Abstract

Research has the intention of testing the influence of capital adequacy ratio, loan to deposit ratio, non-performing loans, operating expense operating revenue and net interest margin on the profitability of banking companies. This research collects data using financial reports and annual reports from 2021 to 2023 on banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The number of samples used in the research was 34 banking companies. Descriptive statistical analysis and multiple regression analysis are used as analysis methods. The results show that capital adequacy ratio and net interest margin have a significant positive influence on profitability, while non-performing loans and operating expenses operating revenue have a significant negative influence on profitability. Loan to deposit ratio does not have a significant influence on profitability. Simultaneously, all independent variables have an effect on the dependent variable.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Audit Knowledge, Audit Experience, Self-Efficacy on Audit Judgement with Job Complexity as an Moderating Variable. This type of research is quantitative research. The data used in this study is primary data. The population in this study are all auditors at Public Accounting Firms in the City of Jakarta and the sample of this study are auditors who had worked for more than one year and had carried out audit tasks. Data was obtained from 155 respondents. The analysis used is a multiple linear regression analysis method. The results of the analysis show that Audit Knowledge, Audit Experience, Self-efficacy have a positive effect on Audit Judgement. Job complexity weakens the influence between Audit Knowledge and Self-efficacy on Audit Judgement. However, Job Complexity strengthens the influence of Audit Experience on Audit Judgement.

Abstract

Price and Service Quality on Students' Decision to Choose STMIK Widuri Jakarta. The research methodology used in this study is quantitative. The data used are primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires with a Likert scale (1-5). The population in this study were students who had studied at STMIK Widuri, Jakarta, with a sample of 204 people. Data analysis for hypothesis testing used multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS software version 26. The results showed that Promotion Mix and Service Quality had a significant positive effect on the decision to study at STMIK Widuri Jakarta. While Price had a significant negative effect on the decision to study at STMIK Widuri Jakarta. Managerial contributions to increasing student interest in choosing STMIK Widuri Jakarta are:The New Student Admissions Department (PMB) is friendlier, more polite in promoting STMIK, and improving the content of promotional advertising messages.  Adjusting tuition fees as the quality of facilities increases. Improving the quality of service, quality of lecturers, employees, facilities and infrastructure, and libraries.

Abstract

This research aims to identify the influence of sales development, industrial dimensions, leverage, and capital seriousness on Tax Avoidance, either simultaneously or partially, with research objects in the mining manufacturing sector industry listed on the Indonesian Impact Exchange (BEI). The procedure for taking this research illustration uses a purposive sampling method with a total of 66 industries based on the population and 19 selected industries as illustrations. This research design is causal research using quantitative methods and using secondary information. The information analysis method uses the panel information regression method, namely combining cross section and time series information for 4 years from 2019-2022, using the IBM SPSS type 25 application. The results of this research partially prove that sales development, industry dimensions, leverage and seriousness Capital influences Tax Avoidance.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of Imitation of Influencer, Materialism, Social Comparison, , and Fear of Missing Out (FOMO) on Buying Intention. Data were collected through questionnaires from consumers who follow the social media accounts of five beauty influencers, namely Tasya Farasya, Nanda Arsyinta, Hanum Mega, Titan Tyra, and Kiara Leswara are domiciled in Jakarta. The study used a sample size of 166 respondents with purposive sampling technique. The data analysis method employed in this research is Structural Equation Model (SEM) using AMOS 21 software. The results indicate that Imitation of Influencer has a positive influence on Social Comparison, Imitation of Influencer has a positive influence on Materialism, Social Comparison does not have a positive influence on FOMO, FOMO has a positive influence on Buying Intention, Social Comparison does not have a positif influence on Materialism, and Materialism has a positive influence on Buying Intention.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of audit tenure, audit rotation and auditor specialization on audit quality in food and beverage manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2020 to 2023. The type of data used is secondary data, namely data from financial reports. The data pooling method used in this study obtained 26 company samples. The data analysis model used is multiple regression analysis. The analysis tool used is SPSS. The results of the study show that audit tenure does not affect audit quality, audit rotation affects audit quality and auditor specialization does not affect audit quality.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to present actual data on the impact of corporate governance, leverage, and financial performance on sustainability reports in manufacturing companies. Companies in the manufacturing sector that were listed between 2020 and 2022 on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) were the subject of this study. Secondary data from the financial statements of manufacturing businesses listed on the IDX is used in this study. In order to produce a sample of 225 samples, the sampling approach in this study employed the purposive sampling method with multiple specified criteria. Multiple linear regression analysis is the approach used for data analysis. It includes numerous tests, including classical assumption tests, hypothesis tests, and descriptive statistical tests. The SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) version 26 application is used for the calculations of these tests.

Abstract

This research was conducted to analyze the effect of capital structure and company growth on firm value with good corporate governance as a moderating variable. This study is focused on manufacturing companies in the consumer goods sector on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Capital Structure and Company Growth are considered as key factors that can affect company value. GCG is also identified as an important element in improving company performance. Quantitative method with hypothesis testing approach is used in this research. The research sample consisted of 83 consumer non-cyclicals sector companies listed on the IDX in the 2021-2022 period. Data obtained from financial reports published by the IDX. Data analysis was performed using descriptive statistics and panel data regression using the fixed effect model (FEM) method. The results of the study show that capital structure and company growth have a significant positive effect on firm value. That is, the better the capital structure and company growth, the higher the company value. However, the implementation of GCG did not strengthen the effect of capital structure and company growth on company value.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to identify the influence of leverage, liquidity and institutional ownership on the quality of financial reports. The population in this research is 26 food and beverage manufacturing industries listed on the Indonesian Impact Exchange in 2018-2022. The type of information used in this research is quantitative information. The source of information used in this research is secondary information. The illustration collection method used purposive sampling and the illustrations used were 20 companies. The information analysis research method used in this research is panel information regression. The research results show that leverage has no influence, on the contrary, liquidity and institutional ownership have a positive and significant influence on the quality of financial reports in the food and beverage subsector manufacturing industry listed on the Indonesian Impact Exchange in 2018-2022.

Abstract

The new employee recruitment system that runs at PT. Satria Antaran Prima Tbk is still a convention where applicants must come directly submit their application files, causing several problems including the application selection process takes a long time because it is done manually, there is often damage or loss of application files because the data is stored in archive form in a storage cabinet, the psychological test process takes a long time because it is done manually using paper and checking the psychological test results is done manually. The purpose of this research is to know the system that is running, analyze and design the system according to system requirements. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach where the data obtained directly through interviews, observation, literature and documentation. The proposed system design uses Data Flow Diagrams (DFD), database design uses Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD), interface design on the proposed system and system testing using Blackbox Testing and system implementation. The result of this research is to design a web-based new employee recruitment information system that can be implemented at PT. Satria Antaran Prima Tbk to provide alternative solutions to existing problems so that the hiring process for new employees can run effectively and efficiently
