Abstract

Pesatnya perkembangan teknologi komunikasi telah membawa banyak manfaat. Salah satu teknik yang selalu digunakan adalah saluran berita. Saat ini aplikasi chatting marak digunakan, semua orang memakai aplikasi perpesanan sebagai alat komunikasi untuk berkirim informasi yang akurat, dan semua orang lebih puas menggunakan aplikasi tersebut. Teknologi, datang untuk menyampaikan pesan dari pengirim ke penerima lebih efisien. Isi pesan; Dia; Keamanan, urusan sosial, pendidikan dan pekerjaan dan rekreasi. Artikel ini memaparkan mengenai seberapa efektif keamanan pesan berbasis teks dengan metode kriptografi substitusi dan transposisi. Dengan pengenalan proses enkripsi, menguping pesan teks harus diminimalkan. Dari kedua metode hasil pengujian kinerja menunjukkan bahwa semua kombinasi dalam enkripsi dan dekripsi sepenuhnya berhasil mengembalikan ciphertext ke plaintext asli.

Abstract

Kementrian Agama di Kota Medan merupakan salah satu kementerian yang mempunyai peran dankontribusi penting. kadang kala menemukan berbagai macam permasalahan sehingga perlu diimbangi dengan meningkatkan sistem yang ada. Sistem yang terdapat di Kementerian Agama KotaMedan masih manual dan terkesan memerlukan proses yang lama, Berdasarkan kondisi saat ini,maka dilakukan perbaikan dengan membuat suatu rancangan sistem informasi pada kegiatan mutasiberbasis Web. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat sebuah rancangan sistem informasipengajuan surat mutasi. Dalam penelitian ini Model yang digunakan merupakan produk dariperangkat lunak model waterfall, penelitian dilakukan melalui proses observasi langsung ke tempat,wawancara dengan petugas yang memproses pengajuan mutasi, kemudian dari hasil tersebut akandigambarkan ke dalam bentuk diagram alur proses, diagram alir data dan setelahnyadirepresentasikan dalam bentuk desain desain antarmuka pengguna. Dari hasil penelitian inididapatlah sebuah rancangan desain antarmuka pengguna untuk sistem informasi pengajuan suratmutasi pada kementerian Agama kota medan, dengan sistem online petugas akan lebih menghematwaktu dalam mengolah data, menghemat tempat dalam penyimpanan data dan memudahkan dalampencarian data siswa mutasi, yang dapat dijadikan bahan masukan atau rujukan bagi pihak terkait.

Abstract

In the era of globalization, computer technology plays a very important role in assisting the process of activities at the Medan City Ministry of Religion office, especially in the Hajj services section where files are still stored manually. The aim of creating this file filing system is to help and make it easier for employees to manage existing files.The research process involved identifying problems in Hajj file management, collecting data through observation, interviews, and literature study. System development uses PHP, Bootstrap, and HTML5 programming languages ​​as well as software, MySQL, Xampp, and Visual Studio Code. This system development method uses the waterfall method which has stages in a systematic sequence starting from analysis to maintenance. This research produces an information system in the form of a file archiving website that can help employees work in storing files, searching for data quickly and accurately, minimizing the risk of damage or loss of files, as well as making it easier for employees to manage archive data to be more effective and efficient, as well as ensuring information security stored data.

Abstract

A promotion is an application for a promotion given to civil servants who have reached a certain work period limit for promotion to rank or position, namely once every two years and if they have fulfilled the requirements based on the applicable laws and regulations. At the Medan City Ministry of Religion Office, promotions are carried out every two years within two months and are still done manually, namely when submitting promotion documents, the personnel department checks the civil servant decree and notifies the employee concerned if there are incomplete requirements that must be completed to be submitted to Promotion if there are problems requires a long time to check employee data and employee files which must be completed as a condition for applying for promotion, considering that there is a risk of losing employee files. Applications for promotions that are made manually also often experience delays in issuing promotion letters. The result of this research is an information system in the form of a website for applying for employee promotions which was built to assist the Medan City Ministry of Religion Office, especially the personnel department, in scheduling and issuing promotion decisions and can assist in filling out employee decision letters quickly, accurately and personally.

Abstract

The Kelurahan Office is a government institution at the Kelurahan or village level that is responsible for the management of public affairs in its area. His responsibilities cover various aspects, such as administrative services, population registration, community empowerment, and implementation of government programs at the local level. In addition, the sub-district office is also involved in maintaining public order, handling conflicts, and facilitating social welfare policies. Thus, the sub-district office has an important role in supporting the welfare and progress of the community at the Kelurahan or village level. Therefore, it requires an effective and efficient system for the assessment of public services. The purpose of this study is to facilitate the public in providing an assessment of public services provided, improve accessibility, transparency, and community participation and provide evaluation data for continuous improvement in the provision of public services. The system development method uses the waterfall method which includes requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing and maintenance. The results of the study in the form of display output prove that the system is running well. And the test results of the system run well so that it can be used by the community.

Abstract

This research aims to track the departure time of prospective Hajj pilgrims from the Medan City Ministry of Religion's online platform. The research was carried out using a system built using the PHP and MySQL programming languages. Data was collected from the previous three years to obtain an estimate of the departure schedule for prospective Hajj pilgrims from Medan City. The results of the research show that the Hajj departure schedule monitoring system that was built was effectively used by the Medan City Ministry of Religion. This system makes it possible to provide more accurate departure schedule estimates based on previous historical data. Thus, this system can help prospective Hajj pilgrims to monitor departure schedules without having to come to the office.

Abstract

This research aims to design a web-based correspondence information system using the prototype method. The research methodology involves iterative prototype development starting with gathering user requirements followed by designing system prototypes using UML diagrams. The prototypes were evaluated by users to provide feedback for refinements in subsequent iterations. Multiple iterations were conducted until a satisfactory prototype matching the user needs was obtained. The resulting prototype covers core features like incoming and outgoing mail data collection, mail disposition, and reporting. In summary, the prototype method enabled designing a good correspondence information system that fulfills the user requirements before full system implementation.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to design a taxpayer data collection administration website to make it more accurate, work efficiency and effectiveness better and increase work efficiency and effectiveness. To solve the problem of less than optimal tax payer data collection. In this research, the waterfall method was used. And this system is designed to help officers collect taxpayer data better and more easily via the website. It is hoped that the results of the research will make it easier for officers to carry out their duties and increase efficiency in serving taxpayers at KPP Pratama Medan Petisah. And it can be concluded that the web-based taxpayer data information system designed using the waterfall method has succeeded in overcoming the challenges of efficiency and effectiveness of tax data collection.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate SMILE at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Tanjung Morawa Branch using the User Compatibility method which assesses the extent to which the application meets the needs, capabilities, and expectations of users.  This research method involves surveying SMILE users at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Tanjung Morawa Branch by considering aspects of usability, efficiency, and user satisfaction. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires, interviews, and direct observation of SMILE users at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Tanjung Morawa. The evaluation results show that SMILE Data and Information Management BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Tanjung Morawa Branch has a high level of user compatibility. Because it shows that all EUCS (End User Computing Satisfaction) independent variables consisting of Content, Format, Accuracy, Timeliness, Ease of Use have a significant relationship with SMILE user satisfaction. The resulting evaluation results and recommendations can serve as guidelines for future development and improvement.

Abstract

Official travel is a routine activity carried out by employees of the North Sumatra Food Safety, Food Crops and Horticulture Service in order to support the implementation of official duties and functions. The official travel administration process which is still carried out manually causes inefficiencies in data management and preparing official travel reports. To overcome these problems, this research aims to design a web-based Official Travel Information System for the North Sumatra Food Safety, Crop and Horticulture Service. The method used in this research is a descriptive method with a waterfall system development model. Needs analysis is carried out by observation, interviews and literature study. System design includes designing data, processes, interfaces and system architecture. The system was built using the PHP programming language, CodeIgniter framework, and MySQL database. The results of this research are a design for a web-based Official Travel Information System that can facilitate the official travel application process, manage official travel data, and create integrated official travel reports. With this system, it is hoped that management of official travel data can become more effective and efficient.
