Advances In Social Humanities Research is a double blind peer-reviewed academic journal and open access to social and humanities fields. <![CDATA[Artikel ini membahas tentang konstitusi sebagai peraturan atau hukum tertinggi yang mengatur pembentukan, keberadaan, dan tata cara kerja suatu negara atau lembaga. Konstitusi memiliki fungsi penting dalam menyusun tata negara, melindungi hak dan kewajiban warga negara, menjamin keamanan dan ketertiban, mengatur hubungan antarlembaga negara, dan memiliki mekanisme perubahan yang sesuai dengan perkembangan masyarakat. Sejarah konstitusi bermula sejak zaman kuno dan konstitusi modern muncul dengan pengaruh pencerahan di Eropa. Di Indonesia, Undang-Undang Dasar 1945 menjadi konstitusi pertama yang berlaku hingga saat ini. Konstitusi memainkan peran penting dalam demokrasi dengan melindungi hak-hak warga negara, memastikan pemilihan yang adil, bertanggung jawabnya pemerintah kepada rakyat, dan memberikan perlindungan terhadap diskriminasi. Dengan memiliki konstitusi yang kuat, suatu negara dapat menjaga stabilitas politik, mempromosikan keadilan sosial, dan mewujudkan tata negara yang demokratis.]]>

<![CDATA[Being beautiful and youthful is the dream of all women. Cosmetics are generally materials that are polished, sprayed or rubbed into the body creating freshness, smoothness, softness, purity and fragrance for the wearer. No wonder, several cosmetic industries compete for it such as beauty products. The goal is for women to look beautiful as users of the product. The use of cosmetics at an early age or side effects can also occur with short- or long-term use. The negative effects caused are usually triggered by several chemicals that are specifically used as mixed ingredients in cosmetics. Cosmetics that follow their products specifically in an Islamic way are Wardah Cosmetics produced by PT Pusaka Tradition Ibu (PTI). Currently, the development of industries, especially in Indonesia, such as cosmetic products is growing very rapidly. The idea of the initial stage of this research is to determine First, the objects observed and examined as well as the observations made on observable objects that are predetermined, the commitment of identifying potential problems of observable objects. The sampling technique used in this study is an expert sample is an example of sample expediency included in the non-probability category. The results of this study get several points to be followed up in order to get solutions in completing the strategy as well as marketing changes in wardah cosmetic products and Da'wah Management's views on the strategy. These points are the Analysis of the Final Results of Wardah's Cosmetic Marketing Strategy and Customer Desires in buying wardah cosmetic products.]]>

HR (Human Resources) is one of the most important factors and cannot even be separated from an institution, organization, institution or company. Indonesia itself has regulations governing human resource development. That is, workforce is everyone who does work to produce goods and/or services both to meet their own needs and those of the community as stated in article 1 point 2 of Law Number 13 of 2023 concerning Manpower. To achieve institutional goals, increase productivity, and maintain a company's competitive advantage, human resources are very important. Human resources are a very important resource for any institution or organization because they are the ones who really carry out all the functions of the institution. The development of an institution depends on its Human Resources. HR development is one of the efforts made by the institution to improve the performance of its members/employees. <![CDATA[Conflict management is a different matter. Conflicts can occur in leadership or organizations that usually occur, namely differences of opinion or orientation between individuals or groups. All conflict problems can be resolved in various ways and methods. In one leadership, it is likely that there will be many conflicts or misunderstandings that will lead to hostility. In the organization, there are also many conflicts between different opinions of an organization leader and members. This is common in leadership and organization as well as in management. When a conflict arises within an organization, the cause is always identified as poor communication. Likewise, when a bad decision is made, ineffective communication is always the scapegoat. Conflict is not always detrimental but can also be beneficial in the long run. Conflict can change behavior and can make the conflicting parties aware of their mistakes. Awareness of this error will be able to increase productivity.]]>

<![CDATA[As students are inseparable from learning and assignments with the many tasks given by the teacher resulting in students experiencing pressure this event is called academic resilience. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of reality approach group counseling on increasing the academic resilience of students of SMK Negeri 2 Jember. The research method used is an experimental type. The conclusion from this study is that group guidance can have an impact on the level of student academic resilience. This can be proven from the results of the pretest and posttest after group counseling. In addition, the factors that affect academic resilience include: Internal factors that are typical in Indonesia are gratitude, psychological contract and religiosity. External factors identified were the quality of the student-teacher relationship and parenting style, peer social support, and general social support.]]>

<![CDATA[The increasing prevalence of news about crime that occurs, both through electronic media and other media to perceptions from the public seems to never run out to be discussed. In the calculation of the Central Statistics Agency, in 1 minute 32 seconds there was 1 criminal act in Indonesia. Meanwhile, out of 100,000 people in Indonesia, 140 of them are at risk of crime. The high crime rate is influenced by several factors such as education, less strict laws, high unemployment and inadequate wages. The purpose of this study is to determine the motives that cause criminal acts in Bandar Lampung and to determine the factors that influence the occurrence of criminal acts in Bandar Lampung. This type of research is a type of qualitative descriptive and quantitative descriptive research with the nature of research, namely explanatory. The data used in this study is skunder data in the form of time series data from the Central Statistics Agency and other related institutions. While other data sources are primary data, namely observations made by researchers and interviews with several related parties. The analysis method used for secondary data is Ordinary Least Square (OLS) using multiple linear regression. The results of this study that partially each variable does not have an influence on crime that occurs in Bandar Lampung. But simultaneously together education, unemployment, GRDP and per capita income affect the occurrence of crime in Lampung. The result of Koefisen determination in this study was 74.7%.]]>
