Abstract

Background: quarantine patients must comply with health protocols. If you don't comply, you can transmit the virus, the isolation period will be longer and the situation will get worse. 211 people who do self-isolation in RW 13 Kelurahan officer. The problem found was in the form of transmission from the accompanying family due to the lack of implementing Health protocols. Family moral or material support is useful so that the patient is not lonely, accepting, enthusiastic and optimistic that he can recover. Good family support can affect the readiness of Covid-19 patients during quarantine so that patients are disciplined. Methods: This study is a quantitative analytical observational study with a cross-sectional approach and purposive sampling technique and uses direct and online questionnaires via googleform to 69 respondents in RT 002, 003, and 008. The chi square test was used to determine the existence of a correlations. Results: Based on the results of the Chi Square test analysis, the p value = 0.000 was obtained. This means that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. Conclusion: There is a correlations between family support and the level of compliance with self-isolation in the work area of ​​the Perwira Health Center in 2022.

Abstract

Adolescence is a period of transition from childhood to adulthood. Adolescence is the age of majority who are considered vulnerable to infection due to lack of knowledge about the dangers of HIV/AIDS. Hormonal changes in late adolescence will increase sexual desire. The tendency of violations or deviations in sexual behavior will increase due to the dissemination of information through the mass media. Intercourse will also increase and it cannot be denied that the tendency of association between men and women at that age will increase the risk of deviations in sexual behavior which can increase the risk of getting HIV/AIDS.

Abstract

Background: According to data from Global Burden Cancer in the International Agency for Research On Cancer (IARC), it is known that breast cancer is a disease with the highest percentage of new cases (after controlling for age), which is 43.3%, and the percentage of deaths (after being controlled by age ) due to breast cancer by 12.9% (Kendal, 2022). Breast cancer (carcinoma mammae) itself is a condition where cells have lost their normal control and mechanism, resulting in abnormal, fast, and uncontrolled growth that occurs in breast tissue (MOH, 2015). However, over time, this disease begins to lead to a younger age, so teenagers (13-20 years) also need to do BSE regularly as an effort to prevent and early detection to reduce the possibility of other diseases caused by these risks factors (WHO, 2007). Objectives: This study aims to determine the correlation of between knowledge levels of breast cancer and breast self-examination behavior (BSE) in class X and XI adolescent girls at Teratai Putih Global Islamic High School Bekasi in 2022. Methods: The research method that will be carried out by researchers is quantitative. The design in this study uses Analytical Observation with a Cross-Sectional research design. The population in this study was 66 young women in classes X and XI at the global white lotus Islamic high school. The sampling technique used in this research is total sampling. Results: it was found that with a significant level of 95% or a value of 5% (0.05) the results of the Fisher's Exact Test obtained a p-value (0.00) < value of (0.05) there was a Correlation between the level of knowledge of breast cancer with examination behavior Breast Self (BSE) for Teenage Girls in Class X and XI at Teratai Putih Global Islamic High School Bekasi in 2022. Conclusion: There is a correlation between the level of knowledge of breast cancer and the behavior of breast self-examination (BSE) in Class X and XI Teenage Girls at Teratai Putih Global Islamic High School Bekasi 2022.

Abstract

Body image is a collection of conscious and unconscious attitudes that individuals have towards their bodies. Includes past and present perceptions and feelings about size, function, appearance, and potency. Body image is more often associated with women than men because women tend to pay more attention to their appearance. Physical changes experienced by adolescents cause changes in body image perceptions.This study aims to determine the relationship between body image and dietary behavior in adolescents at SMA Negeri 2 Tambun Utara in 2022.The research method used is quantitative with a cross-sectional type of research. The population in this study were teenagers in grades X and XI at SMA Negeri 2 Tambun Utara and a sample of 177 female students. Data collection technique using Strativied Random Sampling technique. Statistical test using chi square test with the results of respondents who have a positive body image as many as 41 respondents (23.16%) and respondents who have a healthy diet as many as 98 respondents (55.4%) obtained p value (0.000) < value (0.05). There is a relationship between body image and dietary behavior in adolescent girls at SMA Negeri 2 Tambun Utara in 2022.

Abstract

In the world, 72% of children under the age of six years have started using smartphones since 2013, where the majority of children aged 3 years prefer to use smartphones every day. This figure has doubled compared to 2011 which was still at 38%. Parenting patterns are things that affect the level of gadget addiction in preschool children. The reasons parents give gadgets to children when parents are doing homework are 70%, to keep children calm 65%, and time before going to bed 25% (Kabali et al, 2015). According to Sunita (2018), saying that children become happy playing gadgets because of various interesting things in it, it makes children want to always use gadgets. This can slowly change children's behavior so that they are not aware that excessive use of gadgets can cause children to become addicted to gadgets (Kwon, 2013). To determine the relationship between parenting style and the level of gadget addiction in preschool children in the RT. 003/ RW. 005 East Bekasi District, Bekasi City. The research method used a cross sectional design. The sampling technique was total sampling, with a total sample of 64 respondents. The instrument used is a questionnaire. Based on data analysis used by using Chi Square Test with p = 0.001 (p < 0.05). The conclusion is that there is a relationship between parenting patterns and the level of gadget addiction in preschool children in the RT. 003/ RW. 005 East Bekasi District, Bekasi City.

Abstract

Background: Based on data from the International Diabetes Federation 2020, the number of diabetics continues to increase in various countries, including Indonesia. The prevalence of diabetes in Indonesia still reaches 6.2 percent with 10,681,400 cases. Diabetes Melitus (DM) is a metabolic disorder disease that affects the work of insulin in glucose absorption. Factors related to the occurrence of COVID-19 in a person with type 2 diabetes Melitus include characteristics consisting of gender, age and Activity Of Daily Living as well as foods that can increase high levels of sugar in the body, this is reviewed from the results of other studies conducted by Smith (2021) in the journal (Apin, 2021). Research Objectives: This study has a general objective, namely to determine the Risk Factors for the Occurrence of Covid-19 in People with Type 2 Diabetes Melitus in the RT community. 006/002 Teluk Jaya Village, Jaya District, in 2022. Research Method: The design in this study uses Observational Analytics with a Cross Sectional research design, the sampling technique used in this study is a total sampling with a total sample of 50 respondents in accordance with the inclusion criteria, measured using a digital questionnaire and carried out statistical tests using Chi Square. Results: Based on the results of the chi square statistical test output obtained.. It can be concluded that the Value of Asymp Significance (0.000) < the value of α (0.05), this indicates that H0 is rejected. Thus, it can be concluded that there is a relationship between ADL and the confirmation of COVID-19 in the COMMUNITY RT006/002 Teluk Jaya Village, Jaya District, Karawang Regency. Conclusion: Risk Factors for the Occurrence of Covid-19 in People with Type 2 Diabetes Melitus in the RT community. 006/002 Teluk Jaya Village, Jaya District, in 2022.
