Abstract

 Purpose of mathematics is one of the things that must be achieved when learning mathematics. To achieve this goal, students are expected to be able to master the direct objects of mathematics, so students understand the topic and do not make any mistakes. But based on the fact, students of X MIPA 4 SMA Negeri 1 Ampek Angkek still do the mistakes in solving mathematics problems and that means, students still not comprehend the topics and the purpose of mathematics still not reached. So, student error analysis is the solution to solve this problem. The research approach is qualitative and the type of research is descriptive. Subject of this research is X MIPA 4 SMA Negeri 1 Ampek Angkek with 9 students were interviewed. The data in this research are data from document analysis, test, and interview. Data analysis techniques in this research are reduction of data, data display, and conclusion. According to the research, there are 81,25% students do conceptual errors because they can’t select the formula well and still didn’t understand the topic, 14,06% students do procedural errors because they aren’t used to solve the variety of question, and 4,69% students do technical errors because of the their careless and time management.Keywords __ Student error analysis, kastolan, conceptual errors, procedural errors, technical errors, vector

Abstract

This study aims to see how the influence of motivation on mathematics learning outcomes of class VII students of UPTD SMP Negeri 1 Kec. Kapur IX. Learning outcomes good and rewarding comes to students when learning motivation both from whitin and from outside the great student. The study is a descriptive quantitative research whit a correlational approach to influence between variables and other variables. The data analysis shows that the coefficient value of correlation rcount (0,926) is greater that the rtable (0,273) at significant of 5% and has an impact of 85%, which means influence the learning motivation to learning outcomes mathematics is 85% and the rest are affected by other uninvolved variables in the study. Keywords – Descriptive Research, Learning Motivation, Learning Outcomes

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to develop a learning tool in the form of a valid and practical E-Module on integer material for grade VII junior high school students. This research is a development research by modifying the Plomp development model which consists of three stages, namely preliminary research (Preliminary Research), making a prototype (Prototyping Stage), and the assessment phase (Assessment Phase).The preliminary research consists of needs analysis, curriculum analysis, concept analysis and student analysis. Making prototypes consisted of prototype 1, prototype 2, and prototype 3. In prototype 1, a self-evaluation was carried out, prototype 2 was conducted by an expert review by mathematics education experts to see the validity of the E-Module developed. While prototype 3 was carried out one to one evaluation by trying out the validated E-Module to three students with different learning abilities. The practicality of the E-Module is seen through the results of a practicality questionnaire on students' responses after one to one evaluation. Based on the results of the validity data analysis, it shows that the E-Module from the aspects of Self Instructional, Learning Materials, Stand Alone, User friendly, Display, Electronic Media, Multimedia Utilization, Software Use, E-Module Design, and Adaptive have a validity level of 84% with very categories. valid. The E-Module also fulfills practical criteria from the results of questionnaires and interviews. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the E-Module on integer material for grade VII junior high school students can be declared valid and practical.Keywords: Mathematics E-Module, Integer, Class VII Junior High School

Abstract

Research conducted is aimed at developing the proposed learning design and based learning problem worksheet based learning on topic vii junior/MTS class set. In the process of doing so, using a plomp model consisting of the first three stages of investment, the development stage, or the development of the prototype and the assessment stage. In part of the initial investment, the analysis of needs, the curriculum analysis, the concept and analysis of learners. Thus acquired the characteristics of the developed learning device. So at the stage of development the prototype is done with the design of the prototype learning device of the learning implement plan and an embedded resource worksheet for complex materials. So the outcome of the prototype would have to go through an formative evaluation of its own evaluation and an expert evaluation in order to obtain a valid one. While the latter part of the assessment is based on the assessment, this part of the assessment aims to determine the practical criteria of the i.t. prototype used the research was carried out at the time of the outbreak of covid-19, resulting in several phases of the study that could not be properly implemented. Abstract

Mathematics learning has goals that must be achieved, one of which is the ability to solve mathematical problems. The poor ability of students to solve math problems is due to the suboptimal learning process. Therefore, in order to overcome this problem, a learning model that can improve student's mathematical problem-solving ability is needed, one of which is a problem-based learning model. The purpose of this research is to theoretically describe whether the problem-based learning model can improve student's mathematical problem-solving ability. This type of research is literature research, which aims to improve mathematical problem-solving capabilities through problem-based learning models. The conclusion of this research is to apply a problem-based learning model that has a tendency to improve student’s mathematical problem-solving abilities. Abstract

Mathematics is one of the subjects that can help students to think logically, analyze, critically, and the ability to work together. However, the mathematics achievement of students is still low, based on the results of the National Examination in 2019, at the Junior High School level especially on geometry content with an average value of 42,16. This is because the use of learning media is still focused on textbooks so that it does not support the learning process. The Hologram application is a learning media on the learning content of flat side space. This application is designed with three-dimensional object modeling, animation and audio explanations. In addition, there is interaction with users in terms of finding formulas so that the learning process more better. This research uses a modified Plomp model consisting of a priliminary research stage and a prototyping phase. The validity value based on content experts and media experts is 97,927 and 90,278. These results indicate that the media is very valid. The practicality value based on ease of use, suitability for time and attractiveness is 92,59; 95,83 and 92,71. These results indicate that the media is suitable to use as a learning media. Keywords—Geometry, Hologram Application, Learning Media

Abstract

This study aims to produce a product in the form of a quantum teaching-based student worksheet with a scientific approach that is valid and practical for students of class VII SMPN 4 Padang. This type of research is design research using the Plomp development model which consists of three stages, namely Preliminary Research, Prototyping Phase, and Assessment Phase. The preliminary research stage includes needs analysis, curriculum analysis, student analysis, and analysis of teaching materials. Prototyping phase is the stage for designing student worksheets based on quantum teaching with a scientific approach consisting of prototype 1, prototype 2, and prototype 3 which are evaluated using a formative evaluation design. The instruments used in this development research were interview guidelines, observation sheets, questionnaires and final tests. Abstract

Learning media is one of the communication tools used in the learning process in the form of lesson materials so that students are more interested in participating in learning activities in order to achieve learning objectives. This study aims to theoretically describe whether the influence of learning media using Macromedia Flash to improve students' mathematical learning outcomes. This type of research is literature study research. This research is a series of activities related to the method of collecting library data, reading and recording, and processing research materials. Data collection techniques used in this study is the study of libraries, namely by collecting data sourced from various journals, books related to objects to be discussed, retrieving library data, reading, recording, and processing research materials with the type of data used is secondary data. After collecting the data then conduct a review of some important terms in the research. Some literature is obtained from various reference sources. An important term defined in this study is the influence of learning media using Macromedia Flash to improve students' mathematical learning outcomes. Then, a journal analysis is conducted based on all the literature that has been obtained by compiling the results of the study. The discussion was conducted by associating the results obtained from journal analysis with existing theories. Then draw conclusions based on the results of the analysis. The last is to make suggestions based on the findings obtained. Based on studies conducted obtained that interactive learning media using Macromedia Flash on learning has an influence to improve learning outcomes. Keywords – Learning Media, Macromedia Flash

Abstract

Because of Corona Virus Disease (COVID-19), learning process is carried out in a network. So, it is necessary to innovate the deve1opment of technology-based student worksheet. This research airns to deve1op a video and Student Worksheets on the material of two-variable system of linear equations for class eighth junior high school students  which is va1id. This deve1oprnent research uses the Plornp developrnent mode1 which consists of three phases, name1y the Prelirninary research phase, the Prototyping phase, and the Assessrnent phase. Validation is carried out by mathernatics education experts and the practica1ity of Student Worksheets is seen from the practicality questionnaire results of the student response questionnaire which has heterogeneous abilities. Video and Student Worksheets is validity in terms of format, content eligibility, 1anguage, and learning activities with a validity level of 92,8% (very valid). Abstract

This study aims to develop web-based teaching materials using wordpress in mathematics learning class X MIPA SMA, determine the level of validity and practicality of web-based teaching materials using wordpress in mathematics learning class X MIPA SMA. This research is included in the research and development of R&D with the Dick & Carey model. The resulting product is a web-based teaching material using wordpress on Trigonometry material. This teaching material is validated by two lecturers and one math teacher as a material expert. The level of practicality of web-based teaching materials using wordpress is determined by 40 students of class X MIPA 6 SMA Negeri 2 Padang. Data collection is done by filling out questionnaires. The result of this research is web-based teaching materials using wordpress developed with Dick & Carey procedure, which is the stage of needs analysis; product design stage; validation and evaluation stage; and the final product stage. Web-based teaching materials using wordpress can be accessed on https://handalmatematika.wordpress.com/2021/01/23/trigonometri/. Validation obtained from the material expert has a final value of 79% and belongs to the valid category. While practicality obtained from 40 learners has a final score of 79.53% and belongs to the practical category. Thus, web-based teaching materials using wordpress on mathematics learning materials Trigonometry class X MIPA SMA valid and practical to be used as a source of learning wherever it is. Keywords – Teaching Materials, WordPress, Mathematics Learning.
