Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how to Optimize Organizational Communication in Improving the Quality of Human Resources in Creativity Training of PT. Port of Indonesia (Persero) Regional 4 Makassar and how the process of implementing Organizational Communication on Improving the Quality of Human Resources in Employee Creativity Training pt. Port of Indonesia (Persero) Regional 4 Makassar. The type of research used was qualitative descriptive research with informants in this study as many as four (4) people. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study, it can be concluded that employee training is one of the important activities for developing human resources. The training is only carried out 3 (Three times) a year. The forms of organizational communication that occur include communication from top to bottom, namely the delivery of messages or work instructions of PT. Port of Indonesia (Persero) Regional 4 Makassar to all employees of each division.

Abstract

This script discusses the influence of the quality of public transportation services on customer loyalty on the Trans Mamminasata Bus. The main problem is how the influence of the quality of transportation services on customer loyalty on the Trans Mamminasata Bus and what are the stages in the formation of the Trans Mamminasata Bus. This study aims to determine whether the targets, duties, and responsibilities have been carried out properly, it is necessary to measure the success of Service Quality on Customer Loyalty on the Trans Mamminasata Bus. The type of research used is descriptive research method with quantitative approach. This research lasted for one month located in the Trans Mamminasata Bus corridor on Boulevard road in front of the Panakukang Mall Makassar, with customer informants using the Trans Mamminasata Bus transportation service. The results of this study were conducted to obtain the expected Customer Loyalty of Trans Mamminasata Bus Users, from the study of the variabels that affect customer loyalty is the quality of service (X1). Hypothesis testing shows that Service Quality has an effect on Customer Loyalty for Trans Mamminasata Bus Users.

Abstract

Education of children with special needs is one means to develop the personality and soft skills of children so that they can socialize and adapt to their environment. Children with Special Needs (ABK) are children who experience disturbances or obstacles in their development process. ABK has many types, one of which is mentally retarded children. Children with mental retardation are children who have mental retardation with a low IQ, below the average normal child in general. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the Communication Pattern of Digital Augmented Reality (AR)-Based Softskill Education for Children with Special Needs Mental Retardation at SLBN 02 Makassar and (2) To find out the form of digital Augmented Reality (AR)-based softskills for Children with Special Needs Mental retardation at SLBN. 02 Makassar using a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques in this study using observation, interviews and documentation. The data obtained were then analyzed by means of data reduction, data display (data display) and drawing conclusions. The results of research at SLBN 02 Makassar show that the Augmented Reality (AR) method is effectively used as a learning method for mentally retarded children in the classroom. The display of 2D and 3D virtual objects can increase students' enthusiasm and motivation to learn. This can improve students' responsiveness in recognizing objects around them and can improve the soft skills of mentally retarded children in communicating.

Abstract

Strategy corporate public relations is a management function that creates, maintains, and maintains good and beneficial relationships between an organization and the public that can influence the success or failure of the organization. This research is focused to find out about the strategy of the company's corporate public relations in maintaining the product image of IndiHome PT. Telkom at Witel Makassar and secondly to find out about the product image of IndiHome PT. Telkom Makassar in Minasa Upa Village, Rappocini District. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research with data collection techniques in the form of observation, documentation, and interviews. By using three theories, namely Image Theory, Theory of Integration and Attitude Change, and Excellent Theory. This research lasted for approximately 1 month located on Jl. Balaikota No. 04 Makassar. The informants in this study were General Manager & GS, Customer Care Manager, Corporate Secretary of IndiHome Telkom Witel Makassar, and the community of Minasa Upa Village, Rappocini District, Makassar City. The results show that IndiHome Telkom Witel Makassar's strategy in maintaining its image is to continue to provide excellent service which is the main key to staying good in the eyes of its customers and the image of Telkom's IndiHome products in the eyes of the community, especially in Minasa Upa Village, Rappocini District is very diverse.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the strategy of PT. Taspen (PERSERO) Makassar in determining & utilizing CSR programs for environmental development, namely in Patalassang District, Gowa Regency. This research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach, taking place at PT. Taspen (PERSERO) Makassar. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews and documentation. Miles & Huberman's interactive model analysis technique is to collect, reduce data, present data, and draw conclusions. The results of the study that the communication strategy in determining the CSR program at PT. Taspen (PERSERO) Makassar using the POAC (Planning, Organizing, Actuating and Controling) principles and looking at the resources available in the company, stakeholders (stakeholders) and seeing the needs of the community so that the budget issued is right on target. Communication strategy of PT. Taspen (PERSERO) Makassar in utilizing this CSR program, it can be seen that the 2 units ambulance assistance program distributed by PT. Taspen Makassar is able to provide great benefits to the community / improve the welfare of the people in Pattalassang so that the company has the opportunity to cooperate with other parties and improve social environmental sustainability with this CSR program, it can improve a positive image for the company

Abstract

This study aims to: find out the perception of madama fm radio listeners to the holyroxx program in introducing indie music in the city of Makassar and the form of the holyroxx program in introducing indie music in the city of Makassar. This research uses descriptive analysis qualitative research method, with the research location in Makassar City, South Sulawesi. Data collection is the technique of observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis was carried out by collecting data, reducing, presenting data and drawing conclusions. The results show that the listener's perception is different for each individual depending on their respective personalities, the form of the holyroxx program is supported through various inhibiting factors generated by the technical influence on the perception and supporters in the listener's perception with the existence of a platform supported by an informative announcer.

Abstract

Educational institutions that have good quality of service and communication consultants are the dream of parents to support their children's education, and have competent teaching staff and good supporting books. This study aims to analyze the effect of educational services and communication consultant in pioneer class institutions and find out the relationship between educational services and Communication consultants and student interests. The method is carried out with a quantitative approach using multiple linear regression analysis. The sample taken from this study was 40 respondent. One of the factors that causes educational services to be less influential is the lack of services that meet the needs of goods and services in the Makassar Pioneer Class Institution. Communication Consultants have a relationship and influence on student interests, so it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between Communication Consultants on student interests. This is motivated by the factor of interpersonal communication that occurs in communication consultants.

Abstract

A qualitative descriptive technique is employed in the research, and methods for gathering data include interviews, observation, and documentation. The Wisma Kalla Building and Lae-lae Island were the sites of this investigation throughout its one-month duration. The planning, execution, evaluation, and reporting stages of the CSR program have all been completed by the Kalla Lines firm, according to the study findings from that program's implementation. The results of the research from the implementation of the CSR program, namely the implementation of the four stages carried out by the Kalla Lines company, have been carried out, including the planning, implementation, evaluation, and reporting stages. In addition, there is the application of the Triple Bottom Line concept by the company in improving its image and providing space for stakeholders. As for the communication pattern that exists between Kalla Lines companies, namely the CSR program implementing committee as a communicator in conveying messages by saying information regarding facilities and infrastructure in the implementation of the CSR program, which will be carried out through direct and indirect communication, In this case, direct communication is visiting the implementation site and indirectly using a smart phone to contact the coordinator of the Lae-lae island community, Dg.H.Bahar. As a result, the community can well accept the concept of implementing CSR and is willing to provide facilities and infrastructure to make it easier for companies to carry out programs.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the optimization of Communication Department of Tourism, Youth and sports as well as inhibiting and supporting factors in the development of Tourism Village. This study uses the method of quality description, with information in this study as many as eight (8) people, data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The development of Rammang – Rammang Tourism Village is to build image and cooperation by doing development to the tourism management community through training on improving human resources capacity to improve the welfare and prosperity of the community in managing a directed Tourism Village. The supporting and inhibiting factors are in the management of Rammang-Rammang tourism development as a geological park or geo park Maros-Pangkep, because Rammang-Rammang is the 2nd largest karst mountain area in the world.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of government organizational communication at Bappelitbangda in improving the performance of the State Civil Apparatus in the Province of South Sulawesi and to find out how the communication of the performance of the State Civil Apparatus at the Bappelitbangda of the Province of South Sulawesi. This study uses qualitative research methods and descriptive analysis, Data collection uses three techniques, namely observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that; 1). Implementation of government organizational communication at Bappelitbangda in improving the performance of the State Civil Apparatus in the Province of South Sulawesi using Max Weber's organizational communication theory. Using this theory, it can be seen that the implementation of organizational communication in the Bappelitbangda of South Sulawesi Province is by holding monthly or annual meetings as a form of the importance of holding meetings held once a month through two-way communication and being open to getting feedback from meeting participants. 2). Communication on the Performance of the State Civil Apparatus at the Bappelitbangda of South Sulawesi Province. Using the theory of Employee Performance according to Sendow. With this theory, it shows that the performance of the State Civil Apparatus in the Bappelitbangda of South Sulawesi Province is good, marked by the existence of a performance assessment based on SOPs (standard operational procedures). SOP can be used as a standard of supervision on each job so that the implementation can be carried out in accordance with the initial objectives. Then efforts were made to improve the quality of employee performance, namely the South Sulawesi Province Bappelitbangda using instruments related to the duties and functions of the South Sulawesi Province Bappelitbangda in planning and controlling regional development by building several information systems, namely e-Planning and esimonev.
