Abstract

The role of nurse case managers at Aceh Province General Hospitals is still developing and requires improvement, especially in cross-sector coordination and providing more intensive training for healthcare workers. This study aims to identify the determinants related to the role function of nurse case managers at Aceh Province General Hospitals. The study employed a quantitative analytical design with a cross-sectional approach. The sample consisted of 61 nurse case managers working at type B public hospitals in Aceh Province. Data were collected using a questionnaire developed by the researcher based on relevant literature. Data analysis was conducted descriptively and inferentially using the chi-square test and binary logistic regression. The results showed that perceptions of self-skills and knowledge, as well as the role within the managed care organization, are significantly associated with the role function of nurse case managers. The perception of self-skills and knowledge was identified as the most influential factor. It is recommended that nurse case managers enhance their self-perception of skills and knowledge to improve their role effectiveness in hospitals.

Abstract

This study evaluates the effectiveness of the guided experimental method on improving learning outcomes and scientific attitudes among fourth-grade students in seven elementary schools in Jakenan Subdistrict, Pati District. Employing a quantitative experimental design, this study compares the performance of students receiving instruction through the guided experimental method (experimental class) with those following a conventional approach (control class), including a sample from SD Tambahmulyo 01 (experimental class) and eight other schools as control classes. Rigorous validity prerequisite tests were conducted. The Pre-test Normality test for the experimental group showed a significance value of 0.902 and for the control group 0.278, both indicating a normal data distribution. The Post-test yielded a significance value of 0.063 for the experiment and 0.356 for the control, indicating data normality. The Homogeneity test produced a Levene's statistic based on the mean of 0.062 with a significance value of 0.805, affirming the homogeneity of variances across groups. Conclusion Based on the met prerequisites, further analysis shows that the guided experimental method significantly improves students' scientific attitudes, proving its effectiveness not only in enhancing learning outcomes but also in promoting a positive scientific attitude.

Abstract

Dewi Sartika is an Indonesian educational figure who made a major contribution to advancing women's education in the early 20th century. The educational values she taught, such as life skills, are now starting to be forgotten in the modern education system, including at Dewi Sartika Elementary and Junior High Schools in Bandung. Based on the analysis of school conditions, it was identified that the lack of implementation of Dewi Sartika's values had an impact on the weak identity of the school. This study aims to design an illustration book as a companion to the craft-based mini course program to preserve Dewi Sartika's educational values and increase the program's appeal. This Illustration Book Supporting the “Keputrian” Program is designed with a focus on craft materials, such as hot press techniques to process plastic into new products, adopting visual narratives that are relevant to the learning styles of the younger generation. The design thinking approach is used to ensure that the designed solutions are able to meet the needs of users, namely students, teachers, and tourists. By combining elements of aesthetics, ergonomics, and Sundanese culture, this book is expected to be an effective, interesting, and inspiring educational media for readers. This design not only supports the preservation of traditional aspects and skills, but also supports the achievement of sustainable development goals (SDGS), especially in quality education and gender equality.

Abstract

Population administration is a fundamental pillar in the implementation of effective, democratic, and data-driven governance. Within the framework of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia (NKRI), the distribution of authority between central and regional governments follows the principles of decentralization, deconcentration, and co-administration. Although Law Number 24 of 2013 grants regional governments a role in providing population administration services—such as issuing electronic ID cards and birth certificates—the substantive control over policies and service standards remains centralized. This raises critical questions about the extent of regional autonomy in regulating population administration. Using a descriptive normative approach, this article analyzes the legal framework, the universal principles of civil registration, and the practical implementation across regions. The study concludes that strengthening functional autonomy and fostering balanced collaboration between central and local governments are essential to ensuring fairness, effectiveness, and sustainability in the delivery of civil registration services throughout Indonesia.

The population in this study were all employees of the goods and services procurement section of PT PLN Indonesia Power, Suralaya Generation Business Unit. Purposive sampling is used as a sampling method, which means that the sampling technique uses certain criteria. In this study, 30 people were taken as samples with the criteria being permanent employees at PT PLN Indonesia Power Suralaya Generation Business Unit who served in the Goods and Services Procurement section. The research method uses a quantitative method using SmartPLS 4. The research results show that Leader Member Exchange (LMX) has a negative effect on employee performance and also has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Employee Voice Behavior (EVB) has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction and also has a positive but not significant effect on Employee Performance, and Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance.

Abstract

In an increasingly competitive skincare industry, repurchase intention is a critical factor to retain customers. DRW Skincare as a local brand faces challenges in building customer loyalty, while the role of customer experience, influencer credibility, and sales promotion has not been fully optimized. This research was conducted with the aim of developing a basic theoretical model and a new empirical research model to solve the gap in previous research results regarding the role of customer experience and influencer credibility on repurchase intention through sales promotion. This study uses descriptive and explanatory quantitative methods. The population in this study is the people of Serang city who have purchased DRW Skincare products at Danesha Beauty Clinic. The sampling technique in this study was nonprobability sampling using the purposive sampling method with a sample of 200 respondents. The data analysis technique used Partial Least Square (PLS) using Smart PLS 4.1.0.9 software. The results of the study are known: 1) customer experience has a positive and significant effect on repurchse intention. 2) influencers have a positive but not significant effect, 3) sales promotion has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention, 4) sales promotion does not moderate influencer credibility on repurchase intention, 5) sales promotion does not moderate customer experience on repurchase intention. Marketing strategies need to focus on improving customer experience and utilizing credible influencers, while sales promotion needs to be redesigned to play an effective moderator role.

Abstract

The halal beauty industry has experienced significant growth, but the Avoskin brand halal skincare still faces significant fluctuations in the sales of its products. Therefore, the right strategy is needed to increase repurchase intention. It is important for Avoskin as a skincare brand to identify the factors that affect repurchase intention. This study aims to analyze the influence of Brand Trust, Perceived Behavioral Control, Attitude towards Halal Product on Repurchase Intention in Avoskin brand halal skincare. This study used 207 respondents who were Avoskin consumers and the data was analyzed using the Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) method with SmartPLS 4.0.9.9 software. The results of this study show that Brand Trust and Perceived Behavioral Control have a positive and significant effect on Attitude towards Halal Product. In addition, Perceived Behavioral Control and Attitude towards Halal Product have also been proven to have a positive and significant effect on Repurchase Intention. Meanwhile, Brand Trust did not show a significant influence on Repurchase Intention. In the mediation variable, Attitude towards Halal Product has a positive and significant effect in mediating Brand Trust and Perceived Behavioral Control on Repurchase Intention.
