<![CDATA[This study aims to investigate how responsibility and commitment can affect employee performance. This study's research technique uses qualitative methods, or more specifically, observation techniques used over the course of a month in the North Sumatra Governor's office. The study's findings indicate that responsibility and dedication play a big part in employee performance since they affect job productivity inside the organization, which in turn affects how the public perceives the organization. Therefore, it can be claimed that the organization's function may help each employee become more committed and responsible. which will eventually be able to offer the public the greatest service.]]>

<![CDATA[The problem of poverty is a very complex problem in Indonesia, therefore changes need to be made from all parties, both together and in coordination. The community empowerment initiative is one of the strategies for overcoming poverty. YBM PLN UID North Sumatra is a zakat amil institution in various regions which then has a very important role in carrying out the economic empowerment process for the community so that they are able to live independently and empowered. The purpose of this research is to find out the program, program implementation and find out the results of the program as well as the role obtained by YBM PLN UID North Sumatra in empowering economic society. Then this researcher used a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. This method is a method that aims to depict or describe actual events in the field. Data collection techniques in this research used observation, interview and documentation techniques. The results of this research show that YBM PLN plays a role as an agent of change and leader or mentor in empowering the community's economy with the programs created by YBMPLN in an effort to empower the community which are currently running well, even providing an extraordinary positive impact on the beneficiaries. From these indicators of success, it can be seen as follows, namely: increasing people's income, increasing people's abilities and potential.]]>

<![CDATA[Corporate social responsibility is increasingly implemented in line with companies' growing awareness of ethics and transparency in their business operations, so they believe that social responsibility can be a true form of corporate responsibility. Stakeholders must be communicated not only about the implementation of social responsibility activities, but also about social responsibility programs. because in addition to being a form of transparency, it also makes the program social and creates mutual understanding with all stakeholders. The purpose of this study is to see the role and impact of PT CSR. PELINDO in improving the well-being of the surrounding community. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Research results show that the communication role implemented by PT. Pelindo 1 was effective enough to approach the community. The impact of their CSR program is also enough to help the community improve its economy, but the program they provide is not sustainable or community-based, so it cannot be felt by all the communities around the company. In addition to that, it realizes social responsibility by carrying out relief activities such as meeting the basic needs of the society, mass circumcisions, cataract treatment and compensation of orphans.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of work discipline, communication and motivation on employee performance at Tri Cahya Purnama Semarang Company. The population in this study were all employees of Tri Cahya Purnama Semarang Company, numbering 190 people. The sample was determined using the Slovin formula and obtained 128 people. The data was processed using the SPSS version 22 application. The results of the research showed that the three independent variables (work discipline, communication and motivation) had a significant positive influence on the performance of employees Tri Cahya Purnama Semarang Company. The coefficient of determination test shows that 63% of employee performance can be influenced by work discipline, communication and motivation. Meanwhile, the remaining 37% is influenced by other variables.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this paper is to determine the occurrence of the return of containers from the port to PT. Sentra Sinar Baru (Persero) Central Java Region due to not being loaded on the ship, delivery orders issued before confirmation to the depot, damage to containers during loading and unloading at the port and at the depo container yard. The data collection method used by the author is the observation method by making direct observations at PT. Sentra Sinar Baru Semarang Branch, interview method by interviewing several staff at PT. Sentra Sinar Baru Semarang Branch, the method of studying the literature contained in the book as a reference in this writing, as well as the method of documentation carried out by collecting documents deemed relevant to the title. The results of this discussion indicate that the prevention of containers that are not loaded on the ship by PT. Sentra Sinar Baru (Persero) in the Central Java region, reducing the occurrence of delivery orders issued early with effective communication between shipping companies and depots, minimizing damage to containers at the port or at the container yard.]]>

This type of research uses qualitative research where the author observes, interviews, records, and analyzes the object of research, data obtained through interviews and documents obtained in connection with the problem studied. The results of this study show that Lembang's financial accountability is good as seen from the Minister of Home Affairs regulation no. 20 of 2018 starting from the process of planning, implementation, administration, reporting and accountability has been implemented properly.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the management of village fund allocation in village development and identify factors that encourage and hinder its implementation. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive approach, with a case study conducted in Minta Kasih Village located in Salapian District, Langkat Regency. In this study, researchers analyzed the implementation of village fund allocation and its impact on village community empowerment. The research approach includes interviews, observations and document analysis to obtain information on the use of village fund allocation. The results showed several obstacles in accountability for village fund allocation, especially related to reporting and monitoring. In addition, there are gaps in community accessibility and understanding of village fund allocation programs that have the potential to affect the effectiveness of village development. From the results of the study, it is known that the factors that support the implementation of village fund allocation in the development of Minta Kasih Village are community support in infrastructure development, education, health, and the development of micro and small enterprises in the village. However, inhibiting factors include the government's inability to optimize budget use and delays in preparing village fund allocation accountability reports (ADD).]]>

<![CDATA[Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Leverage dan Profitabilitas terhadap Earnings Response Coefficient pada perusahaan Manufaktur Sektor Makanan Dan Minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Periode penelitian yang digunakan adalah 5 tahun yaitu periode 2014-2018. Populasi penelitian ini meliputi Perusahaan Manufaktur Sektor Makanan Dan Minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2014-2018. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Berdasarkan kriteria yang ditetapkan diperoleh jumlah sampel 9 perusahaan. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari situs Bursa Efek Indonesia. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi data panel. Hasil penelitian yang menunjukkan bahwa Leverage dan Profitabilitas tidak berpengaruh, dan Leverage, Likuiditas secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap Earnings Response Coefficient.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of independent commissioners, capital intensity, and executive compensation on tax aggressiveness in moderating institutional ownership in property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2021 period.This study uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study is 80 property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The criteria that have been set are obtained from 8 samples of Property and Real Estate companies. The type of data used in this research is secondary data. The method used in this research is panel data regression analysis.The results of this study indicate that the Independent Commissioner has a positive effect on Tax Aggressiveness. Capital Intensity has a negative effect on Tax Aggressiveness. Executive Compensation has no effect on Tax Aggressiveness. Ownership of the Memorandum of Institutional Relations on Tax Aggressiveness has a negative effect. Ownership of the Institutional Relationship between Capital Intensity and Tax Aggressiveness has a positive effect. Institutional Ownership cannot moderate the relationship between Executive Compensation and Tax Aggressiveness.]]>

<![CDATA[One of the problems in economic development is the low level of connectivity between regions. This is the root of the problem of economic development in the archipelagic regions in Indonesia which is still lagging behind, so it has a big impact on the people. Even though it has enormous natural resource potential, in general the people in this island province are still poor. Many of the development goals implemented have not been achieved because there are still obstacles faced in the development process itself. This is actually the challenge of development to improve the welfare of the Indonesian people in general and the people in the archipelago region in particular. Various issues and problems are the biggest challenges to development, therefore it is very necessary to have appropriate solutions to overcome these various issues and problems so that development for the welfare of the people in the archipelago can run smoothly and the set development goals can be achieved.]]>
