Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the pattern of organizational communication in improving employee performance at the Luwu District Education office and to descrite the employee performance at the Luwu District Education Office. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how the cultural communication of the Tompobulu village community in preserving the Karampuang custom in Bulupoddo sub-district, Sinjai district and how the traditional Karampuang traditional food is for the Tompobulu village community. This research lasted for 1 month and is located in Tompobulu Village, Bulupoddo District, Sinjai Regency. The informants in this study amounted to 4 people. The research method used is a qualitative research method with ethnographic studies with data collection techniques carried out in 2 ways, namely, primary data and secondary data. The method of data collection by conducting observations, interviews, and documentation. From the results of the study, it can be seen that the cultural communication of the Tompobulu Village community in preserving Karampuang traditional culture cannot be separated from the concept of leadership of the Karampuang indigenous people led by Arung or To Matoa with the help of Gella, Sanro and Guru. They are known by the term ade' eppa as the highest institution which is the last place in making decisions to resolve all problems in the customary area. The traditional food of the Karampuang indigenous people is to commemorate their ancestors, for mappakaraja (land, wind, fire and water) because the Karampuang people think that these four are the source of their life, as well as to strengthen the relationship between the Karampuang indigenous people and the village community tompobulu in general.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the development of an industrial relations strategy program as an effort to increase employee motivation and to determine the condition of the organizational communication climate that exists between management and employees at PT. Main Initiative Esaputlii. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The results showed that PT. Esaputlii Prakarsa Utama has succeeded in carrying out the industrial relations program because it has received a fairly good response from employees as well as employees who are quite satisfactory through programs, special events programs, award programs, and internal communication media programs. Likewise with the organizational communication climate applied by PT. Esaputlii Prakarsa Utama with behavior that shows to the core, warm but still responsible.

Abstract

Media is a means of information for the community, where the media becomes a liaison or intermediary in providing information and conducting a communication. In the media is also very essential for society where the media and society are closely related and the media is the most important part in society. And without us realizing that the media provides positive and negative energy that has an impact on people's patterns and behavior. PangkepTV media as one of the media providing information to the Pangkep Community, makes researchers interested in knowing the level of community satisfaction in accessing the media. Based on that this research focuses on how the influence of PangkepTV on community satisfaction in the district. Labakkang, Pangkep Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the management of the PangkepTV.pangkepkab.go.id portal in disseminating information and the influence of the information dissemination of the PangkepTV.pangkepkab.go.id portal on community satisfaction in the Labakkang District, Pangkep Regency. This research was conducted in Pangkep City, Labakkang District. The time of this research starts from May 2022. The research method used is quantitative method with descriptive research type. Using questionnaire data collection techniques. The results of this study indicate that the influence of the PangkepTV portal on the dissemination of information on public satisfaction can be concluded as follows, based on the results of a partial hypothesis test that the PangkepTV media variable has a positive and significant effect on community satisfaction in the Kanaungan sub-village, Labakkang District, Pangkep Regency and the PangkepTV media also has an effect on performance. government in disseminating information to the public so that people are satisfied in receiving information.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the ongoing communication audit process and the influence of the communication audit on the effectiveness of the Krasida Program (Installment Credit System Pawn) at PT. Pawnshop Regional Office VI Makassar. This research uses quantitative method. The results showed that the Communication Audit Process Communication Audit Process that took place at PT. Pegadaian Kanwil VI Makassar is going well, because employees can provide accurate and clear information to customers using the media and customers receive and understand the information conveyed well. Delivery of messages from PT. Pegadaian Kanwil VI Makassar to customers has a significant influence and communication between employees and customers runs effectively. Communication audits can make communication between people i an organization effective so that goals will be achieved and get maximum results an organization effective so that goals will be achieved and get maximum results.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the communication process of fishery instructors in community empowerment and the development of the farmer community in Paria Village, Duampanua District, Pinrang Regency. This study used descriptive qualitative method. Descriptive qualitative technique is a research method that utilizes qualitative data and is described descriptively. Data collection is the technique of observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis was carried out by collecting data, reducing, presenting data and drawing conclusions. The results showed that in answering the formulation of the problem discussed in this study, the communication of fishery instructors in empowering the farmer community in Paria village, Patampanua subdistrict was able to make a major contribution to the farmer community, namely by providing assistance with tools/materials in order to support the success of the harvest. Through the provision of tools, seed assistance, as well as the training provided can improve good cultivation skills for the farmer community.

Abstract

This type of research aims to be used is qualitative descriptive research. The primary and secondary data sources where primary data are data sources obtained directly using observation and interview methods, polls from individuals or a group while secondary are data sources obtained through media intermediaries or indirectly in the form of books. the methods used are observation, interview, and document methods. Based on the results of research on marketing communication strategies conducted by @Astwear.id consisting of product, price, place, promotion, people, process, packaging and payment. Through the promotion element @Astwear.id take advantage of Instagram features such as Follow, Post, Automatic Direct Massage, create creative content, apply give away, then do ads with using endorsement and paid promotion services.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the optimization of communication in Public Services and Publications in the Digital Era in the implementation of good services in the digital era by utilizing technology at the South Sulawesi Cultural Heritage Preservation Center. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method. The results showed that the optimization of public service communication and publications of the Cultural Conservation Preservation Center in the Digital Era went well, due to the establishment of good communication between employees, and jointly improving the quality of self and knowledge in the face of an increasingly developing technological era. Services carried out with the aim of making it easier for the public to access information related to cultural heritage, namely providing the website bpcbsulsel.id, youtube accounts, instagram, virtual reality, film documentaries, mobile cinemas and talk shows on tv have been able to be accessed by the public which can be seen by increasing requests for utilization. cultural heritage sites and the increasing number of people who come to visit the South Sulawesi Cultural Heritage Preservation Center located at Fort Rotterdam, so that people can easily access the information provided.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are: (1) To determine the role of Marketing Communication in increasing the number of occupancy at the Aerotel Smile Makassar hotel. (2) To find out the communication marketing promotion model in increasing the number of occupancy at the Aerotel Smile Makassar Hotel. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. This study intends to describe an overview of the role of communication marketing in the increasing number of residences at the Aerotel Smile Makassar Hotel. The selected informants include people selected on the basis of certain criteria. This research was conducted by collecting data through observation, interviews and documentation. This research was conducted for one month and was located on Jl. Muchtar Lutfi No.38 Makassar City. The results showed that the role of marketing communication carried out by The Aerotel Smile Makassar Hotel in increasing the number of dwellings is to image hotel services through social media such as Instagram, Facebook and Twitter. The promotional model used by marketing communication in increasing the number of occupancy of the Aerotel Smile Makassar Hotel is advertising ( advertising), sales promotion, and direct marketing. The promotion carried out by the Aerotel Smile Makassar Hotel is quite optimal to attract the attention of potential visitors to visit the hotel but there is a number of dwellings that sometimes increase and decrease in different months so it can be said that the role and model of promotion of hotel communication marketing has not been maximized in increasing the number of occupancy.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are to identify what organizational communication efforts are being done to improve the performance of ASN in the Makassar City Governance section, and to find out how the role of organizational communication in improving ASN performance in the Makassar City Governance section is. The method used in this research is qualitative method. The type of research used is the field type (Field Research). This research lasted for one month and was located at the Makassar City Hall office with 4 informants. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the efforts on the part of Governance in improving the performance of the State Civil Apparatus are by giving rewards and punishments, if the employee's performance is good, they will be rewarded, and if the employee's performance is not good, they will be punished. The role of communication carried out by the Makassar city government is vertical and horizontal communication, where superiors provide motivation to subordinates, and subordinates provide input or solutions to superiors and fellow employees in the governance section
