Performance is the work result in quality and quantity achieved by an employee in carrying out his duties according to the responsibilities assigned to him. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of emotional intelligence, extrinsic motivation, and organizational support on employee performance at Perumda Tirta Amertha Buana, Tabanan Regency. This research was conducted at Perumda Tirta Amertha Buana Tabanan Regency using 45 employees. The technique of determining the sample in this study is the census method. Data collection was carried out through interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis processed using SPSS software. Based on the results of the analysis, this study shows that emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Extrinsic motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Organizational support has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Emotional intelligence, extrinsic motivation, and organizational support simultaneously influence employee performance

The company value is used as an assessment by investors regarding the success of a company which is often related to the stock price. The high share price also makes the company value high. A high company value will make the market believe not only in the company's current performance but also in the company's future prospects. This study aims to test and obtain empirical evidence of the effect of leverage, company size and managerial ownership on firm value at LQ 45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2014-2018 period. The research population is LQ 45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2014-2018 period. The sample in this study were 135 LQ 45 companies which were determined based on the purposive sampling method. The analytical tool used to test the hypothesis is linear regression analysis. The results showed that leverage, managerial ownership had no effect on firm value. Meanwhile, company size has a negative and significant effect on firm value. Further research can develop this research by using other variables which theoretically have an influence on firm value such as Profitability, Liquidity, Dividend Policy, Capital Structure, and others

Koperasi merupakan badan usaha yang berasaskan kekeluargaan. Keberadaan koperasi sangat membantu pertumbuhanekonomi pemerintah maupun dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan anggotanya. Kesejahteraan anggota koperasi dapat dilihat dari sisa hasil usaha (SHU) yang diperoleh. Semakin besar SHU yang diperoleh maka kesejahteraan anggota akan terwujud. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh jumlah anggota, modal sendiri, total aset terhadap SHU koperasi di Kecamatan Karangasem selama periode 2015-2019. Populasi penelitian adalah koperasi simpan pinjam yang tercatat di Dinas Koperasi dan UMKM Kabupaten Karangasem periode 2015-2019. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 25 koperasi simpan pinjam yang ditentukan berdasarkan purposive sampling. Alat analisis yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil uji secara parsial bahwa variabel jumlah anggota berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap SHU yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai signifikansi 0,017. Variabel modal sendiri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap SHU yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000, dan variabel total asset tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap SHU yang ditunjukkan dengan milai signifikansi 0,504. Penelitian selanjutnya dapat mengembangkan penelitian ini dengan menggunakan variabel lain karena 58,1% ditentukan oleh variabel lain yang dapat mempengaruhi SHU

Public demand for quality health services is a challenge for health service providers, one of which is hospitals. Patient satisfaction is an indicator of service that is influenced by the performance of nurses because nursing personnel are the first and longest contacts with patients, so that they can represent the entire image and appearance of the hospital. This study aims to determine the effect of work culture, organizational commitment and work discipline on the performance of nurses at the Mental Hospital in Bali Province. The population in this study were all 104 executing nurses who worked in the inpatient room of the Bali Province Mental Hospital, which were selected by accidental sampling. The analytical tool used to test the hypothesis is multiple regression. The results showed that work culture had a positive and significant effect on nurse performance. Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on nurse performance. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on nurse performance. Mental Hospital Management in Bali Province can improve communication, monitor and evaluate by carrying out regular and scheduled supervision

The company was founded with the aim of increasing the value of the company so that it can provide prosperity for the owners or shareholders. One of the efforts to achieve its goals, the company always tries to maximize its profit. Many factors can affect the level of profitability of a company. This study aims to analyze the influence of working capital turnover, capital structure, and liquidity variables on the profitability of Food and Beverage companies in Indonesia. The sampling method used purposive sampling, with a sample size of 10 companies. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the working capital turnover variable had a positive and significant effect on profitability, while the capital structure variable had a significant negative effect on profitability, and liquidity had a negative and insignificant effect on profitability

This increasingly dynamic world of work shows more and more tasks so that organizations need good Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). To create OCB in employees is influenced by the attitude of their leader. Transformational leadership style, organizational culture and motivation are considered capable of stimulating the formation of OCB in the organization. The sample in this study were 65 employees of Koppas Srinadi Rama Self Service Unit. The sample research used the census method. Research data collection was carried out by observation, interviews and questionnaires. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques to answer the problem formulation with the help of the Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) program. The test results show that variable 1). Transformational Leadership Style has a positive and significant effect on OCB 2). Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on OCB 3). Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on OCB

Di era globasasi saat ini membawa peningkatan serta pertumbuhan perekonomian seluruh dunia, tidak terkecuali Indonesia yang memberikan dampak terhadap perilaku keuangan masyarakat dalam memenuhi kebutuhannya. Individu harus dapat mengelola keuangannya secara cermat agar menghasilkan keputusan yang tepat dan efisien dalam penggunaan ataupun alokasi dana yang dimiliki. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh literasi keuangan, gaya hidup hedonisme, dan pendapatan terhadap pengelolaan keuangan mahasiswa yang akan dilakukan pada mahasiswa Unmas Denpasar. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh Mahasiswa Unmas Denpasar Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Prodi Manajemen angkatan 2017 kelas regular pagi dengan jumlah 173 orang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini ialah seluruh Mahasiswa Unmas Denpasar Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Prodi Manajemen angkatan 2017 kelas regular pagi yang diambil menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh.. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa literasi keuangan, gaya hidup hedonisme, dan pendapatan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pengelolaan keuangan mahasiswa Unmas Denpasar. Penelitian ini masih memiliki keterbatasan dimana variabel bebas yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini belum mencakup keseluruhan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi Pengelolaan Keuangan Mahasiswa Unmas serta penelitian hanya dilakukan disatu tempat penelitian saja, diharpakan penelitian selanjutnya mampu menambahkan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pengelolaan keuangan serta dapat dilakukan di tempat yang lebih luas lagi.

The success of an organization/company depends on the performance of the individual or in other words the performance of the individual will contribute to the company. This study aims to test and obtain empirical evidence of the influence of leadership style, compensation and workload on employee performance at Serenity Eco Guesthouse and Yoga, Canggu. The population of this study is employees of Serenity Eco Guesthouse and Yoga, Canggu. The sample of this study was as many as 40 employees. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis techniques to answer problem formulations with the help of SPSS programs. The results showed that leadership style, compensation and workload had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Serenity Eco Guesthouse and Yoga, Canggu. Further research can develop this research by using other variables in theory have an influence on employee performance

Human Resource Management is a human processing process, through planning, recruitment, compensation selection, safety and health and maintaining relationships until termination of employment in order to achieve company goals and increase welfare. Performance is important in organizations because performance is considered a measure of manager success. in managing the organization and its human resources. Organizational culture is a cognitive framework consisting of attitudes, values, behavioral norms and expectations that are shared by members of the organization. Medium Compensation is everything that employees receive in return for their work. Compensation programs are also important for companies, because they reflect the organization's efforts to maintain human resources. This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture and compensation on employee performance. The population in this study were all employees at Villa Semana Resort & Spa, as many as 47 employees. In this study the total population sample was 47 employees. The results of this research on organizational culture. and compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance
