Abstract

The importance of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to help businesses acquire new customers, retain existing ones and maximize their lifetime value. This paper discusses the role of Customer Relationship Management in 4 bank units and the need for Customer Relationship Management to increase customer value by using several analytical methods in CRM applications. This paper attempts to identify the technological revolution witnessed by commercial banks and to what extent it has benefited banks to build better customer relationship management (CRM) services between public sector banks and private sector banks. The purpose of this study is 1) to analyze customer opinions about bank CRM in relation to service quality management. 2) To find out the customer's opinion about the bank's CRM on customer relationship management. This study uses primary and secondary data. Primary data will be collected by distributing structured questionnaires to conventional banks (Private and Government). Secondary data will be collected from records published by the financial services authority (OJS), standard textbooks and published research papers, and through web information. The primary data required will be collected from 6 banks in Bengkulu. In addition to collecting information from banks, it also collects information from the general public who have bank accounts.

Abstract

This study aims to know the description of students' critical thinking skills in solving mathematical problems through open-ended questions investigated on the base of learning styles. The study is descriptive research employing a qualitative approach. There were six research subjects, namely, two students with visual learning styles, two students with auditory learning styles, and two students with kinesthetic learning styles. The instruments used were written tests, a questionnaire, and an interview guide. The results showed that the students with a visual learning style were able to fulfil indicators at the stages of providing simple explanations, building basic skills, arranging strategies and tactics, and drawing conclusions. Further, the students with an auditory learning style were less able to fulfil indicators at the stages of providing simple explanations. They were not able to fulfil indicators at the stage of managing strategies and tactics, as well as drawing conclusions; yet, they were able to fulfil indicators at the stage of building basic skills. And, the students with a kinesthetic learning style were less able to fulfil indicators at the stage of providing simple explanations; moreover, they were not yet able to fulfil indicators at the stages of building basic skills, managing strategies and tactics, as well as drawing conclusions.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership, job training and work motivation on the performance of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) at the District Finance Agency of Fifty Cities. The type of research that the author uses is quantitative with a descriptive approach. The total population of 65 people and at the same time became the sample in this study using the saturated sample method, meaning that the entire population was the sample. Data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires with a Likert scale model and then tested for the validity and reliability of the questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is the Multiple Linear Regression method using the SPSS 23.00 program. The results of this study are a). Leadership (X1), Job Training (X2) and Work Motivation (X3) have a positive and significant influence on the performance of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) of the Fifty Cities District Finance Agency, either partially or simultaneously.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of economic growth, regional original income (PAD), general allocation funds (DAU) and special allocation funds (DAK) on the allocation of capital expenditures in districts and cities in West Sumatra province in 2015-2019. This research is an associative research. This research data consists of Economic Growth, namely Gross Regional Domestic Product (PDRB), PAD, DAU, DAK and Capital Expenditures derived from the Realization Report of Regency and City APBD in West Sumatra Province in 2015 – 2019, obtained from the Website of the Central Statistics Agency of Sumatra West. The data is processed by using Partial Least Squares (PLS) analysis technique using smartPLS software. The results of the study show that: Economic growth has an effect and is significant on the allocation of capital expenditures. Regional Original Income has an effect and is significant on Capital Expenditure Allocation. The General Allocation Fund has an effect and is significant on the allocation of capital expenditure, and the special allocation fund has an effect and is significant on the allocation of capital expenditure.

Abstract

Research at PT. BPRS Haji Miskin Tanah Datar Regency from May to July 2021, the purpose of the study was to see the effect of profit sharing during the COVID-19 period on the demand for financing at PT. BPRS Haji Miskin. Covid-19 started in Indonesia in December 2019 and still hasn't ended until August 2021 now, so the data taken is semester data, for 5 (five) semesters starting from June 2019 to June 2021. Research Methods with quantitative and qualitative methods and analyzing data with analysis simple regression and correlation. For data processing using SPSS. The results of the regression coefficient research with negative results, reflecting that the level of financing profit sharing is increased by one unit, the demand for financing (credit) will decrease by 0.5759 rupiah or, while from the value of r = 0.825, where if the value of r is close to 1, then there is a relationship positive and strong linear If it is assumed that all other variables are considered constant. Shows a negative relationship between the level of profit sharing on the demand for financing at PT. BPRS Haji Miskin, this shows the inverse effect that lowering the rate of profit sharing will increase the demand for financing or vice versa.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of performance allowances on the work motivation of educators, the effect of job placement on the work motivation of educators, the effect of job satisfaction on the work motivation of educators, the effect of performance allowances on the job satisfaction of educators, the effect of job placement on the job satisfaction of educators. , the effect of job satisfaction mediates the relationship between performance allowances and the work motivation of educators and the effect of job satisfaction mediates the relationship between placement and work motivation of educators. The object of research is Payakumbuh State Agricultural Polytechnic education staff. The study used the census method, where the population of 176 education personnel was also used as the research sample. Data collection techniques using questionnaires/questionnaires and documentation methods, motivation variable (Y) as dependent variable (dependent), performance allowance (X1), job placement (X2) and job satisfaction (M) as independent variable, with management research data using Smart PLS 3.2.7 Software.

PENINGKATAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA PADA SUB TEMA LINGKUNGAN TEMPAT TINGGALKU MENGGUNAKAN METODE INDEX CARD MATCH DI KELAS IV SD NEGERI 101114 AEK BADAK JAE KABUPATEN TAPANULI SELATAN Oleh : Pahmaisaroh1) Sabri, S.Pd.I., M.Pd2) Sartika Rati Asmara Nasution, S.Pd., M.Pd3) Program Studi Pendidikan Guru Sekolah Dasar Fakultas Pendidikan Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial dan Bahasa Institut Pendidikan Tapanuli Selatan Email: Pahmaisaroh@gmail.com Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memecahkan masalah penelitiam apakah terdapat peningkatan yang relevan antara penggunaan metode pembelajaran Index Card Match terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 101114 Aek Badak Jae Kabupaten Tapanuli Selatan tahun ajaran 2021/2022. Rancangan penelitian menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan kelas yang terdapat dua siklus. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 101114 Aek Badak Jae Kabupaten Tapanuli Selatan yang berjumlah 20 siswa. Berdasarkan hasil analisis nilai rata-rata siswa pada sub tema lingkungan tempat tinggalku sebelum menggunakan metode Index Card Match nilai rata-rata 65,37, berada pada kategori “Kurang”, sesuadah mengguanakan metode Index Card Match nilai rata-rata pada siklus I sebesar 70 dan pada siklus II dengan nilai rata-rata sebesar 79,25 berada pada kategori “Baik”, dari perbandingan hasil belajar siswa kelas IV pada siklus I sebesar 55% dan pada siklus II sebesar 90%. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode Index Card Match dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dalam proses pembelajaran.

Abstract

Purpose - This study aims to determine the influence of perceptions in terms of Islamic economics of converting cooperatives into Islamic cooperatives. Methodology/approach – This research is a quantitative descriptive type, a sample of 120 members and management of the Cooperative, research from August to October 2022, data were analyzed using validity and reliability tests and linear regression techniques. It Research findings, the results of this test obtained a tcount of 3.960 and a ttable of 1.981. The value of tcount > ttable means that there is an influence between the variables X and Y. The perceptions of members and management of cooperatives that convert Islamic cooperatives from an Islamic economic perspective have a significant effect on becoming Islamic cooperatives. Novelty/value –  There are many factors that fail to convert sharia and do not develop sharia cooperatives. The novelty of this study examines the perceptions of Islamic economics in Muslim-majority areas.

Abstract

This study evaluates the effectiveness of the "Merdeka Belajar" program launched by the Indonesian Ministry of Education and Culture in improving students' literacy and numeracy. A quantitative method with a quasi-experimental design was used to compare literacy and numeracy scores before and after program implementation in 10 senior high schools in East Java Province, with a total of 100 students as samples. The results showed significant improvements in literacy scores from 62.5 to 75.3 and numeracy scores from 58.7 to 72.1, with a p-value <0.01. Success factors included teachers' freedom in choosing teaching methods, principals' support and parents' involvement. However, challenges such as resource inequality between urban and rural schools and resistance to change remain. Recommendations for education policy include improving access and quality of education resources as well as continuous training for teachers and principals to ensure the sustainability and success of this program

Abstract

Pemanfaatan energi kinetik yang bersumber dari gerakan angin sebagai upaya dalam mencari energi alternatif selain dari minyak bumi dan batubara. Simulasi konversi energi kinetik yang bersumber dari gerakan angin menjadi energi listrik ini dijadikan bahan dalam mengembangkan energi kinetik menjadi salah satu sumber energi terbarukan dan tidak menimbulkan polusi bagi lingkungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mensimulasikan energi kinetik yang bersumber dari gerakan angin menjadi energi listrik pada kincir angin 3 sudu sumbu horizontal dengan menggunakan matlab serta untuk mengetahui pengaruh kecepatan angin maksimum terhadap besarnya daya yang dihasilkan menggunakan variasi kecepatan angin maksimum. Hasil penelitian dengan mengasumsikan nilai kerapatan udara ( diatas permukaan laut, besar diameter rotor , dan efisiensi turbin (rotor = 50%, transmisi = 90%, generator = 80%) diasumsikan pada kondisi maksimal. Pada kecepatan angin maksimum 0,5 m/s; 1,0 m/s; 1,5 m/s; 2,0 m/s; 2,5 m/s; 3,0 m/s; 3,5 m/s; 4,0 m/s; 4,5 m/s dan 5,0 m/s menghasilkan daya maksimum secara berurutan sebesar 0.19 watt; 1.53 watt; 5.15 watt; 12.21 watt; 23.85 watt; 41.22 watt; 65.46 watt; 97.72 watt; 139.13 watt dan 190.85 watt. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa besarnya daya energi listrik turbin angin yang dihasilkan, dipengaruhi oleh variabel kecepatan angin. Dimana semakin tinggi kecepatan angin yang diterima oleh baling-baling maka semakin tinggi pula daya listrik yang dihasilkan.
