Abstract

Siswa kelas X di MAN 1 Lombok Timur memiliki kemampuan berpikir kritis yang rendah. Model pembelajaran Group Investigation (GI) untuk membantu siswa kelas X dalam berpikir kritis. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif, metode eksperimen, rancangan Quasi Experiment NonEquivalent Control Group Design, teknik random sampling, instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen berpikir kritis Ennis, tes esai. Hasil analisa data menunjukkan thitung (2.15) > ttabel (1.67). Siswa aktif, komunikatif, dan kolaboratif saat proses pembelajaran. Penelitian berhasil menunjukkan ada pengaruh model pembelajaran Group Investigation (GI) terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa kelas X di MAN Lombok Timur Tahun Pelajaran 2022/2023.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Project Based Learning (PjBL) learning model on students' creative thinking skills on environmental pollution material. This type of research uses Quasi Experimental Design. The population of this study were all grade X students at MA Mu'allimat NWDI Pancor. The sample of this study was determined by Simple Random Sampling technique. Class X B as an experimental class using the Project Based Learning (PjBL) model and class X A as a control class using the lecture method. The research design used is Posttest-Only Control design which has been modified on the posttest value which is not obtained from student test scores after learning, but student creative thinking after learning. Data collection techniques used documentation, LKPD, and flower vase creativity assessment sheets. Data were analyzed using independent t-test analysis. The hypothesis results show that tcount> ttable, namely (2.795> 1.161) which means H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, so it can be concluded that there is an effect of the Project Based Learning (PjBL) learning model on the Creative Thinking Ability of Class X MA Mu'allimat NWDI Pancor Students.

Abstract

Sugarcane production is increasing, but waste in sugarcane plantations is also increasing, in the form of unwanted leaves and residual sugarcane stalks, which have a high cellulose content. To handle this organic waste, biodegradation agents in the form of cellulolytic fungi can be used, so it is necessary to screen cellulolytic fungi that can thrive and adapt to the sugarcane plantation environment. Organic particles, or litter, become a place of life for microorganisms such as fungi, bacteria, and other organisms. The purpose of this study was to identify the types of cellulolytic fungi found in sugarcane plantation soil in Gunung Waras Village, Way Kanan Regency, examine the effect of temperature and pH fluctuations on these fungi, and test their pathogenicity to plants. This study produced two fungal isolates that have the ability to degrade cellulose, namely Cunninghamella sp. and Trichoderma sp., with cellulolytic indexes of 0.754 and 0.403, respectively. Both isolates were tolerant of several pH variations, and there were no significant differences at the 95% confidence interval in the mean mycelial biomass at pH 3, 5, and 7. They could grow well at 25°C but not at 45°C

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of STEAM-based biology learning integrated with science literacy on students' creative thinking skills. This type of research uses quasi-experimental design. The population of this study were all grade X students at MA Mu "allimin NWDI Pancor in the 2023/2024 academic year. The research sample was determined by Simple Random Sampling technique. Class X-B as an experimental class using the STEAM approach and class X-A as a control class using the lecture method. The research design used was Posttest-Only Control Design. Data collection techniques were carried out through creative thinking instruments. Data were analyzed using independent sample t test analysis. The hypothesis results show that tcount> ttable (3.525> 1.645) which means H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the validity and effectiveness of Project Based Learning Student Worksheets (LKPD) in increasing student learning motivation on the Human Digestive System material. This type of research is development research. This research uses the Bord and Gall development model. This model consists of 10 stages, but in its implementation it was simplified into 5 stages which were adapted to the needs and limitations of the research. The test subjects in this research were 1 material expert, 1 design expert, 1 biology teacher and 24 students. The data collection technique used in this research is a learning motivation questionnaire. The data collection instrument used in this research is an instrument to measure the validity of the LKPD in the form of a material expert validation sheet and a design expert validation sheet. The instrument for knowing teacher responses and student responses to LKPD is in the form of a questionnaire. Data analysis in this research uses instrument validity, student response results, and analysis of learning motivation questionnaire results. The results of the validity analysis of the material expert obtained 83.82% with valid criteria, the results of the validity analysis of the design expert obtained 88.33% with very valid criteria, and the results of the teacher response analysis obtained 98.68% with very good criteria as well as the results of the analysis of participant responses. students on LKPD obtained 90.07% with very good criteria. The results of the analysis of the student learning motivation questionnaire obtained a percentage of 91.14% with the criteria for achieving learning objectives (KKTP) being very effective. From the results of the research trial subjects, it shows that the Project Based Learning LKPD is suitable for use according to the needs of students.
