Abstract

High turnover can have a negative impact on the organization such as creating instability and uncertainty in the condition of the existing workforce and the high cost of HR management. This study aims to determine the effect of job insecurity, workload and compensation on employee turnover intention at JNE Denpasar Utara. This research was conducted at JNE Denpasar Utara. The population and sample in this study were North Denpasar JNE employees, totaling 40 people as research respondents. The method of determining the sample in this study is the saturated sampling method. Data was collected through documentation, interviews, and questionnaire methods. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis through the SPSS version 25 program. Based on the results of the analysis, this study shows that job insecurity has a positive and significant effect on employee turnover intention, which means that job insecurity increases, employee turnover intention at JNE Denpasar North increases. Workload has a positive and significant effect on employee turnover intention, which means that the better the workload, the employee's turnover intention at JNE Denpasar Utara will increase. Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee turnover intention, which means that the better the compensation, the employee's turnover intention at JNE Denpasar Utara will increase.

Abstract

Employees are human resources (HR) which is an important asset that controls the success or failure of acompany. Every organization wants and strives to get quality human resources to be able to achieve and realize the goals of the organization. This study aims to determine the effect of discipline, work conflict, and workload onemployee performance at PT. Bali Art Supplies Denpasar with a total sample of 45 employees. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling method. Data collection methods used are observation, interviews,documentation and questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis through the SPSS version 25 program. Based on the results of the analysis, this study shows that work discipline has a positiveand significant effect on employee performance at PT. Bali Art Supplies Denpasar. The better the work discipline that exists at PT. Bali Art Supplies Denpasar, the better the employee performance. Work conflict has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Bali Art Supplies Denpasar. Increasing work conflict in companies will raise employee morale to be better than other employees and be able to improve employee performance. Workload has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Bali Art Supplies Denpasar. The existence of a balanced loading intensity between the existing work and the workforce will be able to improve employee performance.

Abstract

Employee performance is the result of work in quality and quantity achieved by an employee in carrying out his duties in accordance with the responsibilities given to him. This study aims to determine or analyze the influence of organizational culture, work communication and work environment on employee performance. The research method used is quantitative and qualitative methods, the total population in this study is all employees of the Sari Sedana Nadi Cooperative, Blahbatuh District, Gianyar Regency, totaling 32 employees and the number of samples used in this study are all employees totaling 32 employees using the population method or saturated sample method. Data analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis, F test and T test. The results of this study indicate that partially it can be concluded that organizational culture, work communication and work environment have a positive and significant influence on employee performance at the Sari Sedana Nadi Blahbatuh Cooperative, Gianyar.

Abstract

The success of a company can be seen from the performance of employees. Employee performance is the employee's ability to do something with certain skills. There are several factors that influence employee performance, namely organizational commitment, organizational culture and job satisfaction. This study aims to determine the effect of organizational commitment, organizational culture and job satisfaction on the performance of LPD Abiansemal Traditional Village employees. The population in this study were all employees of the Abiansemal Traditional Village LPD. Determination of the sample with saturated sampling technique with a total sample of 35 employees. Methods of data collection by observation, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The test results show that organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of LPD Abiansemal Traditional Village employees, this means that an increase in organizational commitment will be followed by an increase in employee performance. Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on the performance of LPD Desa Adat Abiansemal employees, this means that the better the organizational culture, the better the employee performance. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the Abiansemal Traditional Village LPD employees, this means that the higher the employee job satisfaction, the higher the performance of the Abiansemal Traditional Village LPD employees.

Abstract

Employee performance in the company is a very important thing to be used as a benchmark forachievement in the company. The performance of employees in each company has different criteria according to the provisions of the company. The potential possessed by individuals also affects the level ofperformance produced by employees, where this potential can motivate employees to work optimally towards the company's operational activities, and can influence better employee work results. This study aims to analyze and explain the influence of work motivation, work discipline, and compensation on employee performance at the UD Building Store. Wijaya Kusuma. The sample in this research is 30 employees. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis techniques to answer the problem formulation with the help of the SPSS program. The results of testing the hypothesis show that the variables: 1) Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the UD Building Store. Wijaya Kusuma, 2) Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at the UD Building Store.
