Abstract

Kedisiplinan merupakan hal yang sangat penting dalam peningkatan kinerja. Tingkat absensi yang tinggi dapat mengakibatkan menurunnya kinerja pegawai. Lingkungan kerja yang kurang kondusif dapat menurunkan semangat para pegawai dalam menjalankan tugas-tugas yang diberikan. Perlu adanya peningkatan kedisiplinan dan kelengkapan fasilitas penunjang pekerjaan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kedisiplinan kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Badan Pengelola Keuangan dan Aset Daerah Kabupaten Karangasem. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai Badan Pengelola Keuangan dan Aset Daerah Kabupaten Karangasem. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner. Penentuan pengambilan jumlah responden dilakukan dengan teknik sampling jenuh. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 96 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dengan software SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kedisiplinan berbengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

Produktivitas merupakan hasil pengukuran kinerja dengan memperhitungkan sumber daya yang digunakan. Produktivitas juga mencerminkan keberhasilan atau kegagalan dalam mencapai efektivitas dan efisiensi kinerja dalam kaitannya dengan penggunaan sumber daya manusia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan kompensasi terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan PT. Vivo Bali Indonesia Area Denpasar 3. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan yang berjumlah 30 orang. Penentuan pengambilan jumlah responden dilakukan dengan teknik sampling jenuh yaitu teknik penentuan sampel yang semua anggota populasi digunakan sebagai sampel. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah, regresi linier berganda, dengan bantuan program SPSS Versi 25. Hasil pengujian secara parsial, menunjukkan bahwa variabel kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan dan kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan. Secara simultan, menunjukan bahwa variabel kepemimpinan transformasional dan kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan.

Abstract

Kinerja karyawan yang tinggi merupakan salah satu syarat dalam pencapaian tujuan perusahaan. Pencapaian tujuan perusahaan diperoleh dari upaya perusahaan dalam mengelola sumber daya manusia yang berpotensi agar dapat meningkatkan hasil kinerjanya. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja adalah gaya kepemimpinan, budaya kerja dan karakteristik individu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan, pengaruh budaya kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan karakteristik individu terhadap kinerja karyawan di Kantor Camat Busungbiu. Populasi dalam peneliatian ini adalah seluruh karyawan yang berjumlah 30 orang dengan metode pemilihan sampel yaitu metode nonprobability sampling dengan teknik pengambilan sampel secara sampling jenuh (sensus), sehingga sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 30 orang. Data analisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda untuk menjawab rumusan masalah dengan bantuan program SPSS versi 23. Hasil pengujian secara parsial, menunjukkan bahwa variabel gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, budaya kera berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan karakteristik individu berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Secara simultan, menunjukkan bahwa variabel gaya kepemimpinan, budaya kerja, dan karakteristik individu berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

The success of a company cannot be separated from the improvement of superior and quality human resources. To realize this, human resources really need to be considered, where human resources are one of the most important factors determining the progress of a company. This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and work ethic on employee performance at the Karangasem Samsat Joint Office. This research was conducted at the Karangasem Samsat Joint Office using a population and a sample of 70 respondents. The sampling technique used in this research is the saturated sampling method or the census method. Data was collected through interviews, observations and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this study was multiple linear regression analysis which was processed using SPSS version 23.0 software. Based on the results of the analysis of this study, compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Karangasem Samsat Joint Office. Work ethic has a positive effect on employee performance at the Karangasem Samsat Joint Office.

Abstract

High employee work productivity can be obtained if employees have the desire to improve their capabilities, so that company goals will be carried out effectively and efficiently. High productivity is closely related to the work environment, motivation and work culture. This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment and work culture on the work productivity of production employees at PT. Varash Indonesia Jaya. This research was conducted at PT. Varash Indonesia Jaya using a population and sample of 80 employees as research respondents. The sampling technique used in this study is the census method. Data collection was carried out through interviews, documentation, observation and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this study was multiple linear regression analysis which was processed using SPSS version 23 software. Based on the results of the analysis, this study shows that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on work productivity at PT. Varash Indonesia Jaya. The better the working environment at PT. Varash Indonesia Jaya, the better work productivity. Work culture has a positive and significant effect on work productivity at PT. Varash Indonesia Jaya. The decreasing work culture in PT. Varash Indonesia Jaya, work productivity will increase.

Abstract

Human resource management (HRM) is management that focuses its members through various strategic steps in order to improve employee performance towards optimizing organizational goals. There are three factors that affect employee performance, namely the work environment, work discipline, and work motivation. This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment, work discipline, and work motivation on employee performance. The method of determining the sample used is saturated sampling or census method with a total of 35 employees as respondents. The population in this study were the employees of the Jembatan Budaya Foundation. Data collection techniques using interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is quantitative analysis. The results of this study indicate that the variables of work environment, work discipline, and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that if the work environment, work discipline, and work motivation increase, employee performance will also increase.

Abstract

Employee performance in the company is a very important thing to be used as a benchmark forachievement in the company. The performance of employees in each company has different criteria according to the provisions of the company. The potential possessed by individuals also affects the level ofperformance produced by employees, where this potential can motivate employees to work optimally towards the company's operational activities, and can influence better employee work results. This study aims to analyze and explain the influence of work motivation, work discipline, and compensation on employee performance at the UD Building Store. Wijaya Kusuma. The sample in this research is 30 employees. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis techniques to answer the problem formulation with the help of the SPSS program. The results of testing the hypothesis show that the variables: 1) Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the UD Building Store. Wijaya Kusuma, 2) Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at the UD Building Store. Wijaya Kusuma, 3) Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the UDBuilding Store. Wijaya Kusuma.

Abstract

An employee is said to have high performance, if the set workload is achieved and if the realization of work results is higher than that set by the company. Employee performance is very necessary, because with this performance it will be known how far their ability is in carrying out the tasks assigned to them. This research was conducted with the aim to determine the effect of compensation, job satisfaction, and work environment on employee performance at PT. BPD Bank Denpasar Main Branch. This research was conducted at PT. BPD Bank Denpasar Main Branch. The object of research in this study is compensation, job satisfaction, and work environment on employee performance at PT. BPD Bank Denpasar Main Branch. The population in this study were 63 employees of PT. BPD Bank Denpasar Main Branch. The sample in this study were 63 respondents who were determined based on the saturated sample method. Data collection was carried out through interviews and questionnaires. The analysis technique used in this study was multiple linear regression analysis which was processed using SPSS version 25 software. Based on the results of the analysis of this study, it shows that compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. BPD Bank Denpasar Main Branch. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. BPD Bank Denpasar Main Branch. Abstract

Keberhasilan suatu organisasi dalam mencapai tujuannya juga tergantung faktor sumber daya manusia, dimana dibutuhkan suatu interaksi dan koordinasi yang didesain untuk menghubungkan tugas-tugas, baik perseorangan maupun kelompok dalam rangka mencapai tujuan organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan disiplin kerja karyawan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Pondok Nyoman Bagus Restaurant and Guest House Pererenan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Pondok Nyoman Bagus Restaurant and Guest House Pererenan dengan menggunakan populasi dan sampel sebanyak 30 orang responden. Teknik penentuan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan metode sampling jenuh atau metode sensus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara (interview), observasi dan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linear berganda yang diolah menggunakan software SPSS versi 23. Bedasarkan hasil analisis, penelitian ini menunjukan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Pondok Nyoman Bagus Restaurant and Guest House Pererenan. Abstract

Performance is the result of work performance in the form of both quality and quantity achieved by human resources per unit time in carrying out their work duties in accordance with the responsibilities given to them. factors that can affect employee performance include work stress, work conflict, and work discipline. This study aims to determine the effect of work stress, work conflict, and work discipline on employee performance at UPTD Puskesmas II Gianyar Regency. The location of this research is UPTD Puskesmas Sukawati II Gianyar Regency which is located at Jl.Kesawa No.1, Singapadu Kaler, Kec. Sukawati, Gianyar Regency. The objects examined in this study are work stress, work conflict, work discipline, and employee performance. The population in this study was all employees of the Sukawati II Health Center, Gianyar Regency, totaling 72, determining the number of samples used by the authors in this study using the census method based on the provisions put forward by Sugiyono (2017), who said that "saturation sampling is a sampling technique when all members of the population are used as samples. Another term for saturated sample is census. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that work stress, work conflict, and work discipline had a negative and significant effect on employee performance at the UPTD Puskesmas Sukawati II, Gianyar Regency.
