Abstract

The study aims to determine the influence of work ethics and work discipline on employee performance. The sampling technique used saturated sampling with 50 respondents who were employees at Taru Martani Cafe & Resto Yogyakarta. The data collection method used a questionnaire. Instrument testing techniques included validity, reliability, and classical assumption tests. Data analysis techniques used multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination (Adjusted R2), while hypothesis testing used partial significance (t-test), and simultaneous significance (f-test).The results of the study indicate that: 1). Partial significance test: work ethics has a positive but insignificant effect on employee performance variables; work discipline has a positive but insignificant effect on employee performance variables; 2). Simultaneous significance test: work ethics and work discipline have a positive but insignificant effect on employee performance variables. 3). The multiple linear regression equation is Y = 39.360 + 0.045X1 + 0.183X2; The Adjusted R2 value is 0.010, or 1 percent. This indicates that work ethic and work discipline influence employee performance by 1 percent, while the remaining 99 percent is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

Government spending is a very important part of an economic system, namely where the government has the absolute right to participate in every economic activity, where the government not only allocates goods but also participates in managing goods and services, increasing international sales, economic stability, and encouraging accelerated economic growth. Government spending includes a number of planning, implementation, and evaluation activities in order to achieve development goals; government spending functions to provide public services, infrastructure, and social security needed to improve the welfare of the community. In each government period, spending policies are often determined based on various development priorities, ranging from education and health to infrastructure development. The research conducted by the author uses a qualitative method with a literature study approach starting from collecting, analyzing, and organizing sources from articles, books, and research, then concluding and finally presenting complete information about government spending. This research aims to understand the importance of the effectiveness and efficiency of government spending; therefore, through this article, the concept of government spending, types of government spending, principles of government spending, and expenditure theory will be discussed.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of differentiation, prestige, and operating system performance on the purchasing decisions of iPhone smartphones in Magelang Regency. This quantitative research was conducted from May 14, 2024, to June 7, 2024. The study population includes all consumers using iPhone products in Magelang Regency, with a sample of 160 respondents. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling approach, and data were collected through questionnaires. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of the analysis show that differentiation has a positive and significant effect on the purchasing decision of iPhone smartphones in Magelang Regency, with a t-value of 3.813. Prestige also has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, with a t-value of 3.869. The performance of the operating system has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, with a t-value of 10.414. Simultaneously, differentiation, prestige, and operating system performance have a positive effect on the purchasing decision of iPhone smartphones in Magelang Regency, with an f-value of 325.851, which is greater than the f-table value of 2.662. These findings highlight the importance of these three factors in influencing consumer preferences for iPhones in Magelang Regency.

Abstract

The research aims to analyze the Influence of Transformational Leadership, on the Motivation and Performance of Human Resources with the research object of all students of Cokroaminoto University Yogyakarta. This research is a quantitative research. The sample used in the study was 100 respondents. The research uses the Statistical Product and service solutions program with SPSS software version 25. The results of this study are as follows. Partially, Transfoemional Leadership has a significant effect on Human Resources Performance by marking a t-count value of 3.839 greater than the t-table of 1.985. Motivation partially had a significant effect on Human Resource Performance by marking the t-count value of 4.429 smaller than the t-table 1.985. Simultaneously, Transformational Leadership, and Motivation have a significant effect on Human Resources Performance. This study aims to determine the partial and simultaneous influence of Transformational Leadership and Motivation on Human Resource Performance at Cokroaminoto University Yogyakarta. In addition, in order to continue to supervise the level of student discipline, especially during study hours and to further increase the motivation of students.

Abstract

This research aims to report on the development of Digital Industry Agency (DIA), covering the company’s identity, organization, target market, and financials. DIA, known for specializing in the development of digital products, focuses on big data and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems. The goal of establishing DIA is to address various issues within companies related to Industry 4.0 through digitalization. ERP, as the main product, is designed to enhance company efficiency and effectiveness by integrating systems and business processes into a unified platform that can be used by all departments and branches of the company. DIA has successfully overcome challenges in developing and marketing digital solutions, particularly ERP, in the era of Industry 4.0. By focusing on innovation and digitalization, DIA has been able to improve operational efficiency and expand its market reach. The strategy of combining digital technology with service personalization has proven effective in attracting and retaining customers. To maintain its position as a leader in Indonesia's digital industry, DIA is advised to continue investing in advanced technology, human resource training, and product innovation to stay competitive and relevant in the market. Sustained investment in technology and product development will ensure DIA remains a key player in an ever-evolving market.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the work environment and work stress on work productivity with the moderating variable job satisfaction. The total sample was 81 employees with a saturated sampling technique. The data collection method uses a questionnaire. Data testing uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, hypothesis tests, coefficient of determination tests, and absolute difference tests. The research results show that 1) the work environment has a significant influence on work productivity. 2) work stress has a significant influence on work productivity.  3) the work environment and work stress have a significant influence on work productivity. 4) job satisfaction does not moderate the influence of the work environment on work productivity. 5) job satisfaction does not moderate the influence of work stress on work productivity. 6) the results of the coefficient of determination test (R2) of the work environment and work stress have an influence on work productivity of 97. 4 percent, while the remaining 2. 6 percent is influenced by other factors not examined in this research.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the direct effects of experiential marketing and service quality on customer satisfaction, as well as the direct effects of experiential marketing, service quality, and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty. Additionally, this research seeks to identify the indirect effects of experiential marketing and service quality on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction. The research was conducted at Ayam Geprek Cip-Cip. This is a quantitative study, with the population comprising all consumers of Ayam Geprek Cip-Cip, and the sample was selected using purposive sampling method. The sample size in this study was 200 respondents. The analysis technique used is the sobel test and path analysis carried out using IBM SPSS Statistics 25. The results of the study indicate that experiential marketing and service quality have a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction. Furthermore, experiential marketing, service quality, and customer satisfaction also have a significant positive effect on customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction mediates the relationship between experiential marketing and service quality on customer loyalty.
