K-pop promotional practices. Visual contrasts between Yeonjun’s exposed album imagery and the anonymity of the performers further reinforce themes of individuality and self-definition. This study concludes that hybrid promotional strategies combining offline street performance and online digital circulation function as effective multimodal discourses in contemporary music marketing, contributing to the expansion of MMDA within performative and digital advertising contexts.

Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology has fundamentally transformed business practices, particularly for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) operating in urban communities (Kotler & Keller, 2016). Digital marketing has emerged as a strategic instrument that enables MSMEs to expand market reach, enhance competitiveness, and adapt to dynamic consumer behavior in the digital era (Chaffey & Ellis-Chadwick, 2019). The integration of digital platforms into marketing activities allows small businesses to overcome limitations related to capital, location, and access to information (Taiminen & Karjaluoto, 2015).This study aims to analyze the role of digital marketing as an instrument for economic empowerment of MSMEs in urban communities. Economic empowerment in this context refers to increased income, business sustainability, and the ability of MSMEs to participate actively in the urban digital economy (OECD, 2020). Understanding this role is essential, as MSMEs contribute significantly to employment creation and local economic resilience in urban areas.Using a qualitative descriptive approach, this research examines how the adoption of digital marketing platforms contributes to sales growth, customer engagement, and business development among MSMEs. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation involving MSME actors who actively utilize social media, online marketplaces, and digital payment systems (Yadav & Rahman, 2017). The findings indicate that digital marketing not only improves business performance but also serves as a mechanism for broader socio-economic empowerment. This study contributes to the literature by positioning digital marketing as a tool for inclusive urban economic development.
