Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk memberikan gambaran dan analisis terhadap manejemen penedidikan pesantren berbasis karakter. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian kajian pustaka, yaitu pengumpulan data yang bersifat kepustakaan sebagai objek penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen pendidikan pesantren berbasis karakter dilakukan dengan menerapkan fungsi-fungsi manejemen yaitu; perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pengkoordinasian, pelaksanaan dan pengevaluasian. Semua fungsi ini dijalankan dengan melibatkan seluruh unsur pesantren. Dalam hal ini, keteladanan dari semua unsur pengurus pesantren harus sangat ditekankan. Abstract This study aims to provide an overview and analysis of the management of character-based pesantren education. This study uses a qualitative approach with the type of library research, namely the collection of library data as the object of research. The results showed that the management of character-based pesantren education was carried out by implementing management functions: planning, organizing, coordinating, implementing, and evaluating. All these functions are carried out by involving all elements of the pesantren. In this case, the exemplary of all aspects of the pesantren management must be emphasized.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the correlation between parental assistance and the learning process during the Covid-19 period. The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach, namely collecting data in the form of numbers or qualitative data which is quantified using statistical analysis. The data collection method uses a Likert scale model questionnaire instrument, which reveals the attitudes and perceptions of a person or several people about learning phenomena in the form of a questionnaire. This questionnaire was given to 57 respondents to obtain valid data regarding parental assistance and children's online learning processes during the Covid 19 pandemic. The results of this study concluded that there was a positive influence of parental assistance on children's learning processes at MTs. Dlaaul Islam can be seen from the results of simple linear regression analysis Y = a + bx (72.77 = 2.78 + 0.93 x 75). So if parental assistance is increased by 1 point, the child's learning process will increase by 2.78%. From the R Square value, it shows that the contribution of 0.71 (71%) of the child's learning variable can be estimated by the variable of parental assistance, while the remaining 29% is influenced by other factors not examined

Abstract

Artikel ini berisi tentang pengaruh motivasi pembelajaran dalam upaya mengatasi masalah belajar siswa. Dalam artikel ini ditemukan bagaimana pengaruh motivasi pembelajaran dalam upaya mengatasi siswa-siswa yang bermasalah dalam belajarnya, dan dalam Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode pengumpulan data melalui observasi. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa Bentuk masalah belajar yang dialami oleh siswa berkaitan dengan keterampilan belajar adalah keterampilan mengatur waktu belajar terlihat bahwa masih banyaknya siswa tidak mampu memanfaatkan waktu luang sebaik mungkin untuk belajar, pada keterampilan membaca buku terlihat bahwa siswa tidak menggunakan teknik membaca lengkap dalam belajar serta masih banyak siswa yang melewatkan beberapa bagian penting dari isi buku dan masih sulitnya siswa dalam memusatkan perhatian dalam membaca buku sehingga siswa sulit memahami dan menjelaskan kembali materi yang ia baca kepada teman-teman dalam diskusi.

Abstract

This study aimed to highlight multicultural education approach in enhancing students' attitudes towards diversity in Indonesia has been gaining increasing attention in recent years. The objective of this theme is to promote a more inclusive and equitable educational environment by fostering positive attitudes towards diversity and inclusion among students. This is particularly important in the context of Indonesia, where there is significant cultural and religious diversity, and where students may be exposed to implicit messages of superiority and exclusivism through traditional teaching methods and practices. Multicultural education is seen as an effective approach to promoting positive attitudes towards diversity and inclusion. It involves teaching students about different cultures and backgrounds, and provides opportunities for students to interact with individuals from diverse backgrounds. The methodology of this research used library research. The research finding and discussion showed that there are several approach in multicultural education such as contribution approach, additive approach, the transformative approach, social action approach. In conclusion, the theme of multicultural education approach in enhancing students' attitudes towards diversity in Indonesia is of significant importance in the context of cultural and religious diversity in the country. By promoting understanding and respect for different cultures and perspectives, multicultural education can help to create a more inclusive and equitable educational environment for students.

Abstract

So far, learning theory has mostly come from the West, which has a different orientation from Islam. It is unfortunate that Muslims adopt these theories uncritically. Even in universities labeled as Islamic, they still use western (conventional) learning theory as the only main reference in their learning. This research is descriptive qualitative with comparative analysis. The data for this study uses primary data sources, namely the West and the Koran and al-Hadith (Islam). The data collection technique uses the documentation method. The data analysis technique uses content analysis. While the discussion uses the method of deduction, induction, and comparison The conclusion that can be drawn is that there are fundamental differences between Western and Islamic learning theories because of different views on world problems. The West places more emphasis on learning events that are rational-empirical-quantitative based on the secular-positivistic-materialistic Western worldview. Meanwhile, Islamic learning theory does not only provide accentuation on rational-empirical learning events, but the theory also emphasizes normative-qualitative learning events originating from the Qur'an and al-Sunnah as well as Islamic intellectual treasures developed by Muslim scholars in Indonesia.
