Purpose – This paper seeks to test and analyze the effect of return on assets, current ratio, and debt to equity ratio on the value of real estate and property companies listed on the IDX for five-year time frame. Methodology/approach – This research was a quantitative study. The sample of this study was taken using purposive sampling techniques with the following criteria, the first is a real estate and property company that publishes financial statements that have been audited consecutively during the 2015-2019 period, and the second is a real estate and property company whose financial statements contain all the variables needed in the study. The analytical tools in this study are multiple linear regression analysis. Findings –Based on the results of research on the multiple regression model, the return on assets and debt to equity ratio have a significant positive effect on price to book value. Meanwhile, the current ratio has no significant effect on the price to book value. Novelty/value – Price to Book Value shows how far the company is able to create company value relative to the amount of capital invested. The higher the Price to Book Value ratio, the more successfully the company creates value for shareholders.

Purpose - This research is to determine the relationship of achievement motivation and cognitive style with concrete construction learning. Methodology/approach - It was a quantitative research with a correlation analysis method. The samples were students of the Faculty of Engineering, Civil Engineering Program, Semester V at the University in Bekasi - West Java amounted to 18 students selected by proportional random sampling. The data were analyzed with inferential statistics using regression and correlation analysis. Findings - The results concluded that (1) there is a positive correlation between achievement motivation with concrete construction learning; (2) there is a positive correlation between cognitive style with concrete construction learning; (3) there is a positive correlation between achievement motivation and cognitive style together have positive with concrete construction learning. Novelty/value- Novelty/Values of this research are designers and managers of learning concrete construction courses can create a learning process by continuously growing achievement motivation and cognitive style in students and the need for a consistent attitude in their implementation as

Purpose - This study aims to determine the influence of perceptions in terms of Islamic economics of converting cooperatives into Islamic cooperatives. Methodology/approach – This research is a quantitative descriptive type, a sample of 120 members and management of the Cooperative, research from August to October 2022, data were analyzed using validity and reliability tests and linear regression techniques. It Research findings, the results of this test obtained a tcount of 3.960 and a ttable of 1.981. The value of tcount > ttable means that there is an influence between the variables X and Y. The perceptions of members and management of cooperatives that convert Islamic cooperatives from an Islamic economic perspective have a significant effect on becoming Islamic cooperatives. Novelty/value – There are many factors that fail to convert sharia and do not develop sharia cooperatives. The novelty of this study examines the perceptions of Islamic economics in Muslim-majority areas.

Purpose – The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of technological security and continuous improvement on consumer satisfaction and trust in mobile payment payments. Methodology/approach – This researcher used purposive sampling technique by requiring certain criteria. Respondents are those who have used m-payment services in Indonesia. Questionnaires were distributed through online surveys with a total of 250 research respondents. Hypothesis testing was carried out using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) AMOS 23. Findings – It was found that, technology security has a positive effect on mobile payment satisfaction, continuous improvement has a positive effect on mobile payment satisfaction, and satisfaction has a positive effect on mobile payment trust. Novelty/value – As technology security and continuous improvement has been an important factor in mobile payment satisfaction this research is still very rare in Indonesia.

Purpose – This paper seeks to examine the efficacy of predicting turnover for employees and entrepreneurs from Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania using attitudes towards benefits, pay satisfaction, pay, gender, and age across a four-year time frame. Methodology/approach – A survey that includes information on brand image, viral marketing and product quality on purchase intention by collecting data from 100 consumers of Kopi Lain Hati Bekasi Jakarta. Findings – It was found that . Brand Image and Product Quality partially had a positive effect and significant effect on Buying Interest on Lain Hati Coffee products, while Viral Marketing partially has a positive and insignificant effect on Buying Interests for Lain Hati Coffee products. In the midst of the current economic conditions, with an increase in Bank Indonesia's interest rates, consumer sector stocks became the main choice for investors, because they are defensive stocks. Investors tend to accumulate stocks in this sector, after the post-Covid economic recovery has occurred, the public has the potential to increase consumption, this is expected to have an impact on the condition of consumer goods stocks. The capital market has a very important role for all sectors, both private, government and society in general. Investors must pay attention to macroeconomic variables including Bank Indonesia interest rates, inflation and the Rupiah exchange rate. Under these conditions, research was conducted with the aim of analyzing, testing and concluding the influence of the BI Rate, Inflation, and the Rupiah exchange rate on consumer goods stock prices on the Indonesian Stock Exchange for the period 2018 – 2022. Using secondary data on companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, has complete financial reports, has stock price information from January 2018 to October 2022. Analysis data is processed using multiple linear regression and classical assumption tests with quantitative analysis techniques using SPSS 25. The results show simultaneously the influence of the BI Rate, Inflation, Rupiah exchange rate against consumer goods stock prices.

Purpose –This study aims to analyze the effect of inflation, Bank Indonesia Sharia Certificates (BISC), and the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) on State Sharia Securities (SSS). Methodology/approach – The population used in this study is inflation, Bank Indonesia Sharia Certificates, Jakarta Islamic Index and State Sharia Securities in the 2016-2020 period as many as 60 data with a sampling technique, namely clear sampling of 60 data. This study was analyzed using the Multiple Linear Analysis method.Findings – The results of Multiple Linear Regression Analysis are as follows: Y = 1388.145 – 5.171 X1 + 0.032 X2 – 1.665X3 The study was conducted using time series data for the period 2016 to 2020. The results showed that inflation had a significant negative effect on SSS , BISC has a significant positive effect on SSS, and JII has a significant negative effect on SSS. From the results of the R-square Coefficient of Determination test that Inflation, BISC, and JII have an influence of 55.6% on SSS.Novelty/value – The higher the Bank Indonesia Sharia Certificates (BISC), the higher the State Sharia Securities (SSS). Purpose – This study aims to investigate the impact of corporate governance implementation on the dynamics of firm performance in the non-financial sector firms listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Methodology/approach – This study uses secondary data from the financial statements of non-financial sector firms, between 2010 and 2018. The number of samples that met the established criteria was 88 firms, which were further analyzed using panel regression analysis common effect model. Findings – This study concludes that the implementation of corporate governance (board meeting and board size) in the non-financial sector, has a positive impact on firm performance. Low frequency of board meetings will worsen firm performance, whereas a high frequency of board meetings can improve company performance. In addition, financial information (i.e., leverage, sales growth, and asset turnover), and firm size has a significant impact on firm performance. Novelty/value – This study contributes to providing more general and robust conclusion regarding the effect of implementing corporate governance mechanisms on firm performance listed on IDX, especially in non-financial sector.

This study aims to analyze the implementation of activity program planning at the Bureau of General Administration of Planning and Finance (AUPK) Sultan Syarif Kasim Riau State Islamic University and to find out what are the obstacles encountered in implementing the activity planning. This study used a qualitative descriptive method with 14 informants. The results of the study show that in carrying out program planning activities at the AUPK Bureau of UIN Suska Riau when viewed from the point of view of 1). Determining the goals of the planners of activities has a tendency to be misinterpreted or misperceived 2). Formulating the current situation has not been carried out properly where there are several activities that are not in accordance with the strategic plan. (3). Identifying the conveniences and obstacles so far has succeeded in gathering some of the strengths and weaknesses. 4) Develop a series of activities The AUPK Bureau of UIN Suska Riau has made every effort to direct each faculty to be able to select and develop a series of activities to be carried out for 1 fiscal year

This research is to find out the influences of digital transformation to the MSME’s development and growth, especially after COVID 19. This research would like to gain what the digital media mostly used by the MSME owners and whether the owners got the positive impacts after using them, and whether the positive impacts including the significant profit for their business. This research is also to find out how they learnt the digital media and who coach them to use the tools. This research is using quantitative methods, spreading the questionnaires to 230 respondents and having 72 valid responses to be analyzed.
