Abstract

Dermatitis is one of the inflammatory skin diseases that cause a variety of symptoms that can happen to all ages, particularly to children. Because of the many varieties of the dermatitis illness, patients are usually advised to consult with doctors specializing in the disease. However, oftentimes there are difficulties in meeting the doctors for consultation. Therefore, a consultation application is essential to ease communications between doctors and patients, alongside containing several information regarding the symptoms of dermatitis so that the public could learn the symptoms of dermatitis and how to avoid this dangerous disease. The mobile-based application ANTIDERM is one such application built for bequeathing to the public an efficient and accessible service to consult, do an early diagnosis, and look up news regarding the dermatitis disease. The application’s user interface (UI) basis are the five steps of the Design Sprint method that is targeted towards producing an application that can reach the expected target while providing a satisfying user experience. The result is an information system-based application design model that is very intuitive and streamlines the communication cycle between doctors and patients while easing the spread of information regarding the dermatitis disease.

Abstract

Abstract- Monkey pox is a disease transmitted by an animal virus. The virus is spread through direct contact with animals or from people who have been exposed to the disease. The development of technology in this era is quite rapid and is widely used as a means to improve human performance. The development of technology is currently widely used in the field of artificial intelligence. An expert system is a reasoning system that uses special knowledge to detect diseases. Today's society diagnoses itself a lot without knowing whether or not the disease is true. So this application helps to solve these problems. One of the diseases that uses artificial intelligence technology with the help of expert systems is monkey pox. In this application, the author uses the forward chaining method to form reasoning in the expert system. This method begins with collecting facts to make provisions as predicted. This application is intended to help people overcome confusion due to monkey pox while providing information to the general public about various types of diseases that exist in the community. This expert system is based on the study of literature such as texts, books, and journals. Well, from this application, users can choose the symptoms of the disease experienced by the patient, and the data will be processed to produce a diagnosis of the disease.

Abstract

Data and information pertaining to health care delivery that have been disclosed at this time will be documented and ultimately used as input to get input, output, and output research processes.  Utilizing a mobile device, the provided application can make it easier for users to do location-based searches and access remote healthcare services. Sample data from locations providing health care and other information are required for this application in order to make it simple for the general public to get accurate information.  The application presents a list menu of health services based on the database category.  The application may display a map of Pekanbaru’s as well as coordinate points for every data in the database. This application provides information to the people of Pekanbaru’s about health-care facilities, such as pharmacy, clinics, and hospitals. The information and data that will be disseminated will make it easier for users to find locations that match their needs or are close to where they are since they are categorized by proximity to the location. This app provides information on the routes that are being used to go to the locations that have been selected. This application is useful for increasing the availability of health-care information to those who require it.

Abstract

During the COVID-19 pandemic, the manager of the Trans Metro Pekanbaru bus limited the number of passengers, operating hours, and rit. This policy follows the implementation of a transition period to the new normal in Pekanbaru City. With the enactment of this government policy, it has made an impact on the performance of Trans Metro Pekanbaru public transportation during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study analyzes the performance of Trans Metro Pekanbaru public transportation during the COVID-19 pandemic based on passenger operations and perceptions. The research methods used in this study are quantitative and qualitative. The data analysis used is the analysis of operational performance data during the COVID-19 period, and the analysis of passenger perceptions of service performance during the COVID-19 period. The results of this study show that the operational performance of Trans Metro Pekanbaru public transportation during the COVID-19 pandemic based on load factor, headway, and frequency indicators is considered poor. The average load factor value on all routes is below 70%, with the highest and lowest average values being 42% on the Ramayan – Pandau route and 2% on the Unilak – Palas Raya route. The average headway value on all routes is more than 10 minutes, with the highest average score being 63 minutes on the BRPS - UIN and Ramayana - Unilak routes. The average frequency value on all routes is only 1-3 vehicles/hour on average, with the highest average value being 5 vehicles/hour on the Ramayana - Pandau route. Based on passenger perceptions, it shows that passengers' perceptions of the quality of Trans Metro Pekanbaru public transportation services during the COVID-19 pandemic are considered good. This can be seen from the average score of respondents' assessment of 74.86%.

Abstract

The term forest and land fires is used to refer to unplanned, controlled and unwanted fires that destroy vegetated areas and their ecosystems triggered by natural or human causes . Early detection of hotspots can reduce the risk of wider forest and land fires. The use of the Deep Learning YOLO ( You Only Look Once ) algorithm is carried out to detect fire and also the smoke it produces. This study tested in 3 ways, 1) 1341 after data augmentation (496 original data), 2) 608 after data augmentation (253 original data), and 3) 1790 after data augmentation (746 original data). Detection of fire and smoke objects in the form of design, implementation and testing resulted in the YOLOv4 framework successfully producing high confidence of up to 97% in the second test. Based on the test results in this study, it is known that the image datasets used for training data greatly affect object detection and affect the confidence value. The more diverse the shape of the object from the image datasets, the lower the confidence value obtained.
