To reach for the amount of adequate students to a lecturing process, UNISMA conduct assumed marketing strategy isn't it can improve the amount of new students. UNISMA conduct marketing mix (product, price, location, and promotion) in strategy marketing of him, but student respon to conducted by strategy and which factor is which most dominant in marketing not yet been mapped Target of this research is to know student segment, perception of student, and most dominant fator in conducted by marketing mix strategy. Result of research indicate that student of UNISMA most coming from circles of midle segment, marketing mix UNISMA was responded either by student, and from fourth of marketing mix, only price factor and most dominant product which motivate student candidate enter UNISMA.

Kegiatan pembekalan ini merupakan kegiatan untuk memberikan edukasi tentang perencanaan keuangan dana Pendidikan anak bagi para orang tua siswa Sekolah BAPTIS di kota Bandung dari tingkat TK sampai dengan SMP. Kegiatan ini bertujuan memberikan pengetahuan serta pemahaman orang tua akan penting perencanaan keuangan terhadap dana pendidikan serta memperkenal instrument keuangan yang ada Di Indonesia, sehingga para orang tua dapat menyisihkan pendapatan untuk melakukan investasi yang sesuai dengan kondisi keuangan dan return yang diharapkan. Peserta pembekalan ini adalah para orang tua murid serta guru guru dari TK-SMP. Kegiatan ini berlangsung pada bulan Mei 2021 secara daring dikarenakan kondisi pandemik Covid-19 sehingga tidak memungkinkan dilakukan secara tatap muka langsung. Metode pembekalan dilaksanakan dalam bentuk ceramah, presentasi dan tanya jawab. Hasil dari kegiatan didapatkan pengetahuan para peserta tentang proses perencanaan keuangan serta pemahaman akan jenis-jenis instrumen investasi yang bisa dipilih. Sehingga diharapkan kegiatan semacam ini dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan para orang tua mempersiapkan serta mendukung kualitas pendidikan anak yang baik di masa yang akan datang

Untuk masa depan yang lebih baik, dunia membutuhkan pemimpin yang tangguh. Hal ini dapat terpenuhi apabila generasi penerus menjalankan pendidikan dengan segenap kemauan dan kemampuan yang dimiliki. Penelitian ini hendak mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor demografi mahasiswa Kampus X dengan pencapaian prestasi akademiknya. Penelitian ini menggunakan serangkaian metode yang meliputi kajian pustaka, snowball sampling, survei dengan kuesioner google form, dan berbagai aplikasi social media, serta analisis komparatif dan deskriptif. Melalui riset ini, terbukti bahwa terdapat perbedaan prestasi akademik mahasiswa berdasarkan gender, usia, peran, domisili, cara bertempat tinggal, dan keaktifan berorganisasi. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi umpan balik yang konstruktif bagi setiap pihak terkait. Pihak universitas dapat memanfaatkan hasil penelitian ini dalam mengevaluasi kebijakan yang telah ada dan merumuskan pengelolaan perguruan tinggi yang lebih peduli dengan pertumbuhan karakter bertanggung jawab dan kematangan psikologis para mahasiswanya. Dosen wali dapat memanfaatkan hasil penelitian ini dalam memberikan setiap perhatian dan dukungan yang positif secara konsisten bagi pengembangan prestasi akademik para mahasiswanya.

Sugarcane production is increasing, but waste in sugarcane plantations is also increasing, in the form of unwanted leaves and residual sugarcane stalks, which have a high cellulose content. To handle this organic waste, biodegradation agents in the form of cellulolytic fungi can be used, so it is necessary to screen cellulolytic fungi that can thrive and adapt to the sugarcane plantation environment. Organic particles, or litter, become a place of life for microorganisms such as fungi, bacteria, and other organisms. The purpose of this study was to identify the types of cellulolytic fungi found in sugarcane plantation soil in Gunung Waras Village, Way Kanan Regency, examine the effect of temperature and pH fluctuations on these fungi, and test their pathogenicity to plants. This study produced two fungal isolates that have the ability to degrade cellulose, namely Cunninghamella sp. and Trichoderma sp., with cellulolytic indexes of 0.754 and 0.403, respectively. Both isolates were tolerant of several pH variations, and there were no significant differences at the 95% confidence interval in the mean mycelial biomass at pH 3, 5, and 7. They could grow well at 25°C but not at 45°C

This research aims to design and implement an Internet of Things (IoT)-based parking management system that can monitor and control the usage of parking spaces in real-time. The system utilizes load cell sensors to detect the availability of parking spaces and sends the data to a central server via the internet. The availability information can then be accessed by users through a mobile application. With this system, it is expected to reduce the time drivers spend searching for parking spaces and improve the efficiency of parking space management. The research employs a prototype methodology, which includes stages such as system development, hardware and software development, and system testing. The hardware used includes the ESP-WROOM-32 as the microcontroller, load cell sensors for object detection, a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) to provide parking space information, and LEDs as indicators for each parking space. The software is developed using Arduino IDE for microcontroller programming and XAMPP as the web server.

Perkembangan teknologi informasi berdampak signifikan terhadap berbagai sektor, termasuk pengelolaan perpustakaan. Sistem informasi perpustakaan berbasis web menjadi solusi untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi pengelolaan data yang sebelumnya dilakukan secara manual. Penelitian sebelumnya telah mengembangkan sistem dengan fitur dasar seperti pencatatan buku dan peminjaman, namun sebagian besar belum terintegrasi secara optimal, antarmukanya kurang intuitif, atau tidak sesuai kebutuhan organisasi tertentu. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang sistem informasi perpustakaan berbasis web di PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk., Plant Cirebon, menggunakan metode waterfall dengan tahapan analisis, desain, pengkodean, dan pengujian. Research gap yang diangkat adalah kurangnya sistem yang dirancang khusus untuk kebutuhan industri, dengan fokus pada pelaporan kompleks, keamanan data, dan akses terbatas yang efisien. Hasil menunjukkan sistem mampu meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan perpustakaan serta memberikan kemudahan akses informasi dan peminjaman secara online bagi pengguna.

Customers have a very important role for the survival and progress of each organization. Service providers are internal customers while the service users are external customers. Harmonious interactions between the ability and willingnessof employees to provide services with the customer satisfaction in using the service, will become competitive advantages for organizations that provide services as theirmain business commodities. Universities, as one important part of the education industry, need to provide quality academic administrative services to students as their main customers. In order to realize this, universities need to have managementcommitment to service quality which is reflected through training, empowerment, compensation, management support, and technology. With the implementation ofthese programs, employees will be more motivated to work in providing excellent quality service to their customers. The phenomenon of job insecurity is not a new term in business organization environment. Job insecurity is the condition which the employees feel threated by uncertainty of sustainability in working at their organizations. Appearance of job insecurity will cause negative impact to employees physically and psychologically both in short term and long term. However, in fact, not all organizations aware about this significant effect of it toward employee specifically and organization generally. Then, what is the importance of managing job insecurity in employment relationship? This article aims to explain the effect of job insecurity in one organization and how the company should manage this situation, in an employment relationship context.
