Abstract

Implementation of Function-Based Responsibility Accounting is a system used to determine the level of responsibility carried out by managers and employees in controlling production costs. This study aims to determine the implementation of function-based responsibility accounting for determining burdens, measuring performance, evaluating, and knowing the awards given by the company to employees. This study is located at PT.TIMW Bawen Unggaran. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative by collecting data through interviews with managers and heads of production along with documentation of related documents. The analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results obtained that the implementation of function-based responsibility accounting at PT.TIMW in determining burdens, measuring performance, evaluating and awards is good, but needs to be improved so that its performance is optimal.

Abstract

The study aimed to investigate the effect of communication and teamwork on employee performance. The type of research used is a quantitative method, Primary data sources were obtained through a survey of all employees in the Operations and Services section of PT. Angkasa Pura 1, General Ahmad Yani International Airport Branch Office, Semarang, Central Java, Indonesia. The technique used a random sampling so a total of 52 employees were obtained. The results showed that communication had a positive effect on employee performance. Other finding concluded that teamwork had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The results contribute to providing important evidence of building cooperation and communication in organizations.

Abstract

The government organizations must strive to improve employee performance by optimizing the potential of each employee. Therefore, the current study aims to analyze the effect of achievement motivation and organizational learning on employee performance with the mediating role of innovative work behavior. The sample size was taken from 93 employees of Pemalang District Village, Pemalang Regency, Central Java, Indonesia. The collected data were tested using Partial Least Square. The finding revealed achievement motivation and organizational learning have a positive effect on employee performance. Furthermore, the results prove that innovative work behavior can mediate the relationship of achievement motivation and organizational learning on employee performance. The importance of these results contribute to supporting human resource management theories.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of location of business and product diversity on purchasing intention. The population was all customers of the Lokapita Semarang Knitting Business Group. The research sample was set at 100 people. The determination of sample members used the Purposive Sampling technique, while the data collection technique used a questionnaire. Furthermore, data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regressions. The results showed that location and product diversity can explain consumer purchasing interest. The further finding showed that location and product diversity had a positive effect on purchasing intention statistically acceptable. The managerial implication of the study is a better product and business location should be developed so that consumers will view buying products at the corporate.

Abstract

The study aimed to analyze the influence of employee competence and engagement on employee performance mediated role by organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). The sample size used was 93 respondents of employees of Kedungwuni I and II Health Centers, Pekalongan Regency, Central Java, Indonesia. The sample was taken using proportional random sampling, and the data was analyzed using Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results show that competence and employee engagement have a positive effect on OCB. Further findings revealed that competence, employee engagement, and OCB influence toward employee performance. Based on the mediation test, the study concludes that OCB can mediate role in employee performance. This study contributes theoretically by elucidating the pathways through which competence and engagement influence performance and emphasizing OCB as a valuable mediator in this relationship. This framework can guide future research and practical applications for fostering high performance in the workplace.
