Abstract

Human resources are very important in every organization, the goals and objectives that have been set will not be achieved if human resources cannot make a major contribution to the successful achievement and goals of the company. The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of career development and work pressure on goal turnover. This research was conducted at FuramaXclusive Ocean Beach Seminyak Hotel. The number of respondents is 80 people. Collecting data by distributing questionnaires using a Likert Scale. Data analysis techniques are several linear regression analysis techniques using SPSS version 21. Based on the results of linear regression analysis obtained a negative and significant career development effect on turnover intention, job stress has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention.

Abstract

Sumber daya manusia merupakan salah satu aset terpenting bagi perusahaan.Peranan sumber daya manusia bagi perusahaan tidak hanya dilihat dari hasil produktivitas kerja tetapi juga dilihat dari kualitas kerja yang dihasilkan. Oleh karenanya kinerja karyawan merupakan hal yang patut mendapat perhatian penting dari pihak perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan utuk mengetahui pengaruh Self efficacy terhadap kinerja karywan PT Adi Sarana Armada Tbk . Untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT Adi Sarana Armada Tbk Untuk mengetahui pengaruh self efficacy dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Adi Sarana ArmadaTbk. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan melibatkan jumlah sampel sebanyak 37 orang menggunakan metode sampel jenuh. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan menggunakan uji t. hasil penelitian menunjukkan . Self efficacy dan Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. Hal ini berarti semakin tinggi self effficacy dan motivasi secara bersama-sama maka semakin tinggi kinerja.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh dari iklim organisasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai di Kantor Camat Payangan. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 40 orang pegawai. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah menggunakan metode sampel jenuh sehingga diperoleh jumlah sampel sebanyak 40 sampel. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah dengan menggunakan metode wawancara, kuisioner, dan dokumentasi. Jenis data adalah data kuantitatif dan data kualitatif sementara sumber data adalah data primer dan data sekuder. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil uji hipotesis menemukan bahwa secara parsial iklim organisasi dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Sementara secara simultan iklim organisasi dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja. Analisis determinasi menemukan bahwa iklim organisasi dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh sebesar 28% terhadap kepuasan kerja, sementara 72% dipengaruhi variabel lain yang berada diluar penelitian.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Quality of Work Life dan Budaya Organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Penelitian dilakukan di PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak berjumlah 35 orang. Teknik analisis yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik regersi linear berganda, uji F dan Uji t. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut.: 1) Quality of Work Life tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia, Tbk. – Poultry Breeding Division. Temuan yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini dapat dimaknai apabila Quality of Work Life karyawan dalam melaksanakan tugas sehari hari secara baik maka belum tentu memberikan rasa puas karyawan pada PT. Abstract

Organizational Citizenship Behavior or OCB is a profound contribution that exceeds the demands of a role in the workplace and earns awards from companies based on the tasks that have been carried out by Organizational Citizenship Behavior which can arise from various factors in the organization, including due to the organizational culture of employees and high organizational commitment. This study aims to test and obtain empirical evidence of the influence of Organizational Culture and Organizational Commitment on Organizational Citizenship Behavior of PT. BPR Siaga Dana Kuta. The study population was the company at PT BPR Siaga Dana Kuta 1992. The sample in this study was 34 people who were determined based on the simple random sampling method. The analytical tool used to test the hypothesis is the Statistical Package for Social Science. 20. The results showed that organizational culture, organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Future research that will conduct similar research is expected to influence OCB both interests and talents, work passion, employee character and so on so that there are many factors. possibilities that can affect OCB in a company.

Abstract

This research was conducted based on the different focus of discussion on selfleadership, teamwork and communication on employee performance. In addition, there is also a research problem regarding the decline in employee performance at Bali Management Villa Seminyak. This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of self- leadership, teamwork and communication on employee performance. This research wasconducted at Bali Management Villa Seminyak with a population and sample of 90 people. All data obtained from the questionnaire distribution is suitable for use, then analyzed using SPSS 25.0.The results of the study indicate that (1) self-leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (2) teamwork has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and (3) communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The implication of this research is that self-leadership can be improved by paying attention to the positive indicators of patterns so that employee performance willincrease. Teamwork for mobilizing capabilities so that employee performance willincrease. Communication can be improved by paying attention to openness indicatorsso that employee performance can increase. Finally, employee performance can be increased by paying attention to indicators of quality, quantity, timeliness, effectiveness and independence.

Abstract

Human resources are an important factor in an organization or company. Self efficacy is a belief in one's ability to perform tasks or actions needed to achieve certain things, while job motivation is a condition that creates encouragement, moves, activates and channels behavior so that it can work optimally. With the existence of self efficacy and high job motivation in the company, it is hoped that it can increase the job satisfaction of these employees. Job satisfaction is the perception felt by the individual whether it is pleasant or unpleasant for the individual to feel the work being done. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of self efficacy and job motivation on job satisfaction of Pie Susu Chandra employees. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires and carried out on 45 employees of Pie Susu Chandra. Data analysis in this study used SPSS version 17.0. The sample was determined by the population method or census method and the data testing techniques used included validity testing with a correlation coefficient (r)> 0,30, reliability testing with Cronbach Alpha. Classic assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis, to test and prove the research hypothesis. The results of this study indicate that the self efficacy variable has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction as indicated by a significance value of 0,023. Job motivation variable has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction as indicated by a significance value of 0,000.

Abstract

Multiple roles conflict is a conflict that arises from pressures from work and family and is a potential source of work stress. One of the pressures from work arises from the non-physical work environment. Relationships around the workplace, both relationships with superiors, subordinates, and relationships with colleagues that cannot be ignored. Research in this case wanted to know the effect of multiple role conflicts, work environment, and work stress on the performance of female medical personnel and paramedics. The population in this study were all married female medical and paramedical personnel at the Rendang Karangasem Health Center, totaling 47 people. The sample size was determined using the simple random sampling technique where all members of the population were sampled, namely as many as 47 married women medical and paramedical personnel. The results of this study indicate that Multiple Role Conflict, Work Environment, and Work Stress have a negative and significant effect on the decline in the performance of female medical personnel and paramedics. Further research can develop this research by using other variables which theoretically have an influence on the performance of female medical personnel and paramedics.

Abstract

Business competition is getting tougher every day, this is very much felt in the retail sector business. This is indicated by the increasing number of competitors that have emerged and also a decrease in the percentage of company sales, as well as the emergence of other problems, especially in the human resource factor. This study aims to determine and analyze empirically the effect of emotional intelligence and work stress on employee productivity at PT. Matahari Duta Plaza Denpasar.This study uses quantitative and qualitative data, and uses primary and secondary data sources. Determination of the sample using stratified random sampling technique of 62 employees as respondents and data collection methods using a questionnaire. The method of analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis and tested using the IBM SPSS Statistic 20 software. Based on the test results, it is stated that emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity at PT Matahari Duta Plaza Denpasar, while job stress has a negative and significant effect on employee productivity at PT Matahari Duta Plaza Denpasar.

Abstract

Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) has an important role in increasing the effectiveness, efficiency and profit for the organization. This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction, organizational climate, organizational commitment, and organizational support on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) among employees of PT. Kindo Ritel Prima. This research was conducted at PT. Kindo Ritel Prima using a sample of 85 employees. The sampling technique used was the census method. Data collection was carried out through interviews and questionnaires, with the data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis processed using SPSS version 23 software. Based on the results of the analysis, this study shows that job satisfaction, organizational climate and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship. behavior (OCB) to employees of PT. Kindo Ritel Prima
