Abstract

This study aims to analyze how the Arabic textbook Al-Arabiyyah Lil Hayah can be a medium in the process of acquiring Arabic for UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang students and its suitability for non-Arab students according to the theory of Nasir Abdullah Al-Ghali and Abdul Hamid Abdullah. This research is qualitative research with content analysis type. The subject of this study is the Al-Arabiyyah Lil Hayah textbook used by UIN Malang as the main guidebook in the Arabic Language Skill Development Program (PKPBA), which must be followed by all students in the first year of the lecture period. The data collection technique uses documentation by using documentation guidelines to get accurate results. Data analysis uses content analysis according to Krippendorf's theory which consists of the process of unitizing (determining the unit of analysis), sampling (sample selection), coding (coding), reducing (data reduction), abducing (inference taking), and narrating (reporting). The results of this study are (1) the presentation of teaching materials in the ALH book always begins with interactive conversations, the provision of mufrodat with color pictures, Arabic grammatical exercises, question exercises, text analysis, and writing exercises. (2) The ALH book strongly supports the process of acquiring the Arabic language because it always emphasizes the 3M principles, namely; easy, fun, familiar. (3) the preparation of ALH textbooks is in accordance with the standards for the preparation of Arabic textbooks according to the theories of Nasir Abdullah Al-Ghali and Abdul Hamid Abdullah because it always emphasizes the concept of contemporaneity and modernity, so that students can easily learn Arabic with ALH media.

Abstract

لا يخفى لدى كل علماء تعليم اللغة العربية لغير الناطقين بها يبحث هذه الدراسات عن كفاءة معلمي اللغة العربية بل في خارج البلاد،  لأن وجب على كل معلمي اللغة العربية لدهم الكفاءة المتنوعة وهي ليس لهم الكفاءة المهنية فقط التي كانت فيها الكفاءة اللغوية ولكن الكفاءة التعليمية. وأما أهداف هذا البحث هي : الكفاءة المهنية و الكفاءة التعليمة لمعلمي اللغة العربية بإندونيسيا ومحاولة على المبدولة لتنمية تلك الكفائتين بناء على تحليل جمع بعض الدراسات السابقة. واستخدم هذا البحث نهجا كيفيا بطريقة الوصفي التحليلي. ونوع هذا البحث هو الدراسة المكتبية، جمع الباحث البيانات من المشكلات العلمية وشكل الدوريات والمجلات ومواقع إلكتروني تدعم عملية التحليل.  ونتائج هذا البحث هي :  أولا، أن نموذج الكفاءة المهنية لمعلمي اللغة العربية لغير الناطقين بها في إندونيسيا يشكّل نمطًا معقدًا وسياقيًا. فرغم أن معظم المعلمين لديهم خلفية تعليمية رسمية في اللغة العربية، إلا أن النتائج الميدانية تشير إلى أن إتقان المادة العلمية وحده لا يكفي لضمان فعالية التعلم. وفي كثير من الحالات، يواجه المعلمون صعوبات في ربط محتوى اللغة العربية بسياق حياة الطلاب الإندونيسيين غير العرب، مما يجعل التعلم جامدًا، ويعتمد على الكتب المدرسية، ويفتقر إلى الابتكار. والثاني: وكانت جهود معلمي اللغة العربية في إندونيسيا لتحسين كفاءتهم المهنية التزامًا بجودة التعلم المستمر. يشارك المعلمون بفعالية في الدورات التدريبية وورش العمل التي تنظمها المؤسسات التعليمية والحكومة والمنظمات المهنية لتحديث رؤاهم التربوية واللغوية. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، يلتحق العديد منهم دراساتهم محليًا ودوليًا، كشكل من أشكال تعزيز قدراتهم الأكاديمية والمهنية. في سياق تعلم اللغة العربية، يسعى المعلمون أيضًا إلى إثراء أساليبهم التعليمية من خلال دمج التكنولوجيا الرقمية مثل تطبيقات التعلم التفاعلي والوسائط السمعية والبصرية ومنصات التعلم الإلكتروني.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi pembelejaran gramatika bahasa Arab dengan metode Al Bidayah ditinjau dengan pengalaman dalam pendekatan pembelajaran mendalam (deep learning). Penelitian melibatkan 5 informan dari kalangan siswa kelas 9 dan guru mata pelajaran nahwu di lingkungan SMP Muhammadiyah 4 Tanggul. Peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan model studi naratif. Proses penghimpunan data dilakukan dengan observasi partisipatif, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Observasi partisipatif dan wawancara bertujuan untuk memperoleh informasi terkait kondisi dan situasi selama berlangsungnya aktifitas pembelajaran. Kedua data tersebut diperkuat dengan data yang diperoleh melalui proses dokumentasi. Selanjutnya peneliti menggunakan triangulasi teknik dan focus grup discussion. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan model Miles & Huberman yang terdiri dari 3 tahap. Yaitu, reduksi, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini adalah pengalaman memahami terimplementasikan dalam penyampaian materi nahwu oleh guru kepada siswa untuk sehingga siswa dapat membangun pemahamannya melalui konsep tersebut; pengalaman mengaplikasi terimplementasikan dalam aktiftias tanya jawab antara guru dan siswa dengan kalimat yang beragam. Siswa mengaplikasikan wawasan dalam konteks kalimat yang beragam; Pengalaman merefleksi terimplementasi dalam aktifitas penguatan oleh guru dan tanya jawab antar siswa dengan strategi tutor sebaya dengan tujuan siswa dapat saling berkolaborasi dengan saling bertukar pehamaman terkait materi nahwu yang telah diajarkan.

Abstract

Among the guidance of the Holy Quran to mankind is the principles of learning, Quran was revealed primarily for the purpose of guiding, directing, and teaching man. Therefore, it was natural for the Holy Quran to include a lot of information about man. it contains information about the creation of man and the nature of his composition of matter and spirit, and the psychological conflict that arises from that, and the different physiological and psychological motivations that direct his behavior, as well as the various emotions that he feels and that affect his life, and the means by which man acquires knowledge, whether through sensory or mental perception or through inspiration and true vision. Not only that, the holy Qur'an also contains information about the growth and developmental stages of a man, equally about learning and its principles, personality and its different types and characteristics, human evaluation and psychological treatment and other information about human physiological life. we have learned from the Holy Quran many methods of teaching and learning that aim to prepare the learner to be a good role model by embodying good behavior in dealings, consequently, learners vary in their mental abilities, readiness, and intelligence the Holy Quran has drawn attention to the necessity of taking into account the characteristics of each stage of growth when giving educational and pedagogical doses to individuals. On this basis, this paper aims to shed light on some of the principles and teaching methods mentioned in the Holy Quran, and the extent of its impact in responding to students' desire for education and learning. descriptive research design was used to obtain valuable information related to the topic. The research results also concluded that the Holy Quran has an attractive and distinctive methods in teaching and modifying the learner's behavior to a desired form through a gradual processes.

Abstract

This study aims to gain an in-depth understanding of the implementation process of the Project-Based Learning (PjBL) model integrated with Deep Learning to enhance Arabic vocabulary acquisition among elementary school students within the framework of the Merdeka Curriculum. A qualitative approach with a case study design was employed, focusing on exploring students’ learning experiences, teachers’ instructional strategies, and classroom interaction dynamics during the application of the model. The research was conducted at SD Islam Terpadu Al Furqon Madina, involving one Arabic language teacher and ten fifth-grade students as research participants. Data were collected through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation of students’ project outcomes. The findings reveal that implementing PjBL integrated with Deep Learning enhances students’ active engagement in Arabic vocabulary learning, strengthens conceptual understanding, and fosters deep thinking skills through collaborative and reflective activities. The teacher acts as a facilitator, guiding students toward meaningful learning supported by contextual learning media. These findings underscore the significance of project-based pedagogical innovation in enriching Arabic language learning experiences in elementary schools, aligning with the Merdeka Curriculum’s emphasis on active, collaborative, and contextual learning.

Abstract

This research aims to: 1) Describe the process of establishing a language environment at Darussalam Islamic Boarding School Jombang in terms of the Communicative Approach. 2) Describe the facilitating factors and inhibiting factors in the establishment of a language environment at Darussalam Islamic Boarding School Jombang from the perspective of the Communicative Approach. The researcher used a qualitative research method, specifically the descriptive type. This is because the data required is in the form of detailed information related to the scope of the research. The data collection instruments used in this study were interviews, observations, and documentation. We are conducting an interview with seven people, including: the deputy manager, the institute professor, the institute administrator, and four students from the tenth and eleventh grades. The research findings are as follows: 1) The process of establishing a language environment in Darussalam Islamic Boarding School Jombang, as viewed from the Communicative Approach, includes requiring students to use Arabic in formal education and daily activities. conducting activities to enhance Arabic language skills for both students and teachers. Various language-related activities are organized, such as Muhadatsah, Idhof, Muhadhoroh, Ayyamul Lugha, and Masrohiyyah. 2) The factors that encourage the establishment of a language environment in Darussalam Islamic Boarding School  Jombang, as viewed from the Communicative Approach, include the correlation between the pesantren and schools, the use of communicative approach in teaching and daily conversations, and the use of materials tailored to the needs of students and the good communicative competence of pesantren teachers. The factors that hinder the establishment of a language environment in Darussalam Islamic Boarding School Jombang, as viewed from the Communicative Approach, include the high intensity of English language usage, the weak Arabic language skills of some pesantren administrators, the weak Arabic language skills of some school teachers, and the lack of confidence among students in speaking Arabic.
