Abstract

ABSTRACT Corporate social responsibility (CSR) is a form of companies contributing to society. CSR in its business practices leads to legal provisions, ethical values, and economic values. PT Pupuk Iskandar Muda is one of the companies that carry out CSR programs. Along with the journey of operation, the community gets many benefits including increased welfare or income, opening up employment opportunities, and fulfilling community needs. Basically CSR programs are not only material donations but also community empowerment programs. This is done so that the community can develop their quality and skills. The CSR program is designed to create a prosperous, developing and advanced society. The research uses qualitative methods with a case study approach. Researchers used structured interviews, observation and documentation methods to find data from related sources. The data were tested by using data triangulation. Triangulation in credibility testing is the examination of data from different sources at different times. The research was analyzed using the Miles and Huberman analysis interaction model, namely data collection, data reduction and conclusion drawing and verification. Based on the results of interviews, observations and documentation, the implementation of PT PIM's CSR program was obtained through four stages, namely fact finding, planning, communication and evaluation. The fact finding stage is carried out by obtaining field facts based on the results of observations and discussions with the local community. The planning stage is carried out by compiling the problems obtained in fact finding, then making detailed plans starting from the type of activity, the people involved to the budget obtained through the proposed proposal. by the community. The communication stage is carried out with the help of mass media, direct communication with village officials so that the surrounding community knows about the CSR program that will be run by PT PIM. The Evaluation stage is the final stage, in the form of an assessment by the community regarding the CSR program being implemented. Abstract

Teenage identity is a complex process involving the exploration of values,interests, social roles, and self-perceptions. One of the factors influencing this identitydevelopment is the family environment. The family is the first environment in whichteenagers interact and shape their thought patterns and behaviors. This study aims toanalyze the role of family communication in the process of forming late adolescent identityamong students of Radya Binatama Communication Academy, aged 18-21 years. Theresearch method used is Quantitative with a descriptive approach. Based on the resultsand discussions, it can be concluded that communication intensity within the family isprimarily carried out, especially with mothers, fathers, and siblings living together. Formsof care from parents and siblings are strongly perceived by students as a form of support.Harmony within family relationships still exists, enabling continued family gatherings thatfoster open communication with both parents and siblings, as well as social life outsidethe home. In the study on the role of family communication in the formation of lateadolescent identity among students of Radya Binatama Communication Academy, it canbe concluded that family communication significantly influences the development andformation of teenage identity.Keywords: Family Communication, Teenage Identity, Communication Intensity

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis report describes the application of the Realist style to the directing technique of the short film Tersesat. As a report review, definitions, theories, characteristics, and characters of the Realist style are also disclosed. Furthermore, it was explained that the director chose a Social Realist style combined with Laissez Faire leadership theory to build the dramatic and artistic aspects of the production of the short film Get Lost.The results of the report explain that the Social Realist style is considered appropriate in the directing technique of the short film Tersesat. This is because the main character of the story, who is a family of farmers, is part of the proletariat, in accordance with the characteristics of the main character in the Social Realist style. In addition, the characteristics of the Social Realist style that uses natural acting are also appropriate to be applied to build the illusion of reality in the production of the short film Tersesat.Kata kunci : Film fiksi drama, Tersesat, Sutradara, Realisme

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe Other Side of Nglanggeran is a sidebar feature work. This program discusses the other side of the Ancient Volcano as a milestone in the establishment of the Nglanggeran Tourism Village using a geological perspective, the perspective of Pokdarwis, and community leaders. discusses how residents uphold their culture and are able to collaborate with the natural heritage that is given, with a duration of 24 minutes which is divided into 3 segments. The aim of this program is to provide information to get to know and dig a little deeper into the background of the success of a tourism village. The cameraman has responsibility for all visual aspects in the form of recording images. The author as a cameraman chooses to optimize the size shot variations. This technique has shooting distances such as extreme long shots, long shots, medium shots, medium close ups, close ups, and extreme close ups. Abstract

AbstractTerrorism often gets a large portion of coverage in the French and Indonesian mass media. These two countries are prone to violence, which disrupts security and stability. This research is to dismantle the construction of media ideology so that it can reveal hidden meanings or interests in a text. The French media studied were lemonde.fr, le figaro.fr, and 20minutes.fr. Indonesian online media studied were tempo.co, detik.com, and kompas.com. This study uses Norman Fairclough’s critical discourse analysis models using three important dimensions; text, discourse practice, and sociocultural practice. The result is that both French and Indonesian mass media use global narratives in reporting on terrorism, claiming that Islamic groups are responsible for the radical actions that occur. The three French mass media often mention the perpetrators of the attacks using the diction of followers of ISIS, jihadists, Islamic terrorists, Islamic radical groups, extremists, daesh, or attacker’s nativecountry as part of the attacker’s identity.
