Abstract

Solusi pembangunan perikanan saat ini belum dapat memecahkan berbagai permasalahan yang muncul, yaituminimnya kesejahteraan nelayan dan indikasi hasil tangkap yang berlebih (over fishing) di pantai utara JawaTengah. Eksploitasi sumberdaya ikan secara berlebih sebagai salah satu cara dalam menambah pundi-pundi sumberPendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD), menjadikan penangkapan sumberdaya ikan secara tidak terkendali karena tanpamempertimbangkan konsep sustainable development. Pantai utara Jawa Tengah sebagai salah satu bagian diProvinsi Jawa Tengah yang memberikan sumbangan cukup besar terhadap produksi perikanan di Pulau Jawa. Tahun2014 tingkat pemanfaatan sumberdaya ikan sebesar 100,66% dari nilai MSY atau sebesar 163.231 ton. Penelitian inimencoba menjawab faktor-faktor penentu dalam kebijakan pengelolaan perikanan tangkap di Pantai Utara di JawaTengah. Temuan dengan bioeconomics untuk menjawab apakah terjadi indikasi hasil tangkap yang berlebih (overfishing) yang masih dapat berlanjut atau tidak. Data Envelopement Analysis (DEA) untuk menganalisis keadaanjumlah alat tangkap yang optimal. Terdapat 7 jenis alat tangkap utama yang digunakan para nelayan pantai utara diJawa Tengah yaitu pukat tarik, pukat kantong, pukat cincin/purse seine, jaring insang/gillnet, jaring angkat, pancing,alat pengumpul, dan alat tangkap lainnya. Jumlah alat tangkap tersebut saat ini berdasarkan hasil analisis sudahmelampaui carrying capacity yang ada. Beberapa alternatif kebijakan yang dapat dipergunakan dalam pengelolaanperikanan tangkap Pantai Utara di Jawa Tengah adalah (1) pengkonservasian dan perehabilitasian hutan mangrove,(2) pengaturan dan pendistribusian jumlah alat tangkap, (3) pengolahan pasca panen, (4) revitasasi dan modernisasiarmada besar yang beroperasi di wilayah lepas pantai, (5) pelarangan dan pengurangan armada kecil yang tidakefisien dan tidak ramah lingkungan, (6) pengembangan industri hilir dalam hal pengolahan ikan, (7) pengelolaan danpeningkatan kapasitas kelembagaan perikanan dan kelautan, (8) diversifikasi dan pengupayaan mata pencaharianalternatif, (9) kajian dan program pengkayaan stok, (10) mengintensifkan patroli laut guna mencegah illegal fishing.Keywords : Bioeconomics, Efisiensi, Perikanan Tangkap, Nelayan, Pantai Utara Jawa Tengah

Abstract

Indonesia has a great potential influence in the development of the technology world. Technological developments have been in various types of sectors, especially in the development of the digital economy. The digital economy has had positive and negative effects on Indonesia's development. The impact of the development of the digital economy has become a way for the government or the community to be a vehicle for conducting various kinds of economic transactions. For this reason the writing of this article aims to analyze the impact of the development of the digital economy on social media users in conducting economic transactions.

Abstract

AbstrakKemiskinan di kabupaten Demak ditinjau dari beberapa indikator menunjukkan kondisi yang memerlukan penanganan yang cukup serius. Jumlah penduduk miskin di Kabupaten Demak selama 5 tahun terakhir (2006-2010) terus menurun, Terjadi ketimpangan antara kota dan desa, dimana Jumlahpenduduk miskin di desa sangatlah besar dibanding dengan jumlah penduduk miskin di kota. Persentase Jumlah penduduk miskin di kota hanya sebesar 2% rata-rata pertahun, sedangkan persentase jumlah penduduk miskin di desa rata-rata pertahun sebesar 20%.Indikator lain yang terkait dengan kemiskinanadalah tingkat pengangguran, tingkat kesehatan dan tingkat pendidikan. Proses percepatan penaggulangan kemiskinan selain dilakukan oleh pemerintah daerah, dunia usaha juga diharapkan untuk berpartisipasi melalui program Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). Di samping itu kunci keberhasilan PPK adalah membangun keterpaduan langkah dalam perumusan dan penyelenggaraan program pembangunan khususnya PPK. PPK harus dilaksanakan secara sistematis dari penetapan sasaran, perumusan bentuk program serta cara melakukan pemantauan dan evaluasi harus dipikirkan dan dirumuskan dengan matang dan seksama sejak awal.Kata Kunci : Tingkat kemiskinan,indikator, programAbstractDemak district poverty in terms of some indicators show conditions that require serious treatment. The number of poor people in Demak regency during the last 5 years (2006-2010) continues to decline, An inequality between urban and rural areas, where the number of poor people in the village isvery large compared to the number of poor people in the city. Indicators related to poverty is unemployment, health and education levels. Acceleration of the processin addition to combating poverty by the local government, the business community are also expected to participate through its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). Abstract

Performance appraisal of employees is an important thing to do by government agencies and private companies. It is useful to see, monitor the level and quality of work given by an employee to his company in order to create a company that is able to achieve the goals of each company by starting to do evaluation of HR (Human Resources) because in the business and management world says that a great company is a company that is able to manage its human resources. In employee performance appraisal, each company has their own way and certainly different in the actual practice of employee performance appraisal activities must be done properly and fairly as possible to eliminate social gaps in the world of work and reduce the occurrence of errors in granting an assessment of the performance of each each company employee and the results obtained after employees are given an assessment of their performance are expected to grow and influence the level of loyalty given by employees to the company and foster high self-motivation for the progress of the company itself. In evaluating employee performance, there are several tools that can be used, one of which is a decision support system that will process some of the criteria set by the company using the Weighted Product (WP) method

Abstract

Pada saat terjadi pandemic Covid 19, tanaman jahe merupakan salah satu komoditas yang dibutuhkan masyarakat untuk diolah menjadi jamu instan atau minuman kesehatan. Masyarakat Desa Susukan memanfaatkan peluang tersebut dengan menanam jahe merah dan memproduksi minuman jahe sebagai salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan pendapatan rumah tangga. Penduduk memanfaatkan lahan yang terbatas dengan menanam tanaman jahe pada polybag, selain mereka membeli bahan baku jahe merah untuk diolah. Metode pendekatan dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan edukasi dan pelatihan kepada masyarakat, bahwa jahe merah selain sebagai bahan obat juga dapat dibuat manisan dan sirup. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dapat menambah pengetahuan dan ketrampilan, serta mendorong maysarakat untuk berpartisipasi aktif untuk meningkatkan pendapatan rumah tangga.

Abstract

Leadership style plays a very important role in determining employee discipline because the leader can be used as an example and determinant for his subordinates. The style of a disciplined leader can affect the discipline of employees / subordinates. Another phenomenon is the provision of proper motivation, where it will be able to generate enthusiasm, passion and sincerity of work. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze: 1) the influence of women's leadership style on work discipline, 2) the effect of work motivation on work discipline, 3) the influence of women's leadership styles on performance, 4) the effect of work motivation on performance, and 5) the effect of work discipline on performance. This type of research is causal associative quantitative with a survey approach. This research was conducted on a ship crew where there was a female leader/officer on the deck and the engine department with a total population of 60 people. The results showed 1) leadership style had a significant effect on work discipline, 2) work motivation had a significant effect on work discipline, 3) women's leadership style had a significant effect on performance, 4) work motivation had a significant effect on performance and 5) work discipline had significant effect on performance.

Abstract

The study of the influence of assertive communication style and organizational culture on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening factor was conducted by taking a sample of 72 respondents from the Al Ummah Education and Human Resources Foundation who were placed in Assalaam Integrated Islamic Junior High School Pekalongan City. From the results of the study, it was found that assertive communication style has a positive effect on job satisfaction; organizational culture has a positive impact on job satisfaction; Assertive communication style has a positive effect on employee performance, organizational culture has a positive impact on employee performance, job satisfaction has a positive effect on employee performance, job satisfaction does not mediate the influence of assertive communication style on employee performance, job satisfaction mediates the impact of organizational culture on employee performance.

Abstract

Development of MSME Clusters in Semarang City is carried out to support the activities of MSME actors who are grouped into various types. This research was conducted by taking a sample of 70 MSME actors in various clusters. The competitiveness and sustainability of the clusters are determined using the AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) Method. From the results of the analysis it was found that Clusters in Semarang City, it can be seen that based on the HR variable, all clusters in Semarang City fall into the criteria/category of Sustainable Clusters. However, when viewed from the competitiveness variable, there are 3 (three) clusters that fall into the less sustainable category, namely Metals, Tourism, and Furniture. So, in general, the results of the cluster categories in the city of Semarang show that the problems facing cluster sustainability are more like an inability to compete

Abstract

         The purpose of this research is to formulate the strategic plan ofagrotourism development in Semarang City. Its development is based on the uniqueness and local pre-eminent sectors such as agriculture,livestock, services, etc. It is conducted through a participatoryapproach. The approach method uses the qualitative method. The resultsfound that there are several policies that must be taken by theSemarang’s Government for agrotourism’s development. Abstract

Persoalan sampah merupakan tanggung jawab bersama antara Pemerintah, dunia usaha, dan masyarakat, sehingga pengelolaannya pun harus dilakukan secara sinergis melalui sistem pengelolaan sampah yang terpadu. Akan tetapi, dalam operasionalnya, biaya investasi pengelolaan sampah yang sangat tinggi justru semakin membebani APBD Kota Semarang. Dengan adanya substansi Undang-Undang Nomor 23 Tahun 2014 tentang Pemerintahan Daerah yang memberikan kewenangan kepada Pemerintah Daerah (Pemda) untuk mengatur dan mengurus rumah tangganya sendiri dalam upaya untuk mencapai tujuan pembangunan daerah yaitu mengentaskan kemiskinan, menciptakan dan menambah lapangan kerja, serta meningkatkan pendapatan dan kesehjateraan masyarakat, maka diperlukan kajian terhadap model yang lebih efektif dalam menghimpun pendapatan daerah dari pengelolaan sampah. Untuk memperoleh permodelan yang tepat, perlu mengenali isu utama atau batang tubuh dari ranting-ranting permasalahan pengelolaan persampahan yang menyeruak di Kota Semarang. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan expert choice, tim ahli yang terdiri atas OPD Teknis, Bagian Hukum, NGO, dan Akademisi berhasil menyepakati isu utama pengelolaan sampah di Kota Semarang yang berupa isu sosial budaya yaitu berkaitan dengan belum optimalnya peran serta masyarakat dalam menangani sampah di sektor hulu (16%); isu hukum yaitu berkaitan dengan belum adanya aspek legal yang bersifat memaksa bagi masyarakat untuk berpartisipasi aktif dalam membayar retribusi sampah (8,1%); dan isu tata kelola yaitu berkaitan dengan belum optimalnya pemungutan retribusi pada sektor domestik yang tidak dipungut oleh PDAM dan sektor niaga (8%). Sehingga model optimalisasi pendapatan daerah yang dinilai lebih efektif adalah penguatan kelembagaan melalui restrukturisasi organisasi sesuai kebutuhan daerah, peningkatan kapasitas Sumber Daya Manusia, Modernisasi administrasi retribusi daerah serta Penyederhanaan proses bisnis.
