Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of product quality and digital marketing on repurchase intention through customer satisfaction at the Batik Dahon . The research method implemented in this study is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study was 351 Batik Dahon MSME consumers in October 2025, with a sample size of 100 respondents. The data collection instrument used a questionnaire with a Likert scale that has been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis techniques used were multiple regression analysis and the Sobel test to examine the direct and indirect (mediation) effects between variables. The results show that: (1) Product quality has a direct positive effect on customer satisfaction; (2) Digital marketing has a direct positive effect on customer satisfaction; (3) Product quality has a direct positive effect on repurchase intention. (4) Digital marketing has a direct positive influence on repurchase intention; (5) Customer satisfaction does not significantly influence repurchase intention; (6) Customer satisfaction mediates the influence of product quality on repurchase intention; and (7) Customer satisfaction does not mediate the influence of digital marketing on repurchase intention at the UMKM Batik Dahon

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality and price perception on customer satisfaction and its impact on repurchase intention at the Bank Indonesia Tasikmalaya Cooperative. In addition, this study examines the role of customer satisfaction as a mediating variable in the relationship between service quality and price perception toward repurchase intention. This research employs a quantitative approach using a survey method. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 164 respondents who are members of the Bank Indonesia Tasikmalaya Cooperative. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis and the Sobel test to examine the mediating effect.The results indicate that service quality and price perception have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Service quality does not have a significant direct effect on repurchase intention, while price perception has a negative and significant effect on repurchase intention. Furthermore, customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention. The Sobel test results confirm that customer satisfaction significantly mediates the effect of service quality and price perception on repurchase intention. These findings imply that improving customer satisfaction is a key factor in encouraging repurchase intention among cooperative members.

Abstract

This study analyzes the export competitiveness of Indonesia’s and Thailand’s natural rubber in international markets over the period 2015–2024 using a quantitative descriptive approach. The research employs four complementary indicators—Revealed Comparative Advantage (RCA), Revealed Symmetric Comparative Advantage (RSCA), Growth RCA, and Export Product Dynamic (EPD)—based on secondary time‑series data for export value, export volume, and total trade drawn from official international statistics. The results show that both Indonesia and Thailand possess strong comparative advantages (RCA > 1 and positive RSCA). However, Indonesia’s RCA values display a significant declining trend after 2018, while Thailand’s performance remains relatively more stable. Growth RCA analysis indicates that Indonesia experienced periods of increasing comparative advantage, but the growth was not sustainable. Based on EPD analysis, Indonesia’s natural rubber exports were more frequently categorized as retreat, whereas Thailand more consistently achieved the rising star position in recent years. These findings highlight the need for downstream industrialization, productivity improvement, and stronger sustainability standards to enhance Indonesia’s natural rubber export competitiveness.

Abstract

This study analyzes the implementation of strategies by the Bandung Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KADIN) in preparing micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) to enter export markets as a local Trade Promotion Organization (TPO). Using a qualitative approach with a single case study design, data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings indicate that KADIN Bandung has translated export promotion instruments into five capacity-building stages: socialization, product curation, standardization, consultation, and business matching. However, a “natural selection” or drastic attrition phenomenon was identified, where only approximately 10% of MSMEs successfully reached the real export stage and only 20% consistently utilized digital platforms. Analysis using the Edwards III model reveals that strategic effectiveness is hindered by passive communication patterns, limited independent resources, gaps in MSME disposition, and suboptimal cross-institutional bureaucratic coordination. The novelty of this study lies in dissecting the attrition mechanism within the coaching pipeline of a local-level TPO, emphasizing the need for strategic reorientation toward proactive communication and a strengthened, integrated support ecosystem.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Accountability and Transparency of Budget Management on Financial Performance in Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD) of Gorontalo Province. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with primary data obtained from questionnaire data whose measurements use an ordinal scale. The sample collection process uses purposive sampling or samples with certain criteria, namely based on criteria, namely OPD apparatus in the budget management sector with a total sample of 142 respondents and 29 OPDs in Gorontalo Province spread. The data analysis technique in this study uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) or Structural Equation Model operated through the AMOS 24 program. The results of the study indicate that accountability in budget management has no significant effect on OPD financial performance. Transparency in budget management has a positive and significant effect on financial performance. Simultaneously, accountability and transparency in budget management have a significant effect on OPD financial performance in Gorontalo Province explained by R-square 83.9%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of insentives, work environment, and work life balance on employe performance at KSPPS BMT Hira Sragen. This researc method uses a descriptive quantitative research design. The population in this study is the employe of KSPPS BMT Hira Sragen, with a sample size of 62 respondents. Data analysis was performed using a multiple linear regression analysis, coeeficient of determination (R2), model feasibility test (F) and hypothesis test (t). The result of this study show that insentives, work environment and woek life balance have a positive and significant effect on employee performance both partially at KSPPS BMT Hira Sragen.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of product quality, brand image, and brand trust on purchase decisions among student who use Oppo smartphone at Universitas Islam Batik Surakarta. This population consisted of active students at Univeritas Islam Batik Surakarta who use Oppo smartphones, with a total sample of 105 respondents. Data were collected using quentionnaires distrivuted trought a purposive sampling technique. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination (R2), F-test, and t-test. The results indicate that product quality, brand image, and brand trust have a positive and significant effect, both partially and simultaneously, on purchase decisions.

Abstract

Crude coconut oil (crude coconut oil) is one of the vegetable oil commodities that plays an important role in international trade. Indonesia, as one of the largest coconut producers in the world, has great potential in exporting crude coconut oil; however, its performance remains volatile and faces competition from major rival countries, particularly the Philippines. This study aims to analyze the export competitiveness of Indonesian crude coconut oil in the international market during the period 2015–2024. The study employs a descriptive quantitative approach using secondary data sourced from ITC Trade Map and UN Comtrade. The analytical methods applied include Revealed Comparative Advantage (RCA), Revealed Symmetric Comparative Advantage (RSCA), Growth RCA, and Export Product Dynamics (EPD). The results indicate that Indonesia's crude coconut oil exports have a comparative advantage (RCA > 1), but their competitiveness is not yet stable and is relatively lower than that of the Philippines. The EPD analysis places Indonesian crude coconut oil in the Retreat category, indicating that both Indonesia's export market share growth and global demand growth for crude coconut oil tend to weaken simultaneously. These findings suggest that Indonesia's comparative advantage in crude coconut oil has not yet been converted into dynamic export competitiveness, as reflected in the Retreat position in the EPD analysis and the fluctuating competitiveness growth during the study period.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of leadership, organizational culture, and work stress on employee work satisfaction at the Wonogiri Central Statistics Agency office. The method used is descriptive quantitative. The population used in this study was 49 employees of the Wonogiri Central Statistics Agency. The sampling technique used in this study was saturated sampling, a sampling technique where all members of the population are sampled. The analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 25. Multiple linear regression analysis uses classical assumption tests, including normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity tests. The F-test, hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination (R2) tests were used to test the variables. This technique was used to obtain and utilize questionnaires. Data collection in this study used observation, documentation, questionnaires, interviews, and literature review. The results of the study indicate that leadership and organizational culture variables significantly influence employee work satisfaction at the Wonogiri Central Statistics Agency office. Meanwhile, work stress variables do not significantly influence employee work satisfaction at the Central Statistics Agency office.

Abstract

The rapid development of e-commerce has encouraged intensive use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in influencing consumer decision-making processes, especially Generation Z as digital natives. This research aims to analyze the influence of content quality, personalization and AI-based interactivity on purchasing decisions for Somethinc products on the Shopee platform by Generation Z in Surakarta City. This research uses a quantitative approach by collecting data through questionnaires to 100 respondents, which are analyzed using multiple linear regression. The research results show that AI-based personalization and interactivity have a significant influence on purchasing decisions, while content quality does not show a direct significant influence. These findings indicate that for Generation Z, a relevant and interactive shopping experience is more decisive than the quality of content which tends to be perceived as a basic standard. This research contributes to the digital marketing literature by confirming the shifting role of AI-based marketing elements in shaping Generation Z purchasing behavior on e-commerce platforms.
